Chez Carole Beach Resort

Very yummy breakfast and spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and staying there was really relaxing especially with pool to jump into on hot days. It was in a great location too, just a small drive away from delicious food. It was really nice to stay at a resort right near the beach. A very big bathroom but the shower wasn’t so good. Not much water came out and the shower was in the bath.

Staff were friendly and accommodating and quick to resolve issues. The private beach and swimming pool were great to use. The restuarant had good food, but was quite expensive. Card payment is possible. The room was clean.

Just a side note, they offer pickups and dropoffs which is nice however the driver was very distracted - constantly talking on the phone with several people, scrolling through his phone etc and it was very annoying especially on a long car ride. And also not safe.

Very quiet place, very enjoyable set up. It's a bit outside of Phu Quoc main activity points, but if you're looking for peace, you can find some there.

The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the location and the quiet space the resort gave. All amenities provided.

Return after 3 years. Peaceful place with private beach. Staffs are friendly, food is great with reasonable price. Looks like its just been renovated

The most beautiful resort I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Perfectly placed outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful pristine beaches and amazing food. The staff is also some of the friendliest people I have met in Vietnam!!!!!I would definitely recommend staying at this resort!

Found this place by accident, Probably the most relaxing place i ever stayed. the staff, Food and accommodation are excellent. room 101 is literaly on stilts over the ocean, you wont find a "beach front villa" closer than this and so private.

Great simple resort, the private beach is large with plenty of space for all guests. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bungalows over the river are particularly nice with a small terrace and an original bathtub. Restaurant is also good with a good choice of Vietnamese and Western food. Staff has been great with us when our daughter was hospitalised, really making our life as easy as possible.
If you are looking for a simple but cosy resort in Phu Quoc, look no further.

We only had the pleasure of dinning here and using the private beach they have saved from the unstoppable wave of human destruction everywhere else in Vietnam.
There are a small number of very friendly, well fed dogs in and around the beach that made the visits worth while for us.
The beach is very clean. There are lots of sun loungers peppered down the beach weaved in and out of palm trees for island aesthetics and decent shade. There are also ocean hammocks and an instagram swing thing at the end if the dock for the vanity images. This side of the island is also free from the gushing winds and relentless surf.

We were not guests at the resort, but the staff were more than happy for us to come down and use the facilities.

A very private and beautiful hotell. Plenty of space on the Beach. Only this Hotel on the Beach. A recomendation is to take the canoes up river.
A bit far of from the city but the hotel have rental motorbikes.
The food was great. There are a bus that can take guest for free into town to eat on their other restaurant if you like some variation.

Also caramel color sand but water is less clear than Mango Beach. However the resort is really nice, a great cozy place to have a drink in front of the beach. They also have a pool. Usually good food. Sausages were not bad. Pizzas were small but best I had in Phu Quoc, I enjoyed the 4 cheese one. No pizza at the resort, you have to go to Long Beach area. Cordon Bleu was special but still fine. I enjoyed a lot the cold lipton tea. They accept credit card without surcharge. The resort even accepted American Express.

Resort situated in the northern part of Phu Quoc Island. Nam, the receptionist, greeted us warmly and showed us to our bungalow which had a small terrace overlooking the lake. Room was cleaned daily and replenished with toiletries. The restaurant had a selection of both asian and european dishes. Bar was stocked with a variety of alcoholic beverages, beers, juices, smoothies and hot beverages. Buffet Breakfast was also good and abundant. Duc served our dinner almost every evening and helped us with suggestions of places we wanted to visit around the island. The beach was clean with hammocks and sunbeds. Kayaks were provided to explore the neighbouring beaches and river. The resort has also a small gym and spa (we did not make use of). Good wifi connection.

Very nice beach, clean and beautiful. Kayak free. Volley ball, food ball, bar, spool and lived music. Restaurant is ok, price for Viet food is ok but for Western dishes....a little bit high. Will come back.

Second time visit couple of years frame, free entrance, nice food, clean beach, enjoy swimming relaxing. Recommended for a day stay at least. We're not living here. French owned guess

Amazing place to stay in. Very cozy, quiet, private access to beach... Restaurant is delicious and affordable. Excellent place to stay with the family or for a couple. Highly recommend visiting Chez Carole!

Lovely place with a lnice restaurant by the beach. Haven't stayed there, just had lunch and dinner a few times

I can take time to relax all day.
