Kiki Coconut Beach Resort Restaurant & Beach Bar

We stumbled across this beach bar whilst on a whole island scootering adventure.. basically, we needed a break and this well sign posted ‘Beach Bar’ was a perfect place to stop.

Lots of off-road parking in the shade for the scooter and a very warm welcome from the owner, Jamie. We had a light lunch, that was very good & quick and a couple of drinks. Some decent background music and nice atmosphere. We got to chat to Jamie who’s originally from the UK and, considering he’s a chap from Leeds, his English was not bad ..😂

We had been pondering on whether to stay on the island for another 10 days after headaches trying to get a Mainland Vietnam Visa for my (Irish Passport) wife. Jamie had a list of suggestions for things to do, which convinced us to extend our stay and try Vietnam (mainland) another time.

Lots of good advice, especially compared to our own hotel on the other side, good food and nice company for a short break. We plan to call back there for a bigger meal and ideally stay a night but it looks like the place is currently fully booked.. not surprised!

Can’t rate the rooms as we didn’t actually stay there but they looked good from the bar stool !

On the quiet side of the island but within scootering distance of anywhere you need to get to. Totally relaxed atmosphere and great food offering at very reasonable prices. Jamie offers a great place to stay at an affordable price and can’t do enough to help you enjoy your stay. And there is a huge water dispenser in your room. Perfect for those early morning thirst quenching moments of too much sun and/or too much to drink! Loved it and will be back.

Kiki is the perfect place for a secluded getaway but with all the comforts you might need. Your host is always available to offer suggestions or tour ideas on the island. The food is good - a nice selection of Vietnamese or Western, including surprisingly good pizzas. The bar attracts a nice collection of interesting people and is worth visiting whether or not you’re staying there (likewise the restaurant). The small size of the place makes it so much more special. The owner is involved on a daily basis, and it shows.

On arrival we were blown away as the resort was exactly like the pictures. The staff were so friendly and helpful, Jamie the owner was awesome, very welcoming and helpful.

The Beach hut was perfect, straight out onto sand and then the water was yards away, perfect quiet location to just relax.

It's on the outskirts of the main town but there's everything you need there anyway.

Food was great and over the time we were there, we tried quiet a few things from the menu and it was well presented and went down well every time.

I would highly recommend to anyone to go and stay as you'll not be disappointed in anyway 😁

I recently had the pleasure of eating at a resort ( 3 times !!) and it was an incredible experience. The food, Vietnamese and European cuisine, was absolutely delicious ( even for a french 😂.) And the price fair.Jamie, the owner, was awesome The resort itself was stunning, with impeccable maintenance evident everywhere. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation getaway!

My husband and I came to Kiki’s for dinner our first night on the island and we’re so impressed with the freshness and flavor everything we ordered had! It was so good we returned the next day for lunch (and I ordered the same thing—the fried fish in a garlic sauce….incredible). The cocktails were also the best on the island!

It's a lovely idyllic beach bar directly at the sea. We came here for dinner and drinks. Everything is homemade and very delicious!
Best part about it is the humorous, friendly and open hearted bartender and owner of the place❤

We stayed at Cay Sao resort down the road but spent a great deal of our time at Kiki Coconut. The quality of the food and drink were superb and superior to any of the resorts nearby. Pricing was very reasonable Most significantly the service is exemplary. The staff are excellent and Jamie the owner is one of the nicest guys you could hope to meet. If we ever return to Phu Quoc we will definitely stay here as well as the rooms and beach area looked great too.

Nice and quiet place. Only 4 bungalows at east side of the Island. I will give 6/5 points for Jamie (owner) taking care of customers. Really helpful and friendly.
If you are looking nice and quiet bungalows with AC, this is the place.
Ocean is next to bungalows with hammocks and sunchairs. We were here at february so wind is blowing trash to the beach, this changes in march. You may read this from other sites also (trashseason).
Rooms were clean with AC and freezer.
To visit places near Kikis, you may rent motorbike from owner also.

Kiki’s become a ‘home away from home’ to us during our week-long stay on Phu Quoc. It is perfectly situated on the calmer, greener side of the island, away from the hustle and bustle of some of the more developed areas. But it’s also a scooter ride from anywhere you would want to be. The food is outstanding (a mix of Vietnamese and familiar beach cuisine) and it’s extremely good value. We recommend the tacos, the made-to-order spring rolls and the grilled ginger fish. One of the many reasons we kept coming back here is that — even when compared to the five-star resorts we frequented — the food at Kiki’s still came out on top. The vibe is one of ‘deep, mega chill’: if you want to play games (trivia or badminton and so on), you can; if you want to pass-out in a food coma, there are hammocks to do so; if you want to take a cleansing dip, there’s a private beach (not swarming with people). There are about 8 tables (usually always full) adjacent to an open bar, creating an intimate but social atmosphere. Finally and most importantly, the host, Jamie, and his staff are enormously welcoming (they make Kiki’s what it is) and offer the best tips for your holiday. Jamie gave us several great suggestions for trekking, starfish-finding and snorkelling, which completely transformed our experience. Really cannot recommend this place highly enough. As they say in Vietnamese: Cảm ơn!

Jamie is an awesome person and manages everything effortlessly. He is kind and tends to help out everyone around him. The staff at the restaurant are well very polite and cater to every request you might have.

Feel free to buy tickets for Snorkelling, VinWonder, etc. from Jamie as he always provided the best price.

Will plan to come here again soon.

This place made our visit to this side of Phu quoc! Without Jamie and his amazing restaurant we would of had to stay in our hotel which served rubbish food and drinks.
The western food at Kiki Coconut restaurant was amazing! The pizza, fish and chips, homemade nachos and spring rolls were outrageously good for such a reasonable price. I could guarantee anything we would of eaten there would have been great quality. The cocktails were great and cheap especially at happy hour 5-6pm and the rest are all great prices. Make sure you order the “Penis Colada”

We were staying at Wildlands resort, which is next to Kiki's. Went there to have a couple of drinks and some food on our first night in Phu quoc. It definitely didn't disappoint. We were hosted by Jamie and Nhut. Service and food were excellent. We went back yesterday for the food and the fries in particular.

Nestled along the beautiful eastern coastline of Phu Quoc, this beach bungalow epitomizes the essence of a secluded paradise.

From the moment I stepped foot on the property, the service was first class. I was greeted by Jamie the owner of the resort I believe, and he took care of anything and everything I needed. Wanted to rent a motorbike? Done and available for me curbside. Wanted to buy fresh seafood from the local market and have a cook out on property? Done, he catered to the idea despite having a restaurant and menu of his own. Jamie had suggestions for whatever I was looking for and travel suggestions on this side of the island.

Jamie was such a gracious host, I loved our daily conversations. The hotel has a quaint, little charming bar, where I spent most my time sipping beers staring at the beach. I also enjoyed conversing with fellow visitors during my 3 nights stay.

The secluded beach had breathtaking sunrise views. Snorkeling gear and paddle boards are available for use complimentary for guests of the property.

My bungalow was quite comfortable with a portable AC unit that kept me comfortably cool at night. Had a nice Asian, rustic charm.

The personalized service, marked by genuine warmth and a keen attention to detail, elevated my experience to one of unparalleled relaxation. I’ll be sure to stop by to say hello to Jamie next time I’m back on the island.

Beds were bit hard for me, but other than that it is hard to imagine peace and family-feeling you have on this location. I forgot flip flops, and I didnt need them for 5 days :) feet in sand. And Jamie is one od those hosts who makes your stay feel like home.

Jamie the owner has been our Hero since day one, serving good food, helping us out when we needed a bike, great warmhearted conversations and always with excellent advice on hand.
The staff is awesome and so kind.
