Had an ocean view room, 6th floor, breakfast service was very good, place was very empty, but that was good for us, because always enough room at the pool and on the beach. For a fee they offered late checkout until 6pm which was nice.

The only thing that I would recommend is to tell staff at pool, that when they bring other round of beers, they should take empty cans and not leave them at the table ;)

It was pleasent surprise. We looked for some nice beach hotel, completely aware that local 5* can be obrained easier than in Europe. However, it was really good. Rooms are big, beda are confortable and large, maintanance is smooth and efficient. Hotel beach is private and there is enogh sunbeds. OK, South Chinese Sea is not the cleanest sea, bit we had no problems (take shower after swimming).
Location is good, near the downtown and one can enjoy in vibrant evenings and affordable sea food.
Breakfast could be better it is not 5* meal.
BB price is unbeattble.

The refined style of the interior design allows you to feel comfortable. Nice and professional service makes your stay very pleasant, the low guest occupancy rate in the hotel is definitely an advantage

I love all the designs especially the entrance. The liberty statue is my fav. Only 1 thing that will make this place perfect is “if they make the swimming pool as an infinity pool n full view access to the beach without hiding by the coconut trees…

This is the true definition of the 5-star resorts! Everything is so lovely and very modern here and they also have the beach within the resorts area! Awesome.

Spent a weekend there. The service was amazing.... Very thoughtful.
They even pick up us at the air port when we arrived. The last day of the trip they also drop us off at the airport. Amazing experience.

The room is in good condition and absolutely spotless... Amazing. One of the best i have ever been to before.

I came during a low season... And i suggest you to do the same. Free upgrade of room. Enjoy all the facilities and services to the fullest...
The front desk workers are also very friendly and helpful.

Fabulous place to stay. Highly recommend. Everything was great from the staff, to the breakfast, the immaculate gardens the beach frontage and the pool.

Perfect location, beachfront, excellent service, clean rooms. Breakfast was good, but it’s from 6 - 9 (good thing is they serve until 10).

We had one of six bungalows which was very spacious, immaculately clean with plenty of storage. The staff from management to room maids were polite and could not do enough for you, set on probably the best bit of beach on the strip the hotel really is 5 star all the way.I

Got a last minute booking here for some chill out time after a busy tour around Vietnam. So happy we did! Spacious room, well equipped, amazing setting right on the beach, incredible sunsets. The staff have been very attentive and helpful!

5-star hotel at a 2-star cost. Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. Most resturants/shops are within walking distance. Access to private beach. Other amenities like pool, spa/massage, recreational, and gym included.

This was a great resort. They have a breakfast buffet. A pristine swimming pool and it's really near a beach, all you have to do is walk downstairs and you're right there on the beach. At dinner time you can eat near the pool which gives you a great view of the ocean. I had a room which you could see the ocean from. It was quite enjoyable. I put up a do not disturb sign on the door during my stay and they didn't disturb my room while I stayed. I had to request a breakfast slip because of this at reception but it gave me peace of mind.

This resort was a great last minute reservation. Booking was easy. Rooms were clean and spacious, receptionists and others we came across were friendly and helpful. The location was great, near the night markets and near the beach, restaurants and market all in walkable distance. Daily breakfast had a great variety of dishes, with the soup (pho, bun, etc.) changed daily, great selection of fruit and juice options, as well as dessert. The umbrella provided in the room turned out much needed since we came when typhoon Noru was going through vietnam

Wonderful resort. Rooms were clean and customer service is courteous and fast. There is a greater than life atmosphere to the place. The beach is just a small a walk away and the rooms with beach view provide a fantastic sunset view. Highly recommend and will definitely be back if I am in the area again!

This is my second stay in 2 years and I love the price and value you get. It's one of the few local Vietnamese owned hotels that have impeccable service and quality. The rooms are exactly as you see in the photos and the location is just perfect. It's close enough to the downtown area where you can walk or take a quick ride, but far enough to not see the traffic or hear the noise. There are a lot of great food options across the street and even a small supermarket across the street

Great experience at the hotel, beach is private and beautiful. The hotel's breakfast for Indian tourists is okish with not much variety. Hotel services are good and worth the price.

Nice clean affordable rooms. Food wasn’t amazing, just OK. No outlets for 120v, only 220V is available, so be prepared prior to coming. Not much to do in Phu Quoc unless you just want to sit on a quiet island. It’s like the Bahamas but way overpriced for still being Vietnam.
