Sea Sense Resort

I had a wonderful time at Sea Sense Resort. Beautiful location, directly at the beach, but also some good restaurants in walkable distance (20 min). The staff was helpful and friendly. The Villa with seaview was a great choice, peaceful and quiet, you can listen to the waves when you fall asleep. It has a large terrace with comfortable seating furniture. I had no trouble at all with the shower, the water never appears to cold for me (but considering the outside temperatures in April, I don’t need particularly *hot* water to shower). Great breakfast buffet, with large selection. Worth mentioning is also the airport-transfer-service. I would definitely choose this place again.

A peaceful resort is the perfect place for you to have a completely tranquil vacation as it is located approximately 7km away from the town center. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, and all the employees greet you with a smile whenever they meet you. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant offers a diverse selection of Asian and European dishes for lunch and dinner. The facilities are new and beautiful, and since the resort is nestled in the forest, the air is extremely cool and refreshing, not to mention that it's also located close to the beach. It truly is a dreamy place for those who want to immerse themselves in nature and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sea Sense Resort, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the ocean and well-maintained grounds. While it's true that the service might not be as prompt as during regular days due to the high demand, it didn't bother me much. After all, I was on vacation and the purpose was to relax and unwind. The slight wait was insignificant compared to the overall enjoyment of my leisure time.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here during Christmas 2023, and it was truly a memorable experience for us. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.

The food at the hotel was exceptional, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. Considering the equivalent restaurants in the area, we found the pricing to be reasonable. Moreover, the portion sizes were generous compared to other establishments nearby, leaving us satisfied after every meal.

One of the highlights of our stay was the Christmas dinner on December 24th. The hotel organized a delightful Christmas feast, and we were truly impressed by the effort put into creating a festive and enjoyable experience for the guests. The ambiance, decorations, and the variety of delicious dishes made it a truly memorable evening for us.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the staff members who worked tirelessly to make our holiday stay so wonderful. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. It was evident that the staff genuinely cared about ensuring the guests had a pleasant and memorable time.

Overall, we had a fantastic time during our stay at this hotel during Christmas 2023. The friendly staff, delicious food, reasonable pricing, and the abundance of food portions compared to surrounding restaurants all contributed to making our holiday truly special. A great resort! Especially in the ore session time I'm November. It's pleasantly warm, not too hot and not crowded. The service is second to none and deserves more than 5 stars. The staff is nice and helpful and always friendly and polite. The perfect place for couples. Unfortunately there is no bar or evening entertainment, which gives the evenings for solo travelers only 4 stars. Nevertheless, the food, drinks and everything around it is perfect! I also recommend the massage on the beach!

Cleanliness Is a dream! It is in the middle of nature and monkeys and lizards run around, yet the rooms are always clean and perfect! (but you should keep the door closed, otherwise uninvited animal guests will come)

We spen Christmas and New Year 2023 in the Sea Sense resort and it was a brilliant experience. The resort itself is very idyllic and well maintained and there is a small village behind it with several good places to eat and drink plus ATM, pharmacy, shopping and money exchanging.
The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. The only small thing I would change is for the pool bar to start playing a bit of music at sunset and stay open to maybe 9 for drinks. If we visit the island again we'll pick the same resort

Sea Sense Resort is a great, peaceful location, has high level customer service, and great accommodations at various levels. We had the pool villa which was well furnished and had a great view of the beach. The three restaurants on site serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner and are highly accommodating to various tastes. If you want to eat outside of the resort, there is the option to take a scooter or taxi, which we did to experience the city sites.

Very nice resort by the sea in a quiet place. The beach of the resort is clean and the water is clear.
The bedroom is spacious, clean, comfortable and has an amazing sea view.
Nice swimming pool and you also have a kayak for one hour for free per day.
Good breakfast and friendly staff.
I totally recommend that resort if you plan to visit Phu Quoc.

I would really like to thank all the staff of Sea Sense Resort for the amazing hospitality. The room was very clean and the service impeccable. We tried several times the two restaurants which offer a big variety of good food for all types of people (I’m pregnant and all the waiters were full of attentions toward me). The breakfast was always excellent: a lot of different types of food…

So happy! Nestled near the beach in the lap of nature, this place has it all, perfect honeymoon destination. Picturesque room, we took the private pool villa, which isn't as costly as those near the long beach. In short, it fulfilled all our needs.

I truly unforgettable experience. We couldn't have been more happy and amazed by this place. The beautiful rooms, food, view and peacefulness just made it for us. We had the private pool villa and WOW it was worth it. We were stunned when opening the door to the villa and felt no need to leave the resort as anything you required was available. The SPA is a must and the food/cocktails are incredible

We spent here beautiful week in pool villa. We had comfortable room, beautiful room, great pool from the bedroom.
Resort is quite big and offer several categories od accomodation ( pool villa, bathtubu villas, seaview rooms, beachfront villas). In resort is small fitness, they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Resort is a little bit far from other restaurants and shops, so food here is more expensive.
You have 1 hour od kayak free a day and 4 hours bike rental. Nice beach and big pool.

I‘m lucky to say that I stayed in this beautiful Resort/Hotel! I found this gem online and I booked the Villa with a seperate pool on the terrace. Rooms are very very clean und get cleaned everyday when you want it. I didn’t need the daily cleaning for my 3 day stay, since it was very clean. And I can tell, that I stayed in a lot of 5 star Hotels in Vietnam already and clean rooms in vietnamese Hotels are very rare. I am so glad that the Sea Sense Resort make me feel very comfortable with the hygiene.
The rooms are 10/10. Can‘t get better!
The service/The staff was also 10/10 and they are very kind and helpful, especially the guy who drove us around with the golf cart.
The staff also allowed me to check out at 17:00 because my flight was a late flight. That is not of course, since the normal check out time is 12:00. Thank you guys for this amazinf service and amazing resort.

The private beach at the resort was luckily very empty and very beautiful. Way more beautiful than the famous Khem Beach or Sao Beach on Phu Quoc Island!

I can really say, that I will recommend it 1000% for everyone who wants to visit a clean, beautiful and very private resort which are not overrun by many families.
I will definitely come back to only this Resort everytime I visit Phu Quoc Island. Thank you guys, we felt amazing at your resort!

I got beachfront villa and it was best choice. Choose villa close to the pool and it makes your holidays great again :)

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the nice beach. Restaurants around are available by a short walk along the beach. Bungalow 103/104 direct at beach were a wonderful choice. Staff is very supportive and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful with nice view to the sea

The resort is very safe, they’ve thought of all the little details and although I don’t have children, I saw a lot of entertainment for the young so probably suitable for families.

They make a really nice floating breakfast if you’re staying at one of the swimming pool villas. If not, their restaurant breakfast actually gives more options to choose from!

The staff also took great care of us when we fell off our bike, looked after our scratches and even gave us some help.

Room is upgraded to beach front villas which is right at the beach but the top of coconut trees are right at the balcony which blocks the view of the ocean. Lunch and dinner menu can be more various, unfortunately the menu is not my personal favorite.

Beautiful resort, with excellent service. All staff assisting you with a smile. Most staff speak good English.

I rate it 4 for the rooms, as they they didn't quite feel premium, but that being said, they were very top quality, with great beachfront views. Overall, a resort very deserving of its '4-star hotel' status.

We absolutely adored our stay at Sea sense resort! The resort and our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean, the view from our balcony (with a tub!) was particularly incredible.
The buffet breakfast was amazing - we are vegan and the chef always ensured there were things we could eat and even made us our own fresh dish every single morning!
The beach was very clean and great to swim in (especially compared to other beaches on the island!)
We thought the quiet location was ideal and lovely - and had a lot of fun hiring a scooter to explore the island (super cheap too!)
Staff were all very friendly and helpful - we cannot fault our stay at the resort at all! :)
