Amarin Resort

We are in this resort for the last week of our Vietnam holiday. Both of our requests were met as we asked for sea view and close rooms to be next to family. The welcome drink was a nice touch. The room is very spacious and luxurious. Bathrobes, beach robes, beach towels, flipflops and a shopping bag are provided as are the beach towels for either the sunbeds by the pool or the clear sea. The gardens are immaculate.

Pleasant hotel, great location. I was able to enjoy my stay here to the fullest - quiet surroundings, lovely pool area, and gorgeous little beach. Breakfasts were outstanding, fresh fruits and vegetables each day, and lots of other delicious types of food to choose from. The restaurant also has some options for vegetarians, which I consider to be a great plus. The personnel is utmost kind and helpful, what makes the stay at Amarin hotel even more amazing. During my trip two week trip in Vietnam I stayed at eight different hotels. Amarin by far had the absolute best service. They greeted us with warmth and smiles. They took our bags. They gave us drinks while we waited. Every where I went in the lobby there was a guy who followed me and made sure a fan was pointing at me to cool me down. We had to check out very early in the morning and they made sure we had a taxi and even made sure we had a breakfast packed to go.

My room was very spacious and clean. The shower looked brand new and was clean. I didn't see any mold or water stains!

The pool area was amazing. Clean beautiful water. And they even had their own private beach front!

Breakfast was decent.

Everyone please stay away from this resort,, because they will definitely have to come back again and again.
This is my first time coming here, I can give absolute marks for service, view, room quality, all are very good. I had a great experience here even though on the 2nd day I had a fever. The staff enthusiastically went to buy medicine as well as supported us with food and juice for the sick. I am extremely satisfied with the staff's attitude, especially the kitchen, cooking and serving are very enthusiastic. I will come back! 😘

We had complimentary drinks and check in/out was done while we were lounging. Breakfast was very good with large variety of local and western meals (pastries were amazing!). Everything we requested for came quickly and efficiently, from ice cubes to water to pillows. Front desk were very attentive and considered, she even passed me some hair ties as I was about to leave for snorkelling. They assist with activity planning but don’t seem to be aware of beautiful waterfalls and national park, they discouraged us from going alone - we went anyway and it was honestly the highlight of our trip.
Every evening, we took a stroll to the town. Location is quite accessible <5km to night market and such areas.
This was a very good choice of hotel and very well worth the price we paid.

Friendly staff makes us feel welcome. Special mentions to Tuong Vy (Receptionist) who gave friendly excellent service during our check in.

In fact most of the staff including housekeeping, breakfast area , porter etc were very nice and friendly just that I didn't get their names.

Will stay here again if price is right.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, amazing food. The pool is great. Fantastic views. All around great time.

Great location, away from some of the noisier areas but with its own beach and loungers.
The staff are fantastic, helpful with any needs or wants.
Rooms are clean and comfortable with great pillows.

Customer service: great.
Location: pretty remote from all the hustle and bustle in the center. However, there is a bus stop nearby (look for Vinbus sign near Salinda resort. Bus #17 goes by frequently and can take you in air-conditioned comfort anywhere from / to the airport to GrandWorld on the edge of the town.

Pros...
Good Location, Inexpensive price, Various breakfast, Nice pool, Kind staff.
Cons...
Too many jelly like marin organism in private beach- need to cleanup.
when I opened the door, I could smell oil based vanish. please use water-based vanish when you refurbish furniture.( but it was ok when I opened windows for couple of hours)

Love the place, the scene in Phu Quoc. Thanks Mrs An for her kind supports from the first till my departure. Hope to get chances to be back here. My strong recommendation to stay at Amarin when travelling to Phu Quoc, especially should keep in touch with her for any information needed.

Great room with a beautiful view. Great value for the price paid. The staff was very polite and friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily and made spotless.

Nice resort with good service. They secretly celebrated my nephew birthday when we stayed there, we were really surprising and impressive!

Super good location, private beach, nice service and excellent breakfast buffet. Stayed 2 nights during rainy season :( (mid September), so can not swim in the beach but we’re both enjoy our stay verymuch.

Wonderful place to stay, extended our trip by 2 days, staff are super super nice and helpful, pool was great and the private beach was superb. I would stay here again.

Perfect location at the seaside with amazing ocean views from the room. Very kind service, delicious breakfast and nice pool.
