The overall service is very good. The beach and swimming pool are also very beautiful. The staff are also very friendly and very relaxing. You can stay here all day without any problem. The breakfast is also very delicious. The dishes change every day. It is great. 100% lee so kind

Lovely stay with the family over Christmas at New World Phu Quoc Resort. The complex is vast and spacious as are the villas. Loved how much room there was, and it was an experience in the outdoor shower at night under the moon!

Everything was clean and well maintained, staff were friendly and welcoming. Food, especially for kids, was great. Plenty of variety at breakfast. There's also a lovely Vietnamese BBQ restaurant just outside the main entrance, or plenty of restaurants/bars along the beach if you want a change from resort food.

The pool is massive, albeit slightly colder when we visited due to high winds. We spent most of the time at the beach where there's plenty to do (sports, borrow buckets/spades). You can also hire a bike for free to ride around the resort, and there's the usual gym/spa amenities.

Highly satisfied. Staffs in reception were able to communicate in simple English. The room, private pool and the outside pool were clean and well managed. We had lovely stay, a good rest. On the day of checkout, staff named Cuong assisted us with comfort and professionalism. He was especially very fluent in English. If we ever get to visit Phu Quoc again, we will stay in New World Resort.

beautifully designed and maintained resort with spacious pool villas. The private pool is large and completely hidden from view. By calling a buggy you can move around the huge resort very quickly and free of charge. It's only at breakfast or dinner that you notice the many other guests.

Great for relaxing.

Came here with a group of 7 of us. For a 4 bedroom, each w private en suite bathroom and a private pool with kitchen it was 5 star and only about $60pp per night! You don’t need to leave often as this resort has everything.

Pool was amazing if you wanted more space. It was so windy it was hard to enjoy the beach but if the weather is nice they have 3 hammocks which is top notch in my book!!

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and there’s a nice fitness area.

I was very impressed with the warm welcome and service from the staff.
I had the best time with my family.
All the scenery in front of me was so beautiful.

This resort provide a spectacular view and a very nice service.
The resort is near to the sea. You can enjoy the smoothest wind and gorgeous sunset at th evening.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the resort for providing excellent service and amenities during my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. The pool was large and beautiful, and the beach was stunning. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful resort on the beach. The most attentive staff we've ever come across in our travels. So friendly and helpful - which was very much appreciated by us. Our villa had its own pool but we also enjoyed a dip in the resort affinity pool and few cocktails pool side. The beautiful beach is in a quiet bay with deck chairs and hammocks to laze about in. It even has swings over the water. The resort is about 25 minutes drive from the main town Duong Dong so we hired a local guide for the day ($85 AUD) and saw all the interesting attractions. For us, this particular holiday was all about 'Rest and Relax' . If you're in need of some down time to chill and regenerate you won't be disappointed with a stay here. I just needed to add that there seemed to be lots of activities for children keeping them occupied so it could also be great for families to carers so down time.

Basic manner is fine, but English communication could have improvement (except front desk/ Reception)

I think there are more delicate services can learn from other 5 star ocean resorts like Thailand /l Indonesia luxury Resort.
For example:
1-Check-in time: can arrange private butler to introducing room space and facilities
2-breakfast buffet：can offer the simple sink to wash hands
3- can offer Anti-mosquito tools

We had a great time at this beautiful resort - the villa was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was bountiful and tasty and all the staff members very friendly - a special thank you to Hang and Duy who were exceptional hosts at the breakfast and a fountain of really useful tips and information! We’ll be back……

Excellent resort with majestic villas. Very good idea to divide houses functionally and keep bedrooms only with bathrooms and place kitchen and living room in separate building.

Stayed at 4 resorts in Phu Quoc, New World has the best breakfast buffet by far.
Rooms are decent, but I prefer the rooms under one roof. There is a fountain in the pool, I had to ask to turn it off at night.
Took 10 min to get to the beach on foot, but there are rooms much closer to the beach. Great service, I really enjoyed my stay here. Next time I visit Phu Quoc, I will visit again.

It's a great location for vacation. No need to plan any and just staying at the hotel eating swimming walking on the kem beach. Bike riding inside the resort is one joy for my stay. Swimming pool is grandeur and just front the kem beach. Many hammocks in the beach. Kayak riding also good. Nearby some nice restaurants too.

Located at the South part of the island, 20 minutes by car from the airport. The main city pretty far from this resort. Will take around 45 minutes by car. So if you're planning on going to the main town alot, better to consider this fact. We rented a car for 5 days we were there.

However, you may never actually need to leave the resort. The compound is huge.... there are other cheaper eating options along the beach which you can just walk. If you get bored of the hotel food.

The beach itself while not private, is at the end of the whole stretch, so it feels very private.

The surrounding area is a bit of a ghost town, so don't bother walking around outside the resort. Actually most of the new built townships seem to be a ghost town... We stayed within the resort mostly and drove around to specific places of interest.

We got here after a 5 night stay at the JW Marriott Emerald Bay which was quite a unique experience given it's uniqueness but we were stunned by the massive size and beauty of the New World Resort - the property is LARGE and quite captivatingly lovely!

Villas - we are in a Premier swimming pool villa with partial views of the beach. The villa in itself is quite pleasing and massive with everything you would like to have on your stay.

Pool Area - It is massive, with beautiful views so you can always find a peaceful corner of it gets too busy. There is a kids splash area with water slides which is a big hit with the kids!

The Lua Bar and Grill is amazing! The service and food both are exceptionally good and we can't thank the chef Phuong and his team, Duy for the most amazing food and service. Thank you so much for always bending over backwards to accommodate our requests and always making everything super special for us!

A special thanks to the GM, Trinh and the rest of the team for making our stay so fabulous and comfortable. A Big thank you for the special surprise as well. We can't wait to be back!

The resort was everything! It was perfect for the family with all the facilities and great selection of buffet choices! We would highly recommend any family to visit this resort!

A magic place, we loved our stay so much. Everyone was incredibly friendly, respectful and warm and offered help any time we needed. The villa was beautiful, matched the description and the photos. Our son loved the swimming pool and the beach play. Zen and quiet, the atmosphere was chilled and this is what we needed.
