Radisson Blu Resort, Phu Quoc

Great location and our family enjoyed staying here. The staff worked really hard to help us and took good care of my family. Food was good and affordable. My children had fun at the kids club. I can’t wait to go back. It’s a place that will be a very popular destination for tourists in the next 5 years once more people find out about Phu Quoc.

Such an enjoyable stay at this hotel during holiday with family, clean comfortable room and what we worried on slow/poor service from the staff, did not happen.
Breakfast was like a feast, many choices and not very packed.

The buggy service to GrandWorld was convenient as well as the shuttle bus to downtown/airport.
Pool, beach, gym and kids club were clean and well equipped.
As the gym is apparently a shared facility with next door Wyndham Grand hotel, that was a nice gym, I had assumed the kids club and pool were also sharing facilities since the ones at Wyndham are somehow nicer for kids.
The staff at Wyndham did not bother asking or checking, as there were barely any other kids, and access were somehow easy-free.

I would come back again, either at this Radisson or the next door’s Wyndham. Thanks for the hospitality.

The hotel is not old, but feels worn out in some places, especially the carpet could already be replaced in some hallways. But it's still a nice hotel, the breakfast is outstanding, and the other restaurants and bars are good too.

This review is long due and it is from late July to early August. I stayed about a week at this hotel/resort. I loved every minute of it. I often fantasize going back because I had such an incredible experience.

Every single member of the staff is incredibly supportive and helpful. The number of times I needed something, they delivered without significant delay. I felt really at peace on a structural level too. The rooms and windows are well insulated and use quality materials, so on the days there were storms, this helped a lot.

Before I got there, I had experienced delays with my flight and was required to take a grab to the resort because I missed the shuttle. It cost a lot because of the distance from the airport to the resort. However, they immediately made it up to me and I was upgraded to a suite since it was available. Let me tell you, I didn’t want to leave! The suite was beautiful and I had a lot of space.

Coming down into the lobby was also an enjoyable experience. The friendly smiles that acknowledge your presence and the flower assortment! The lobby always had an assortment of blue flowers. I loved it when they had lilies because you can smell them in passing.

Beyond the lobby on the left is the dining area for the breakfast. It is just so delicious and you get the view of the pool from the windows. It was enjoyable to look outside and eat! There are so many options to choose from and every day I had the hardest time deciding. It felt nice to have that be my only problem. You’re not allowed to take anything back to your room. I wish I had started earlier so I gave myself enough time to thoroughly enjoy this period of the morning.

The gym is not connected to the hotel, but they will find someone to drive you with the Buggy. Which lets you get a nice view of the area.

I never tried the pool but many people seemed to enjoy it. The beach was my favorite because we had so much space to walk around and there was a fresh water dispenser at the booths. I really liked that I was able to walk and enjoy the view on my way to the ocean.

Also, the internet works extremely well!

The one thing I will recommend is improving the portion sizes for the dinner dishes. I found some of them to be a bit too small. Especially considering that it’s not always easy to access other places for food and you don’t really want to wait longer to enjoy more of the dish you were just eating. I suggest asking the staff about the size of the menu item before ordering. That helped me.

Overall, I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great time and to just decompress. I will be back for sure! Thank you!!!!!!

Such an amazing property with the ultimate luxury stay with everyone being so hospitable & kind . A great property with their own private beach and lots of activities. The casino was also a huge hit and the location is close to everything .

Hotel also offers shuttle bus back/to airport and other main sights. Very convenient

A 5* hotel! Everything superlative! Very rich breakfast with European, Vietnamese and Chinese food. Many fruits. Many types of bread. Excellent soup! The room, a dream! White furniture in classic Ludovic style. It can't be more beautiful than that! As well as the bathroom. What I have never encountered in a hotel, and I have walked on all continents, 2 types of robes. One for the bathroom, the other for the beach. What can I tell you about the gardens? Paradise! As well as the huge beach with sand as fine as flour. The sea water is warm and gradually deepens so that anyone can safely enter the water. Free transfers to the airport, to the night market, to city attractions. Definitely recommend!

Luxurious location. Well kept, clean and the service was premium. The breakfast buffet was the best spread of Asian delicacies we've had. The pool was superb and clean. Particularly, my son lost his goggles one day and the 2 lifeguards, Thai and Lanh helped me to locate them. Very thankful.

Good hotel with a beautiful sandy beach
ROOMS: spacious room with a balcony, bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bath. There are safe, fridge (incl. minibar), bathrobes and slippers in the room.
LOCATION: 1h drive from the airport
FOOD: good breakfast 7-11am - you can find anything you want (except salmon and cherry tomatoes:) ), tasty pastry. Also there are a restaurant on site and a pool bar. Overall, the menu is the same everywhere. You can find Vietnamese and European dishes in the menu.
FACILITIES: big swimming pool, gym, spa, free shuttle buses from/to the airport - scheduled, free transfer to Grand World Phu Quoc (5min drive) - by request - nice place for a walk and evening show, there are many grocery stores and restaurants (btw prices in restaurants are approximately the same comparing to hotel’s menu).
BEACH: excellent! It is a very clean and wide sandy beach with plank beds - all under umbrellas, towels are provided. There is a bar on the beach.
WI-FI: rather good wi-fi, but evenings it works with slow speed. In room 5066 wi-fi doesn’t work at all in any time.
STAFF: polite and friendly, speaks English very good.

Great breakfast selection, beautiful grounds, gorgeous sunset. Spacious and clean room. Loving the blue touch in decor.

This is one very huge property. It has everything you need to stay entertained for a good 3-4 days without evening stepping out of the property.
A private beach, casino, night club, tennis court, cycling, kayaking, shopping center and what not.
I dont mind visiting this property again.

We were going to stay at a different hotel in Phu Quoc. However, we were very unhappy with he hotel. We booked this hotel from the first one.

Soooo happy about our decision. Even though it's off season and many people staying here, customer service is amazing. The beach is fantastic.

Their pool bar has good options. The pool side staff (Thai Lanh Vuong) was kind to us and carries chairs and a table around for us.

It has been an amazing time.

Everything went splendidly. We were greeted with drinks and smiles, and were soon checked into our incredible rooms. They were much larger than in the pictures. Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We had a terrific view of the pool and the beach, both of which were very clean. I spent a lovely afternoon reading by the pool and napping by ocean. The best part was the dinner which was outstanding, especially the salads, pasta with wine. Finally, the staff were all lovely and helpful. Special thanks to the The staff at Yen restaurant are very good. Overall, it was an excellent experience. That kind of service takes a lot of work and a great team. Well done!

What a perfect honeymoon stay. Staff at Radisson Blu exceptional. Really helpful. Felt very safe here and the vibe at hotel very relaxing calm. Will definitely come back. Thank you team at Radisson Blu.

From breakfast to room service, it was perfect. The Western food and desserts were especially delicious.
There are 4-5 areas where you can play in the water, including the accommodation and the private beach. The ANNEX restaurant inside is also well-equipped, so there is no need to go outside.
In particular, all the staff were friendly and the staffs Yen and My very nice. Every staff member I encountered greeted me every time, giving me a very warm feeling. If you are staying in Phu Quoc, I recommend staying at least one night.
Because I enjoyed the stay for 3 days and 2 nights, I was not satisfied with other accommodations. If this were to be a disadvantage, it would be a disadvantage. Everything was so good and I was really satisfied, so I plan to only stay at Radisson blu PQ next time.

Radison Blu resort near to beautiful Bai Dai beach , it offers private beach area and convenient location with stunning views and next to Casino.
Friendly staff and great service.
Room was include a private balcony, with sea view, the breakfast buffet was quite good with many food option local, western and Indian.
Kids friendly , indoor kids playground near to breakfast area.
Many restaurants and bars are walkable distance.
Overall its beautiful property surrounded by a garden and excellent experience.

Our family had a wonderful trip, we are very happy with the services, especially the room is very clean, tidy and well-arranged. We will be back for next trip to go Phu Quoc next year.

I had dinner at annex restaurant, everything was very good, the food and drinks were delicious. Quiet space is very suitable for our romantic dinner. Yen's staff is very attentive and friendly. It's all great.
