JM Boutique Hotel

The owners have done a fabulous job designing this hotel, very modern, aesthetic and feel like home. The whole atmosphere was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and up to date. The nicest place we’ve ever stayed. The breakfast had a large variety of foods and tasted amazing. The hotel is so close to the beach and the staff were very helpful and polite. I would definitely return someday and highly recommend to stay here. Very satisfied ❤

Our stay at this hotel was a delightful experience that seamlessly blended comfort and hospitality. The family-friendly atmosphere, coupled with a nature-inspired style, provided a warm and inviting ambiance. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very attentive to our requests. And the added bonus was a gym boasting a picturesque sea view. Highly recommended for those seeking a harmonious blend of relaxation and wellness.

Short walk to the beach, they offer beach towels and you can get a great sunbed for a min. consumption of 100'000 at istanbul beach club.

The room are very beautiful and the atmosphere in the hotel is so relaxing. Breakfast is very delicious with healthy products and something new every day.
The location is perfect, 2 minutes by walk from the most beautiful beach on the island.

Very modern and clean hotel, incredibly attentive staff. AC works perfectly, as well as soundproofing. breakfast is tasty with mix of western and local cuisine, and there is variation everyday, so you don’t get tired and get to taste different things. Very close to the beach.
Only negative was that the water took a while to heat up in the shower, it was challenging to dry swimming suits because you can’t put it outside and in the room they don’t dry because of the AC and that they didn’t have something outside to wash the sand of the feet, because there are no showers at the beach.

100/10 would recommend this hotel!
It’s right by the sea and offers the most professional service. You will feel like a royal and at the same time it feels like home. The facilities are very modern and most importantly the AC is very powerful but doesn’t make you tired unlike traditional ones in Vietnam. I also like the fact that this hotel really cares about sustainability.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Hotel. It’s located very close to Khem beach, which is one of the nicest ones in Phu Quoc - very clean with clear water and not too crowded.

The Hotel itself is very well built, we stayed in their biggest room - the King Deluxe and we absolutely loved the use of stone and wood in the room while having all the modern amenities. They have paid attention to small details to make the room really comfortable and convenient and it looks exactly like in the photos on their website. The only downside is no sea view. We really loved the Hotel too, the interiors are very nicely done. The service is good, the staff is very helpful.

Breakfast was decent, not great though, especially if you are a vegetarian, although 2nd day onwards, they had prepared dishes especially for us so that was nice. However, the staff messed up a bit, and pointed out the pancake containing eggs as being without egg and made especially for us and my wife ate it too, only to realize that there was another set of pancakes which were actually eggless and had been made for us. (It was a big deal for us as we are vegetarians and don’t eat eggs). They messed up the labels for plain yoghurt and egg yoghurt too and we noticed and could point out the mistake to the staff only because they had exactly the same items on the previous day and by looking at them we could see the labels were incorrect. But the staff really need to be careful about these things, especially for guests who have dietary restrictions due to religious reasons or allergies. So if you are a vegetarian, just double check with them before you eat anything. I think the staff just need to be briefed about this and then it will be all right.

Otherwise, overall the Hotel is highly recommended for a stay and is value for money. On the 1st day, we did feel that it may be better perhaps to book a resort which has private beach access for the Bai Khem area - like New World resort/Premiere Residences but it didn’t really matter much as the beach is very close, not very crowded, there are a number of beach bars and restaurants and you can use their sun loungers and bean bags on the beach and in fact you can even have a really nice meal right on the beach at Istanbul beach club for instance. And I have to say it again but we absolutely loved the interiors of this hotel.
And they have really cool bikes.
We would recommend staying in this area of Phu Quoc compared to Duong Dong.

Tips:
- Visit Sunset Town, which is quite close, for an evening or even a whole day - not to be missed.
- There are a couple of vegetarian Vietnamese restaurants you can cycle to, just search on Google.
- Can rent motorbikes from The Sky Hotel, which is close by.
- The only way to reach this area from the airport is by taxi (we tried Peaktime etc but it didn’t work). So just use Grab at the airport, we checked and negotiated a lower price with a waiting taxi but it will range from VND 200.000-260.000 generally.

really short walk to the beach. They provide bicycles but given the hot weather we rather enjoyed renting a scooter and exploring the island that way. Also have free kayaks but didn't get a chance to use it.
Really lovely bathroom facilities, including TOTO toilet with bidet and seat warming, nice smelling shampoo and bath soap, and hair dryer that would work on really long hair. air conditioning works perfectly and even has netflix. Beds were comfortable and had outlets on both sides for charging phone. Breakfast had some variation daily for the 3 nights we were there and they accommodated us for an earlier breakfast. Beach was also fantastic.

Perfect location and rooms, with a lot of style and class. The staff is very cordial and helpful. Khem beach is just a few yards away, and there are several places to eat within a short walking distance.

Everything is just excellent!

Cozy interior, hearty breakfasts, helpful staff, great location (1 min to the beach), modern rooms and many, many more.

The area around the hotel is very quiet (you may consider renting a motorbike).

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is friendly. Restaurant Jo’s Cuisine is the best, don’t miss their homemade pasta. Also tried the newly opened spa, with 30% discount, worth a trial. And the shy doggie Pumpkin I love it 😊

10/10 experience at JM Boutique Hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, and the owner is also very nice & helpful. There is a cute dog always roaming around the lobby. The hotel is extremely clean, has great facilities, and is within a stones distance from Khem Beach which is actually pretty good as well. There are a few eateries nearby but the highlight is the hotel breakfast, which was spot on. I loved it! I would love to stay here again whenever I come back again to Phú Quốc.

The Khem beach is wonderful! Calm even during the monsoon. This area is very newly built and might be off putting because its lack of life. Maybe go to see it before deciding to stay for a longer time. I stayed at two places. This hotel was super sweet, generous and comfortable. From what I saw, this is the place you wanna be. Who needs a pool when the ocean acts as the best pool ever.

The best experience at JM Boutique Hotel. The service is 10/10, all the food in the Italian restaurant and room service was amazing, and short walk to Khem Beach. We will definitely come back as it is the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam.

Wonderful place with friendly staff. Delicious morning breakfast. We especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant! The carbonara was our favorite, but there were many good dishes (From an Italian). We will definitely stay at the JM when we return some day.

Beautiful hotel next to the Bai tam Khem beach. The staff of the hotel is kind, gentle and polite. The room is well equipped, and has a high standard. The breakfast is superb. Only a pool and a relaxing outside area is missing. Highly recommended.

We stayed here throughout the preparation and events of our wedding. The service was amazing every single day, breakfast was excellent, staff was super accommodating to the many various needs of our family. They also gave us an upgrade on our room for free! Above and beyond, a wonderful experience.

The hotel is located inside a secluded area that is mostly occupied by luxury resorts. The area is still not very well developed, but it was not a problem for us as we just wanted to chill and relax.

The hotel itself is really cozy and we were surprised with what it offers for this price. The room was very spacious and stylish, and the beds were very comfortable too.

The staff were really helpful with all our requests.

Great place to stay. It's located about 3 minutes from the Khem beach on foot. They also offer free bikes for rent. The stuff is very nice, and helpful, and the included breakfast is good too. Though the breakfast does not have a huge food selection, it has enough, and they change every day. We would come here again.

This has been one of the best stays ever. Even with a last minute plan to phu quoc island I was so glad I choose to stay here.Its a beautiful boutique hotel right by the beach which welcomes you with warmth and peace. The staff were simply amazing, calm and always ready to help out in every way. The hotel itself is warm and cozy and very upto date on all the amenities. Will definitely be back.
And the best part is being welcomes every day by the inhouse doggie Pumpkin
