Vinpearl Resort & Spa Phú Quốc

I’ve been on this exquisite resort for two days, and every aspect of my experience was incredibly positive.

1) Staff
The staff's friendliness, professionalism, and informative approach made every interaction delightful, setting the tone for a welcoming atmosphere.

2) Culinary Delights
The buffet at the Seashell restaurant was a highlight, offering an impressive variety of high-quality dishes, ensuring a delightful dining experience. I have a full-bar package which covers three-meal-a-day and that makes me worry-free about food. I highly recommend this option for people who do not venture out too far out from the resort and if it’s within their budget.

3) Reception Area
The reception area was not only clean but also emitted a pleasant fragrance, leaving a positive first impression. While check-in can be a timely process, it is understandable for an adult like me and not something that can bother me. I can just use the time to walk around and explore the scenery.

4) Rooms
The rooms were decently clean, with no lingering odors, showcasing the resort's dedication to providing a comfortable and hygienic environment.

5) Shuttle Service
The shuttle service here is seemingly taking guests to various destinations in the resort from 8:25am to 11:55pm every 30 minutes.

In summary, this resort excelled in every aspect, from its welcoming staff to the outstanding culinary offerings and pristine accommodations. I highly recommend it for a memorable and enjoyable retreat.

staffs are all kind and great, they always cared what i asked.
Restaurant is not many. I had to visit pepper 3 times. Nice view but too hot even at night.
Food is not bad, but not very good.
It seems there are many activities but i knew it too late. Next time, I’d like to use it rather than go outside.

Lovely hotel. Very large swimming pool. Always found a sun lounger to sit on. Staff all so friendly. Most of the staff only speak basic English so bring Google translate with you.

Breakfast had lots of choices. Henry the breakfast manager was so lovely and went out his way to help us with our baby. His English is very good and was very kind and friendly.

Very nice resort! we visited on Chinese new year, they even have a Vietnam culture village and a little festival going on. We spend 2 days at the 3bedroom villa. Very convenient for our family to stay together. A nice private pool as well, could work on better frequent water change tho.

Vinpearl resort is a top notch 5-star hotel. The room is nice, however small for a 4 person capacity. Nice bathroom with glass standing shower and a tub with plenty of amenities. The pool is very big with kids section on the side connecting to the big pool. The hotel is at a beach front that you can walk right out to the sandy beach. You can see the sunset from here where you can take beautiful shots for your souvenir. The sand at this beach is very fine sand not white sandy beach as I thought. Overall service is very good. Friendly staff. We actually extended our stay while we're here to enjoy what this place has to offer. I am sure you will too.

Everyone is very friendly and accommodating here! Thank you for a very nice stay. Rooms are very clean!! Service is early and cleans the rooms very nicely. Beautiful view, and great stretch of beach. Very happy with our stay.

This is a wonderful place for either short or long visits. Definitely we have a wonderful time here with many nice restaurants and nice senior and junior managers here. They are all very helpful and cheerful. If you have any problems, they can assist and fix them. Thank you again for all kinds of hotel management for our fantastic stay for five days here including free shuttle bus from and to the airport.

My wife and I visited here for 4 nights. We had a great time. The facilities are clean and new. The beach was breathtaking. Friendly staff. Transportation was easy getting around. Glad we stayed here and can say I would just come here instead of searching around when we come back.

Choice of buffet breakfast is great and service are attentive. Pool services need to improved else will be a 5 star. For example - there’s no waiter or menu at the beach or pool for F&B order. Customer need to walk over to the bar for order. Trust the hotel have the technology or capacity to do it since restaurant are using Face ID recognition. Thus having a QR for menu order won’t be difficult. Beach area clean up it’s also a bit slow. Used cup and plates can be seen at the bench / hut area for long time. If can review this, definitely will continue be the hotels to stay.

Bar services could be a little faster, but we are American’s and are not patient 🤣 Khu’u H0C Manh was our bar tender at the beach and took very good care of us! We loved him!

Best Hotel/Resort in Vietnam.

Service and care was beyond excellent.

My partner was ill on our last day and the staff took us to the on site clinic and subsequently the hospital on their tuk-tuks, in a see less manner. They even sent us some complementary food in accordance with the doctor’s guidelines to help her get well soon, and we got calls asking how we were.

The food from the room service was good and well priced, and so was the breakfast.

More generally, our room was very clean and pleasant, with a good view. The staff were always attentive to our needs.

Would recommend this place to others for sure.

Very good room, nice location, friendly staff and very enthusiastic support. Thank you very much Hanna for supporting and helping our family when arriving at the hotel and the staff at the restaurant are very cute and hospitable.

Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and we had to relocate to another room . But they made it up to us by upgrading us to a better room and gave us desserts and fruits platter.

The toilet was weird in that it wouldn’t flush unless you press twice resulting in us constantly calling service to have it fixed .
Considering it’s a luxury hotel , you would think they have fixed it or leave some instructions in how to flush the loo .

Amazing accommodation and customer service here at Vinperal Resort and Spa. The customer service is top-notch. The buffet is amazing with so many food selections to fit anyone's appetite. The swimming pool is super nice and big. We will come back, and next time we're bringing the whole family and renting out their beachside villa house.

Located near wonder world, safari, grand world. Looks really well for a 10+ year old hotel. Room soundproofing could be better though, I have very loud neighbours and it feels like we are living together 😅
The staff is very attentive and respectful.
No animation or music activities most of the time, which is a plus for me. The food is delicious both at the buffet and by the menu.
The beach is clean.
Can't pay by QR, which is weird as it's the main payment option in Vietnam. Google pay also doesn't work with my card for some reason, even though it works at most places.
They give you and extra card to keep the power up, which is nice. WiFi is okay at about 1mb\s.

It's really good experience for my family. Although we stay short, staff are helpful and friendly. Location is very convenience with free shuttle bus to connect different places eg. Safari, Grand World etc. Food is very delicious too

This resort is really nice with large and beautiful pool. It’s also next to the beach so you can choose between their pool and the beach as you like. Their room is pretty large and comfortable. The only downside is that they only have 3 electric sockets, which is not quite enough.

It was fantastic and so beautiful place.
And this villas and resort is so kids friendly.
Our family was so happy and have nice time.
We will come back again.
And all steps are sooooo kind and lovely.

All service at the hotel really excellent. I like the room , the restaurant special is Korean food at here .And all staff at here so nice .Special is Hana she have a beautiful smile . I like beach at here .everything OK 👍 I'm sure I will come back next month

Nice buffet, with different Vietnamese and international dishes! I probably would change the halal food menu as they did not look appetizing. I feel like they should have more Vietnamese foods instead of going crazy on the international foods. Friendly servers and waiters! Made food fresh. Thanks Chuc Lam for being a great dinner service buffet attendant.
