✨Such amazing customer service✨Far beyond most of my experiences in Vienna. I highly recommend them. Three reasons why:

1) I dropped my Apple monitor off to be fixed. They wrote me to tell me that they tested it for a week and it was fine, just a slight problem with the cord. They told me they could replace it but it would unnecessarily cost me. So no charge.

2) They told me I could pick up my screen and I took way too long to pick up. They sent gentle email reminders and were never rude about it, when honestly if the roles reversed, I probably would have been :)

3) When I finally did pick up the monitor, not only were they so nice nor did they charge me anything, they even gave me a spare power cord they had laying around!

This is what great customer service and a trustworthy business looks like. I will recommend them to everyone.

Thank you very much for providing the butterfly clip and a new key cap for my 2016 MacBookPro. As predicted by Mr. Weiss it was a difficult task but with a little dexterity and patience, I did it. The key is working like new again and this save me a expensive repair.

I'm very critical and don't hesitate to criticize bad, unfriendly service. Once in a while, however, compliments are due. I've needed help , advice and hardware on several occasions and never left Yoor without being satisfied and/or relieved, sometimes impressed with their knowledge and fairness!
