Hofburg

This is a must-see in Vienna as it is more than thrilling and the history behind it is glorious. I suggest visiting it in the morning as it is less crowded. An interesting fact is that the president now lives in that castle.
It is truly a masterpiece!

So many amazing buildings in Vienna, but this is one of my favorites. It is simply overwhelming when you see it in person. Impossible to capture its awe with pictures, must be seen to be believed. I didn’t do the tours inside as I had a busy schedule, but I’m sure the inside is as beautiful as the outside. A must see in Vienna!

This place is amazing right in the middle of the city it’s a huge palace complex with several different museums and attractions all within the complex, we did the Imperial Jewels, Sussi Museum & Spanish Riding School in one day was excellent and all the attractions were included on the Vienna Passes we purchased. What a lovely building and day.

This is spectacular place you must see when in Vienna. The architecture, decoration is very lavish and stunning, I really love it, it shows the Majesty and royalty of the kings. We visited the museum and the apartments the ticket was around 16 euro, the treasury ticket is separate.

A massive and sprawling complex with enough things to do to last 2-3 days. I especially enjoy seeing the various different architecture from the different periods.

Beautiful palace surrounded by magnificent architecture in the heart of Vienna. I really enjoyed Sisi museum, it is not to be missed. You will learn a lot about Empress Elizabeth of Austria and Queen of Hungary after her marriage with Emperor Franz Joseph. The palace surroundings are very nice and you can take lovely pictures.

A nice place on the cultural map worth seeing. To visit Sisi Palace, it is better to buy tickets for the summer and winter castle together, because then you can visit them at once.

If you like knights, royal horses, jousting and such the Imperial Armory is a must see! A collection of 125 suits of armour carefully catalogued by owner and circa. The museum/palace itself is work of art with grand halls, staircases and paintings. Take a peek at the elegance of long ago. The entrance and self-guided tour with audio was included with my Vienna Pass

For a popular crowded tourist place like this on a sunny winter weekend, it’s kept clean and in order. Highly secured. People are friendly.

A majestic place. Walking around the territory, you can appreciate the scale of the buildings, their architecture, decoration. And feel the greatness of Vienna. It is here that you can realize that this place once belonged to the kings))

Didn't go inside due to a tight schedule but the external architecture of this building is simply majestic and beautiful. Nevertheless, I was contented to be able to witness this marvel from the outside. There are also many beautiful buildings and churches at walking distance from Hofburg. Spend a day here walking around and you will not regret it

I cannot say anything that has not been said already about this amazing building. I was to impressed with architecture of the outside of this building that I did not take the time to go inside. It is not possible to capture what your eyes can see in a single picture. It is absolutely stunning. This is an absolute must to see and to get the full experience the Hoftburg has to offer you need two days to enjoy it all.

Is a must in Vienna. Very interesting and educational. The palace is beautiful.

One of the best attractions of Vienna! You cannot go away without visiting this beautiful museum! (Suggestion: buy the Sissi ticket for 44€ and visit Hofburg and Schönbrunn with audioguides at least, they totally worth it).

As a venue for a party... Fantastic. Lots of space, great architecture, easy to get around.

We didn’t go inside the museums but still enjoyed looking at this marvellous architecture. It is so grand yet the details of the ornaments are so delicate and impressive.

Every tourist should not miss going to this place, The Hofburg Palace was made for the kings and queen of the Habsburg Dynasty. The architecture is marvelous, and there are museums in the complex that one can visit.
There's also souvenir shops with paintings and drawings of Sisi.
You and you love can take a romantic ride in the horse carriages or just take a walk around the palace!
