Fusion Resort Phu Quoc - All Spa Inclusive

From the time we met our Fusionista at the airport to the moment we left at the end of the stay, the experience at Fusion was exceptional.

To start the team are amazing, incredibly welcoming helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. Everyone from the team at reception, to the spa and restaurant everyone is friendly, polite and welcoming.

The villa was divine, spacious with the private pool and the incredibly bath tub. The housekeeping team made sure everything was topped up and we’re even polite enough to provide salt and aloe Vera to help with our skin.

Not to mention breakfast being delivered to you everyday. The food was delicious and I felt like a queen every day.

We also ate at the restaurant and once again - I cannot fault anything.

The spa - excellent service and a free spa treatment every day. We did schedule our treatments before arriving as I was super keen to make sure we got a time that worked for us.

Lastly the resort as a whole is beautiful. The beach is so peaceful and the sunset is amazing.

One of the best resorts we have stayed. Superior hospitality, all staffs are extremely friendly, helpful, caring. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. Resort is well maintained, a lot of activities to do in the resort. Cute farm animals, especially lucky the baby goat. Thao and his team really took care of their guests, great attention to details. 10/10!

Amazing place to stay with and incredible spa. Our beachfront room was beautiful with an amazing private pool. The main pool was also huge so even when other people were in it, never felt busy. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and helped with anything you needed. The food was delicious, although expensive for Vietnam. Free drinks including beer in the mini bar and we also took advantage of the free yoga classes and paddle boards. The treatments at the spa were so relaxing. Would definitely come back.

This was by far the best place we ever stayed at. Super friendly stuff with very good English skills. They provide very delicious vegan food on request everywhere at the resort if you ask them. They have staff who are very knowledgeable about vegetarian/ vegan diet. They even have a extra vegetarian menu at the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was very big with lots of options for everyone. Everything was super fresh and delicious. The whole resort was very neat and clean. Very exclusive, private beach and very view people. This makes the whole stay very relaxing. The spa is very relaxing and they have a big range of treatments. Beautiful villas with a lot of space. The pools are awesome and the room service / service in general via their app/homepage was really nice. We enjoyed our stay so much and it was so sad to leave. It just felt like staying in paradise.

This isn't a negative thing but please be aware that this stay will be expensive (food in the restaurants, drinks,...). If you want to discover the island Grap doesn't operate at this part of the island. But they have some taxi drivers (more expensive).

Definitely a beautiful place. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is done mostly through Qr code and online; but it’s also easy to call them by the phone.

The restaurants offer a wide selection of cuisine, but nothing really memorable. But it’s convenient.

Their free spa session is only 50 mins; and they don’t let you buy more time to combine into session. The spa specialists were very good; would be more refreshing if it was a longer session.

The room is spacious, full of amenities. No minibar though beside just cans of water, coffee and tea. The in-room pool is kinda small, only good to dip but there community pools are way bigger.

They might have a problem with the quality of their water. The shower has a strong heavy-metal smell. The staffs have assured me that it’s safe to use, but I strongly doubt that since my hair has fallen way more and irritate skin. Not sure if it was just my room or a wide-spread problem of the whole resort.

I feel good because the staff responded kindly. Massage is included, so it has a great advantage over other accommodations. The pepper massage was especially good. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance when checking in for a massage. Dinner time is fully booked. I was very comfortable during my stay as I received the concierge service using Whatsapp.

The stay has been beyond expectation. The rooms are fantastic, spa is amazing, food is lovely (a lot of vegetarian options also), pool has a great view but what is the most exceptional thing about this resort is the service. The people are extremely warm and helpful. They made us feel like royalty and catered to all our needs, big or small. Definitely will be visiting again.

Staff was all friendly here, Phuong and all staff helped us on anything we needed here! Beautiful beach with a pool side as well, they picked us up from our room to go to the pool/beach or lobby. Breakfast buffet was amazing, such a big variety of foods. It was my Birthday today and they surprised me with a cute dessert even my friends didn't know about the surprise! Very happy with the service, will definitely recommend and come back again! :)

Resort:
The resort is so beautiful - super clean and spacious villas, a lot of greenery and a super long/big beach. They also offers a lot of activities, including kayaking, SUP or yoga classes (all incl.). Plus, the resort has also the perfect location to watch stunning sunsets.

Spa:
The Spa concept is amazing and the treatments/variety of treatments are so good. We loved it!!

Food:
The breakfast is out of this world. You not only have a huge variety of food on the buffet, but can also order brunch classics such as avocado toast, french toast or eggs benedict. Additionally, Fusion offers to have breakfast either at the buffet or anywhere else in the resort (incl. pool and villa). How amazing is that?!
During the day and also at night the restaurant offers a great variety of food including pizza, pasta, sandwiches, tacos, salads and of course Vietnamese food - it was super tasty!

Service:
The stuff was amazing! Super friendly, caring and thoughtful. They for sure made you feel special and not just like some guest.

Unforgettable travel to Fusion Resort Phu Quoc, decent environment, excellent breakfast and good location to reach out Safari or Aquarium.Price is highly but totally deserved.

We loved everything about the hotel. The staff, the services, our pool villa, the breakfast and especially the included spa. They also have a kids club where you can let your kids play while having a spa treatment. The little farm where kids can feed goats, rabbits, ducks… is also very nice. The beach is clean and beautiful. Only thing is having lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant is quite pricey and you have to take a Taxi or Grab to go somewhere else to eat because there is nothing within walking distance. But I would definitely come back for this top level service and beautiful hotel.

Excellent service. Staff is very polite, friendly, professional and attentive. The villas are clean and nice. Getting around is quick and easy. The spa massages were awesome and the staff were very friendly n skilled. Breakfast buffet was tasty and had variety for all. The only disappointment is the beach shore on my first day was so dirty. Trash in the water everywhere. Other than that it was a great stay.

It was a memorable and relaxing stay, with friendly staff (thank you Kha!) who would help ensure you have what you need.

The garden pool villa we had was spacious and modernly furnished, and the daily spa is definitely something we look forward to each day. There is also a myriad of complimentary resort activities available.

Beautiful resort. The pictures do not do Justice. We went there and got to experience a thunder and lightning storm. It was so magical swimming in the pool and seeing flashes of lighting. The resort is so CLEAN. Staff is so friendly and Jason our main point of contact was clear, precise and very helpful. I would come back here again. 10/10

The accommodation is so good. The location is also inside, so it's quiet, and the private beach, the main pool, and the pools in each accommodation are perfect. The breakfast was very delicious. Above all, the staff were kind, so I wanted to stay longer, but it was a pity that I had to move due to my schedule.
The giang staff in charge of us took care of us even though it was our day off, and even though it would be annoying, we think we will come to Fusion Resort on our next vacation. Thank you so much.

Best resort I've been to! The food was delicious, the fresh fruit drinks were the best. The Fusionistas were so amazing, kind, helpful, and went out of their way to make the 10 of us feel relaxed and taken care of. They were everything.
If you have the chance to go, go before the end of the year. January 2023 the owners are tearing it down to build a golfing hotel chain.

All-inclusive resort with really attentive staff. The in-villa dining option was great - we took advantage of it twice during our stay and was not disappointed. The petting zoo was a pleasant surprise! All the animals there were well taken care of and there wasn't any weird smell. Would love to come back here next time!

Overall great experience and we will definitely return and recommend to all our friends especially the all inclusive resort concept. Big fan of the little farm inside the resort, we were even provided food for the animals to feed them which made our day!!
