Seashells Phu Quoc Hotel & Spa

this hotel is highly recommended to family and couples. we bought with free spa offer with two bedroom suite (balcony included). it was such a great deal with 60 mins spa for the four of us (highly recommended to book in advance, i asked in email before arrival, they told me i can book on the spot, but when we arrived, they told me it was full for the day. Luckily they did their best to arrange for us in the end.) you can also enjoy sunset at their infinity pool and private beach. great view and atmosphere! its in the city, a lot of food just outside the hotel.

Decent resort. They will greet you with greeting tea.
Good pretty swimming pool, small gym equipments, and there’s nice beach right in front of the resort.
Walking distance from night market, like 5 mins.
You can get private taxi drivers from hotel, they offer you better price than grab.

Good breakfast, you can order a chef to make an omelette too

Such a great stay here. The experience was second to none. The pool was amazing - we probably spent more time in the water than on land. The live music by the pool set a really fun vibe. The room was fantastic! Service was excellent. An overall great experience! We have already decided to stay here again next time we’re in Phu Quoc. We’ve also been telling everyone they need to stay here!!

Absolutely gorgeous venue, beautiful sights, scenery, rooms. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

First highlight was the pool downstairs with a stunning view of the ocean. You can spend a whole day just downstairs if you are after chill relaxation and the view as the sun sets its amazing.

Break buffet there's a lot of options and food was good.
They also run a BBQ buffet promotion and that I would recommend 10/10. Live music with it too, definitely worth the purchase. A lot of options whether it's seafood to viet food, to meat, fruit desserts... etc.

Staff were friendly and quick to help, no issues at all. Great service.

Rooms were clean, spacious and obviously no complaints here.

Overall if you wanted a holiday dream resort... well you got it. Definitely a great place to stay.

The view from our rooms is nice. Can hear the wave sound daily which is relaxing. Price are affordable for a 5star resort. Love the infinity pool sea view. Food at the hotel is good as well. Spend most of the time eating in.

Everything is fantastic at this resort.
Rooms are immaculate with a world class view.
Pool is incredible, huge and has a great pool bar.
Has its own private beach with water sports.
Buffet breakfast was really good. Eggs how you want them, with bacon, beans and the usual chicken or pork sausage, as well as Asian food, fruit, pastries etc.
Has restaurants for lunch and dinner.
Location is walking distance to markets.
Staff (and locals) are really nice and friendly.
Although transport is free to and from the airport, make sure to download the Grab app. for taxis. They are so cheap so make sure to tip the driver.
Get your washing done by a local laundrette just outside the resort, it's much much cheaper.
Can't wait to come back to this resort.

The pool is amazing, everything comfortable. The size of the hotel was just right, we could get to the pool in few walks. Also the location is perfect, right in front of Night market and there are a lot of places to have meal nearby.

A worth it place for a stay. Their beach is clean, with clear and calm water (subjected to season), even better than other famous public beaches on the island, just that there might be many rocks. The breakfast had many choices, especially the beef and chicken noodles were really really good. Walking distance to night market and nearby bus stop for free Vinbus to travel around and to Grandworld. The hotel also provide free shuttle bus to-and-fro from airport.

Rooms were spacious, clean and nice, with amazing view. Only slight downside was the fridge wasn't cold, but it's fine because room service delivered ice efficiently whenever requested. Hotel staff was polite and helpful regardless of time. Great breakfast spread. Hotel's private beach was clean and the sea water there was very clear. Very good location, only 7-8mins walk to duong duong night market and basically everything else is centralised around the market that you can walk to.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel alot, and I will surely be back here if coming back to Phu Quoc.

Picked Seashells Hotel from the great Google reviews and loved my stay. The staff is intuitive and amazing; I could not have asked for a better stay! I travel often to Saigon and will definitely fly down for a week a couple times a year in the future.

Best Hotel on Phu Quoc Beach in Duong Dong. Excellent english speaking staff, very clean, great pool, great beach to relax and watch sunset, close walking distance to main shops and restaurants, great taxi service at hotel and good price, 30 minutes from Grand World and Sunset Town. We will stay here again. Also, great breakfast included.

First of all, the location is great. You can walk to the center of Phu Quoc, such as the night market.

There is a nice pool and a bar attached so you can enjoy drinks and food. The drinks, especially smoothies and sintos, are high quality. Seating is limited so you may have to fight for it.

We also used the sauna. The steam sauna was decent.

There is also an SPA, but it is a bit more expensive than the ones in town.

About the room. We stayed in an ocean view room. The view was great and the room itself was cozy.

However, the water smelled musty, and because of that, the whole room smelled a little musty.

The water is probably not drinkable and when you fill the bathtub you can see that the water is yellow. However, this is probably not the hotel's fault. You will have to be patient on this point.

Even taking into account the musty smell of the water in the room, I think this is the best hotel. I recommend you staying there.

Amazing staff service. Mr. Minh Nhat was super helpful and he made sure our journey was smooth throughout. He was also suggestive on places to visit. The breakfast was amazing and filled with great sea food and meat but we being eggetarian only Mr. Minh Phong made sure that he provided us with the best vegetarian breakfast he could which tasted superb. He was very attentive and helpful throughout the phase. They had 24 hour restaurant which was again amazing. Must recommended hotel.

Overall a nice hotel to stay with in phu quoc. The room is clean and the ac is great. The staff is friendly. Most importantly is their strategic location, 5min walk to the night market and near to other popular touristy location such as xin chao, chuon chuon and etc.

Had a ocean view stay. Really enjoyed our time here even though it was wet season. Breakfast included was great with lots of different food. The massage was 2 for 1 and we enjoyed a 1hr couples massage. One of the best massages I've had, very professional, clean and lovely staff.
The food for dinner though was very expensive compared to other places around so didn't eat dinner here, which was a shame as the one time we orded pho Bo here it was delicious, but was double the price you would pay anywhere else.

Nice and big rooms, good area around pool and beach. Gym is a bit small. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great.

Excellent 5 star hotel where the action is! Infinity pool with a small beach, Great service. Rooms with tubs. Restaurant decent with a variety of food and alcohol.

The rooms are spacious with separate shower and toilet. It also has a bathtub and two sinks which is very convenient. Price of the room is also reasonable. Enjoyed the pool a lot as is huge as well. The breakfast are decent with variety of choices. We ordered pizza from room service, however the food was disappointing. The location is very convenient as you can get everything you need within walking distance. Plenty of spa all within walking distance. There’s also a night market about 5 mins walk which is very convenient to get some snacks for supper. Hotel shuttle bus is available from the airport, I think it can be book in advance with the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful, taxi booking is available at the hotel reception. Despite the food from room service, overall it was a great stay at the hotel in Phu Quoc.
