Jade Mountain Resort & Bar

I stayed here for a little over 2 weeks with my wife and dog and everything was great. The couple running it (Trang and Christian) and staff are super friendly and hospitable, super helpful. Our bungalow was in good condition and comfortable. The pool area was clean and nice to use, and while the resort doesn't have it's own beach access, we were allowed to use the beach at a nearby resort where the water was clean and calm. Overall the vibe is super chill, quiet, and relaxed there

Do be aware that the resort is fairly far from most things on the island (30-40 minutes from the main town area on the island where most tourists go, 15 minutes from a local town area with a market and some shops) but if you want a chill getaway more in nature it's a fantastic location. They put us in touch with a reliable motorbike rental place, who dropped it off at the resort for us, and they had a taxi driver we could text to pick us up whenever we needed a ride. The restaurant at the resort is fantastic (mostly western dishes with some Asian ones), and nearby are some local stores with basics, across the street is a great beach/sports bar and restaurant called Rory's, there are some local seafood places along the coast, and decent amount of other resorts with bar/restaurants too not far away.

A beautiful, serene, chilled spot, nestled on a jungle hill, beautiful view of the ocean, infinity pool fed by mountain spring. And the loveliest hosts you could ever hope to meet, Trang and Christian. Fantastic base for motorbike trips around the island. One of the best holidays we’ve ever had.

Top notch from start to finish. Owners and staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. absolutely stunning location overlooking the sea. The rooms were charming and comfy and there was drinking water taps in each cabin! Highly recommend and will be going back when I can!

Of course this isn’t the place to stay if you want to be in the center of everything; one look at the map of phu quoc will tell you that.

But if what you want is a quiet, comfortable, beautiful place to relax, then this is probably the best place on the island. The pool is pretty and clean, the bungalows are nice, the food is great and reasonably priced, and the staff is very accommodating, especially with vegetarian alternatives off-the-menu. It’s easy enough to rent a motorbike if you want to go out and explore.

I’ll definitely be staying again if I’m back in phu quoc in the future.

Lovely, friendly, relaxed atmosphere, wooden, cozy chalets with balcony and ocean view, very friendly, accommodating staff and fantastic food and drinks selection in the restaurant. We couldn’t be happier here!

I have stayed here twice and both times have been amazing. On top of the fact that the pool looks out to a stunning view, the rooms are so comfortable and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful rooms, incredible/breathtaking scenery, the owners are super friendly and nice, and they have an infinity pool, good food, beanbags and chill deck so it’s a nice place to spend a whole day even if you don’t stay over!

We were looking for a peaceful quiet place by the sea, and that's exactly what we found at Jade Mountain Villa with the beautiful hillside as a green backdrop. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is fantastic and more than makes up for the fact that the calm sea on this side of the island is more for wading rather than swimming.
Christian, Trang and their staff are wonderful and especially Thao is always available at the bar, restaurant and scooter rental and with any questions one might have. This is our first time in Vietnam, and we couldn't have wished for a better introduction

Great Western food from Tris restaurant , cosy rooms , quiet side of the island, and the cutest Phu Qouc ridgeback puppies in the world.

Friendly staff, beautiful and secluded location, roomy bungalows, and ocean views from the pool. Would return!

Amazing place to stay with lovely staff. Can't wait to return again soon.

Vue imprenable sur la mer en journée. Le soir les lumières changeante et coloré de la piscine, donne une atmosphère intime.
Le menu est simple, les produits sont frais et fait maison, excellent.
En plus il y a du vin, bien choisi, bien conservés et le rosé d'hier a glissé comme un jus de fruit, on a même repris une bouteille 😀. Nous avons adoré.
Ps: le patron parle un peu le français.

Das Mountain Jade Resort in Phu Quoc war ein absoluter Traum! Sehr nette Gastgeber, wunderschöner Resort, ruhige Umgebung, leckeres Essen. Mit dem Moped ist alles auf der Insel super zu erreichen. Sehr gerne wieder!

우연히 지나다가 아침식사를 위해 들렀습니다.
아담하고 잘 정돈된 리조트안에 깨끗한 식당이 일어 행운이었습니다.
아직 음식은 나오지 않았지만
분위기 만으로도 음식이 좋을 것이라는 확신이 드네요 ^^
