Vinpearl Discovery Wonderworld Phú Quốc

The pool villa was in good condition and I think it is in the best condition to stay as a family. It would be nice to have basic tableware in the villa (rental service is available, but it is not accurate what kind of rental is burdensome for rental). Hotel service is generally very good. Wonder World, Safari, and other tours were very good. As it is difficult to get to the city, it would be nice to have a tour in connection with the traditional market in the north. The Grand World Vietnam performance was very good, but the stores were not very good. The overall condition of the hotel and the kindness of the staff were also very good, so I will highly recommend it to other families.

This is our family first time staying at this resort and we are impressed with the service from the staff, as well as the quality and variety of food. The breakfast buffet was very good. It happened to be my birthday during my stay and the staff surprised me with a birthday cake. The resort and beach are clean. We will definitely return!

Overall, I am satisfied with the general services of the hotel, except for the safari. The safari was too hot, and it was difficult to purchase tickets. The safari bus was also overcrowded, and I had to stand for the entire 30 minutes of the tour, even though there was an 80-year-old grandmother and a baby on board. Overall improvement of the safari-related services is needed.

Excellent place to take the break after long year work. Natural place with very quiet for relax, the lobby here for eating so delicious and have alot of foods that we can enjoy to eat. We spent 8 nights here with 3 meals each day but every single meal We always enjoyed with foods and staffs services here.
This is second time We came this place as last year and this year. And definitely We will return this place for next year of our holiday

I stayed at Vinpearl Discovery Wonder World for 4 nights. The Vietnamese noodle soup for breakfast was excellent, and various egg dishes were also available. I stayed in a pool villa directly connected to the beach. Villa 3217 is located right in front of the water sports center, where you can enjoy a beautiful private beach. The kids' club was disappointing as it mainly catered to younger children, leaving teenagers with little to do. When moving from the lobby restaurant, during peak times, I had to wait in line for a golf cart, but mostly they arrived within 5 minutes of calling, which was convenient. If I stay in the northern area again, I would definitely consider returning to this place."

Everything about this place was great. Our room was very spacious, had great amenities, and a private pool. We ran into an issue with our lockbox and had a couple of technicians come, but it was quickly replaced. Breakfast was spectacular and had a variety of options to suit all our needs. I was hoping to get more guidance on how to explore the area, grand world, etc., but overall, I highly recommend this place!

Had a great stay with family during the new year. The location is good, and the entire resort is very well-maintained. Villas are a bit old, but that didn't affect the comfort. All the rooms were very cosy. The beach nearby is good.

Overall had a good experience at this resort! We had a group of 10 adults + 2 kids + 1 baby and we booked two villas. Both villas are identical, huge and clean. The added advantage is that if you stay here, all the attractions are just 5-10 mins bus ride away all under the Vin Group. Free transport provided too by the hotel (bus).

Service and hotel breakfast were great too! Hotel staff are attentive and efficient. Would say the only small downside is that this place is located approx. 50 mins from the airport.

everything was perfect. breakfast was really delicious, room was very clean and wonderful. especially, the service of employees was so great that i was moved by them. every employees were so kind. they have done every task i asked them very perfect. it was a great pleasure staying vinpearl discovery wonderland. thank you for great exprience!

Ngân Thao was such a lovely waitress!! She was so kind to us and accommodated to our dietary requirements really well! Had such a great time knowing that I was with such amazing people. Such a fun dinner experience because of the staff kindness.

Villas are equiped with multiple air con units/ private pool. Plenty of space for kids to run around.

The villas are amazing, and the quality is really high. The pool is clean and it is cleaned each day. What we didn't like is the location, as the hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere, and getting to some beautiful location on Phu Quoc can be tricky, like Sao Beach. The staff is super friendly! But prepare that english might be a problem (compared to other parts of Vietnam or even Phu Quoc!)

Our stay at VinPearl Wonderland was fantastic! Accompanied by friends, we enjoyed four days and three nights in a spacious three-bedroom villa with a private pool and four bathrooms.

The staff was exceptional, always attentive to our needs. The resort is impeccably maintained, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful highlight.

The rooms were not only spacious but also spotless, and the overall environment was enchanting. The resort's proximity to the Safari and VinWonders amusement park added to its charm.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of cuisines, providing excellent choices.

Our only regret was not having the time to use the swimming pool due to our packed schedule. We were out early every day, and by the time we returned to our villa, it was already midnight.

Very beautiful villa and superb service . As can direct transfer to Vin Wonders and safari by hotel buggy. Very convenient for families with children.

So recently I stayed here with my family. Villas are big, spacious. Staff is friendly. Its a good place for families traveling with the kids. On the first day of arrival we got some issues and I wrote an bad review on Agoda, customer relations manager called us and tried to resolve the issues within very short-term. Thank you to the VinPearl team for a memorable holiday. Also I definitely recommend checking the Akoya Spa and the Water sport activities at the beach /equipment is good/

From the time we arrived we were blown away by the service. We literally felt like royalty. The staff were very experienced, well spoken and attentive. Today is the first day and have been very impressed by the staff and property.

It was such an amazing experience at Vinpearl resort. We have our own villa and our own swimming pool behind the villa, my kid loved it so much! We had 3 buffets a day with lots of food from differ cuisines, they change the menu every day too so you won’t get bored. Plus there are kids club with lots of activities to entertain the kids. The kids club room is spacious and beautiful. Staff are extremely polite and friendly. Overall I’m satisfied with everything.

Good for kids & my kids loved everything while they were here. Last time when we were here, there were so many people from the north. They were impolite in every way they did. Now good to see less of them. Good, good.

Poolside Yoga was amazing. Ngan did a great stretching exercise that was even suitable for my mom who was a beginner!

Everything was perfect! But they need more members who speaks fluent English there. The staff members ar the reception are good. But some people in Clinic, Restaurants and the Lobby .. It was quite hard to communicate with them.

And One more imortant thing to complain
Never use the snorkeling program at the Lobby which is run by the RedRiverTour. They only care to attract people to spend money for snorkeling program but once you get to the snospot, you will really regret!
The spot was very disappointing and very deep. People on the boat never care about you and you are literally in the middle of the sea without any guide line or life guard line whatever. Deep sea was scary and none of the staff members were trying to help you to adjust the deep sea.

I brought my parents and my nephew who can't swim very well. I'd like to show my family the beautiful sea of PhuQuoc but they were so scared of deep waving sea so stayed on the boat whole time. And nobody was even kind enough to suggest some help to my family. Actually only one person barely spoke some English.

I kind of trusted that the program would be nice because the tour desk is inside the Vinpearl resort... It was terrible
I think the resort need to put some effort to run this program well.
