Green Bay Phu Quoc Resort & Spa

We had such an amazing stay at Green Bay, cannot recommend it more! We felt like we were living in a dream. The staff are so friendly, helpful and attentive. Our villa was beautiful on the hill side with a private pool, its was definitely worth the extra cost - really big, clean and private. The setting of the resort is perfect. 2 restaurants with a great variety of vietnamese and western choices and the beach bar is amazing with a small island to see the sun setting. It has the most beautiful beach and pools. The pictures do not do it justice! If you are wanting to get away from the busyness of life, then this place is for you! The whole resort has a calming, laidback feel. Lots of space around the pools and beach with loads of loungers that were always available. We felt so relaxed after staying here, we didn't want to leave.

Green Bay is THE best place if R&R in a gorgeous oceanfront spot is yr destination. Am confused by reviewers that complain GB is too far from town. There are plenty of Miami Beach-type resorts close to town they should go to. But if beauty, charm and serenity are the goal, then GB. General Manager Cindy has a great team and everyone is so friendly. Free kayaks and paddle boards. And rent a scooter and go to the Bee Farm in the countryside - another 5 Star experience. 🌷

Exclusive hotel and spa. Services at the highest level. Free bike and kayak rental. Fantastic private beaches. In addition to beautiful equipment, the cottages have outdoor showers and bathtubs. The entire hotel is in a beautiful jungle setting.

This resort is extremely beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We had a nice villa with the sea views. We really enjoyed it.Once again, thank you GM and Green Bay team for the considerate and enthusiastic welcome.

Loved staying here. Our room was next to the beach and beautiful designed. The whole resort is beautiful by the way. Lots of flowers and trees.

This was a great resort with a private beach. The food was equally amazing. It is a bit off the beat path and not near a city of sorts. So you will need to rent a scooter or get a taxi to leave the resort. We rented a scooter to see the island.

This little gem is not very crowded but it is a beautiful place to go for your vacation.

I had a beach bungalow and it was huge, spacy, clean, simply amazing.

Resort bar and restaurant in 5 minutes walking distance.

Their breakfast is stunning, I have never seen or had such a wonderful breakfast experience.

The only negative thing was that the WI-FI signal was very poor at my beach bungalow.

There are two little kitties, grey and red. Give them some breakfast sausages 5 and some scrambled eggs without seasoning on a small plate or bowl.

Very cosy nicely arranged bungalows directly at the beach. Well groomed greenery all around the resort giving a great natural feeling for the entire stay. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and supportive. Great breakfast with good mixture of Vietnamese and International dishes. Stayed during low rain season in September there so prices were quite affordable too. Can fully recommend this resort.

Location is meaningless because it’s a resort where you want to spend time away from the hustle and bustle. Therefore, the fact that it is not right near the busy sections is a benefit :)

Stayed here for four nights in October 2022. Great resort if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. However, it should be noted that it is quite far from the main town (although there is smaller hamlet in biking distance). It is possible to rent a motorcycle for 200,000 dong per 24 hours, which is a great way to explore the northern part of the island. The multiple beach areas are great, as are the pools. You can use paddle boards, kayaks and snorkelling gear for free during your stay. I highly recommend doing some snorkelling since there is a reef area right on the beach of the resort. I even spotted some parrotfish there!

The accommodation (Garden Bungalow in our case) is massive and clean. The breakfast buffet had loads of options that changed every day. However, we found the service in the restaurant varied quite a lot, with staff not speaking English and long waiting times. The reception and cleaning staff were great however! Prices for lunch and dinner are quite high and with the service quality mentioned above, we chose to eat elsewhere most of the time (it’s cheaper to get a taxi to town and eat there). Overall highly recommended!

I stayed at the property for 4 nights and I would like to say this place is one of the best for couples. So close to the beach and so spacious and grand villas. The staff here is polite, helpful and friendly. Though they lack a little experience as the property is new I would give an extra star for their efforts and their warm behaviour towards tourists. Overall a great experience at Green Bay resort.

We just checked in and enjoyed the swimming pool. main and private both are great. tea time service included. Atmosphere is natural and very relaxing.

We stayed in pavilion with private pool sea view in July 2022. The room, pool, hotel and location are very beautiful. You have 100% privacy for your holiday with this pavilion and private pool. But it is very sad that service in the hotel was very limited - only one restaurant operating (other restaurants were closed), no proper spa (only few overpriced massages, no nails and hair even), no yoga (even it was in hotel descriptions), no any other classes or activities that we expected to see in this type of hotel. This is a big negative on the hotel management side, not staff.

Great stay. Four nights. Comfortable beach chairs. Nice pool with lounges too. Great sandy beach and good water for swimming. Some snorkeling possible. Tiki bar for sunset. Dinner options are good enough. Breakfast is great! Small but decent workout space. Spa too (didn’t use). Transport to and from airport include. They also arranged for renting of motorbikes (200 VND per person per day). Though only left for one day. Will return

This Resort is truely an Resort! We stayed 6 nights and would like to stay more. We stayed at the bungalow near beach and it was beautiful. Very clean, everything good maintained, my wife had her birthday here and the staff arranged a birthday cake, they helped me to arrange flowers, the massage was perfect, they have snorcheling equipment, paddleboards kayaks, epic pool, private very clean and well located beach and the food at the breakfast and dinner was super jummy! Just a beautiful expirience.

Exotic resort in front of the beach

My husband and I stayed for four days here and enjoyed every minute of it. The resort though a little far from the airport, mingled in with the nature, giving us the most chilled holiday experience ever. The room was fully equipped with mostly wooden and bamboo-made items, expressing its eco-friendly vibe even more.

The staff was very friendly, offering professional service. Will definitely come back to Green Bay again.

Beautiful, peaceful resort nestled in the natural environment by the sea. Staff very kind and helpful. Water sports equipment for use. Resort is super clean. Would highly recommend it you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle. No restaurants in walking distance, only the resort restaurant.

A lovely and relaxing place to stay - very quiet and beautiful bungalow and grounds, great pools and beach. Food very tasty and staff very helpful. Great to use kayaks and paddle boards in the calm bay.
Would definitely stay again.
