Wyndham Garden Grandworld Phu Quoc

Nice, clean hotel, great breakfast and great location in the Grand World, the public beach is also great and just a few minutes walk away. Even though this hotel is very similar to the neighboring hotel "Vinholidays Fiesta Phu Quoc", we liked this hotel better overall. In my opinion, the slightly higher price compared to the neighboring hotel is worth it, we would prefer to stay in this hotel in the future. Highly recommended!

Loved my stay at wyndham garden. There are lovely receptionists and welcoming staffs.
- Breakfast needs some improvement.
- Restaurant needs to have more choice of meals.

Magnifique Experience

On the whole we enjoyed the hospitality spirit and had a wonderful experience of staying there. From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting.
Location: 10/10 we can go for a walk to Grandworld just 10 minutes to enjoy the charm of Venice every night.
Staff: 9/10 they are courteous and warm-heart.
Very nice landscape: 10/10 very impressed with the architectural style of Indochina, it makes me feel the breath of the culture link of Vietnam and the world. Well worth seeing so very definitely recommend as it is a great place for leisure, couple, family to relax.

I had a wonderful vacation here. Everything was really good. The staffs were friendly and ready to help guests. Room qualify was as well as what I expected, it was nice and comfortable, food and baverage was also worthy to try . It took a short time and very convenient to go to Vin Wonder or Safari.
In short, I will be a return guest in the next summer.

The staff was really friendly, understanding and helpful. Room service was quick and great. View was also nice and the beach was accessible, just 200 metres away from the rooms. There was a shuttle bus service to nearby theme parks. They also accommodated our requests for vegetarian food to a great extent, but if you want a wide range of dishes, going to the city would be better. Overall, a great visit and would definitely recommend!!

It was a fantastic stay with the Wyndham Garden team, and this was a memorable journey in Phu Quoc. My first impression is a warm greeting from the bellboys team, along with their prompt assistance with my luggage. After that, I continued to feel happy and welcome with the receptionist team, and there were many pretty girls with bright smiles. They were very friendly and helpful in providing all the general hotel information. Sometimes, I feel like this hotel is a 5-star hotel instead of a 4-star hotel as advertised—about the room, it was a bit small, but I thought it was suitable for a couple to stay; otherwise, travelers can make a reservation with a connecting room if they go as a family. Especially, the hotel team did allocate me a room with a poolside view and a Grandworld view. However, what made me feel most memorable about the whole trip was your customer service spirit. The staff at the counter "banh cuon", whose name is Mr.Hoa, always greets any guest who comes. with the area you are in charge of, and when guests leave, Mr.Hoa always wishes all guests a good meal with a warm smile. There is really no point in complaining about the hotel's food service, from the service of the staff to the variety of dishes. In short, it's really great. Although we do not have a baby, I still feel that the hotel's kidsclub service is quite good: there are two indoor and outdoor areas for children to enjoy, and in addition, there are babysitters who are friendly. After all, on the day of check-out, I was supported by the hotel receptionist to become a Wyndham member and will enjoy a lot of membership benefits in the future when I have the opportunity to return or apply for more than 50,000 Wyndham properties worldwide.
