Vinholidays Fiesta Phu Quoc

Room was mostly good, the bed was a bit hard, but I guess to preference. There were some small ants though, on the second night, even though we were on the 7th floor.

The included breakfast was alright, food was a bit limited. The bread was a tiny bit stale(?).

The location is good, because it's right next to the tourity town all built by the same company. It is a bit empty at the moment (because so much of it was built at once, but I believe not many know of it because of how new this place is) but enough for a full day or two if you aren't planning to go to their theme parks (VinWonder and VinSafari).

Big swimming pool, decent size room with enough amenities.
No gym or though.
5 mins walk from bus stop.

Overall, pleasant experience staying with them. Will definitely recommend.

Nice, clean hotel, great location inside Grand World, the public beach is also great and just a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was ok, but not as good as in similar hotels on the island we've been before. Even though this hotel is very similar to the neighboring hotel "Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc", we didn't like this hotel as much. The slightly lower price compared to the neighboring hotel is not worth it in my opinion, we would prefer to stay in the neighboring hotel in the future.

Great facilities and services. I am especially impressed with the free transportation to and from airport. The VinBus picks you up at the airport and drop you off at bus terminal T2. Call hotel and they will send a shuttle to pick you up at T2 and deliver to hotel, luggage’s and all. Hotel location is a short walk from the beach. Many restaurants and convenient marts nearby. Big clean swimming pool suitable for laps swimmers. Very clean due to newer construction. Staff appears well trained and enthusiastic about their work. Highly recommended.

Very nice staff. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast taste good. Free transport to many local spotlights.

Good value, good location, good service, good staff, good breakfast. A bit far to town and airport, but there's free Vinbus to take. Very happy with our 3 nights stay.

Our stay at Vinholidays was excellent, it matched or exceeded all expectations.
Location is very good, hotel is modern and clean; on site restaurant is also excellent, very good breakfast Buffet. (It’s very much worth booking room that includes breakfast, very good value to do so.
The best feature of the hotel is the staff; every staff member was courteous, friendly and professional. They made us feel welcome and comfortable, were very accommodating and helpful to meet any requests or needs, including especially restaurant and kitchen staff.
Will always choose to stay at Vinholidays when in Phu Quoc.

Good services, staffs are friendly, enthusiastic to support changing room, checking early and check out late without extra fee.

Definitely no less than a 5 star resort. Beautiful lobby, huge pool and clean rooms. Everything is in top working condition. I am extremely picky when choosing a place to stay, but this resort exceeds my expectations. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is new and has good service and facility, staff is friendly and supportive. Nice pool and hotel location is quite near Grand World which is very convenient to explore night market and enjoy local food. It takes 10 mins to walk to the beach. Breakfast is good and, totally happy with the hotel at this price. I will come back and stay here next time.

The hotel is great, the swimming pool is nice. It is next to the grand world, convenient. I just have some comments for service improvement: the pillow is so soft, can not sleep (it will help if the hotel prepare some harder pillows and provide it upon request)

Nice hotel and surrounds, excellent pool, breakfast a little small on options but it is the quiet season at the moment so understandable, still quite nice food on offer.

Restaurant Staff Phung and up front restaurant service team were great! Fast Clean, efficient service. Great Team work! Breakfast quality was great, fresh, heathy options. Better service than many 5 stars international hotels I have been to.

I was touched seeing a pregnant employee helped my 80 yo mom carried a hot bowl of pho to table. Thank You!

Service is excellent and staff are very polite and genuine. Perfect location for walking to grandworld and they offer rides to safari and vinwonders. Also offered airport transfer. Only thing is room needs to improve more: pillows are very hollow, needed to ask for one more to lay down, more electric outlets on both sides of the bed and bidet water power needed to be stronger. Great pool view and balcony.

The room is wide, clean and comfortable. Staff is so friendly and very supportive. Breakfast is quite good. The restaurant inside is good as well, dishes are large, delicious with an affordable price.
The location is so good. Its back is opposite to Grand World so can easily walk to explore check in places. And there are free Tuk tuk service bring us to go around Grand World and to the beach.
Electrical socket is under the table so need to get under to plug elec kettle.
Pillows are too soft and thin to sleep, there are only 2 pillows for 2 people, should provide 4 pillows for hugging.
It will be very better if hotel has a service bring to T2 terminal to use VinBus.
