Tom Hill Boutique Resort & Spa

Very nice hotel with great rooms and facilities. Beds are huge and the rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. Beautiful swimming pool. Nice quiet area. Be aware that there is a 10 min walk down a hill into the town - it didn’t bother us.

If you are looking for a quiet and healing place. You must definitely visit here. Room service and facilities are very good

Very nice location. The view from the pool is wonderful, as you can see the sea and the nature around while swimming in the pool. The Staff is friendly and welcoming, ther are considering each request very cautiously. The room is clean and tidy, the view from the room is also mesmerising. The food is tasty.

That very cozy and cheerful to stay and share a very touch every moments while sit here. Services good, staffs friendly, fantastic food, very attractive view hill and sea also. I would recommend for all you visit here for never forget it. I dare with you that you will never regret once come.

Romantic place for have dinner with a group tour or family

We came to this hotel without booking because we wanted to see it first.

PROs
-It has amazing views over the pool, palmtrees and sea. The pool is big enough and the clientele is mostly couples (very convenient).
-We had a great welcome to this place by ”Anna” - a warmhearted vietnamese woman with excellent english skills and very service minded!
-We took massage at the hotel spa and I did my nails, all was very good. They have a collaboration with a spa center where the massage therapist and nail artisians come from, all very professional.
-The other day, Anna arranged an amazing boat tour for snorkeling, djungle barbeque etc and she really did it well! We had so much fun and saw small islands.
-The breakfast is great, we ordered omelettes every day and also enjoyed the pancakes, the fruits and veggies. Also there are some asian dishes with chicken etc.
-There’s a shuttle bus going to the nearby beach (Long Beach) which is close enough to walk to as well (15 min).
-There’s free shuttle service to and from the airport.

CONs
- The housekeepers knocked the door 08 am for cleaning one day when we were still sleeping. The other days i saw then waiting in the stair way for people to wake up.
- We didn’t get new toiletpaper when they cleaned the room so we had to call the reception to ask for it.
- The room got really hot in the night but this can be solved by using aircon.
- You can see lizards/salamanders entering the room sometimes, i guess its common everywhere on the island.

Well, considering this long review you can understand that we were genereally very happy to stay here. Enjoy!

I was there during Tet and with the exception of needing to change rooms twice my stay was very good. There is one staff member there Ann that went above and beyond in making my stay enjoyable. Tom Hill Resort is the place I will stay when I am on Phu Quoc largely due to her.

Decent resort with good rooms and pool + restaurant side. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
