This hotel is gold! Delicious food, clean, peace and quiet. There is a small language barrier, the English of the staff is difficult to understand, but all Vietnamese use translators. A huge room for a 2+3 family - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette and terrace. Some stairs for baby strollers. Very nice, polite service. Very safe, we left the iPhone by the pool in the morning and someone took it to the reception. Cheap taxis, shopping and eating out. The beach is constantly cleaned.

Staff throughout the resort were extremely polite and helpful, especially ladies at the front desk. The beach area sits on one of the most pristine beaches in Phu Quoc with access only to the resort residents, a good thing! Book early for a good massage experience at the Spa. Inclusive breakfast offers both quality Vietnamese and Continental choices. However lunch and dinner options at its two on-site restaurants could be improved, especially Vietnamese dishes should be more authentic and not diluted to cater to just non-Vietnamese clientele. Many eating places across the street were extremely satisfying. If you want a secluded place away from the Disneyland-type resorts nearby, this is it. Overall, as a couple, we had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again.

We had a really nice time at the Premier Residence. The hotel feels very fresh and modern. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Beach is beautiful and clean and not crowded. One of the best things about this place is the breakfast buffet which includes a nice mix of Vietnamese and western alternatives. Transportation possibilities to other parts of the island are very easy to access (Grab, Taxi, rent a scooter, shuttles to the main town or airport). The swimming pools are big, clean and separated between kids and adults.

The hotel is truly a pleasure place no matter you are solo, couple or family travellers. It provides all you need and keeps you uplifting even staying there for whole day without going out - sectioned pools (with slide!) & beach provide you both vivid or quiet areas up to your mood, “playground” for activities or quiet coffee time, restaurant with all the different food types and drinks, spa and gym with sauna and all workshop/ classes to keep you indulged. I especially love staying at the room balcony for meditation and also the little grassland by the beach for a romantic evening (love those fairy lights!) And must try their pizza - the dough and cheese just confused you as if you are in Italy!

The hotel is well located next to Khem Beach which is one of the nicest beaches in Phu Quoc so it has direct beach access. During my stay in December, the seawater was clear and could even spot fishes.

Ambience great and landscape of the resort is filled with trees and unique pools with various depths to satisfy your swims during your stay here.

Staffs are friendly and helpful especially the receptionist.

Breakfast buffet was tasty with a lot of options - local, international. Offered salad and pastry bar during breakfast too.

Family of five stayed here for 3nights. 2 bedroom connecting is just nice for us. It’s spacious with 2 toilet and one with bath tub.
Nice design and clean room, no complaint.
Beautiful pools with many section to suit individuals need. Children pools with slide, that’s a plus point.
Beach area have lots of bench for you to lay down and towels are ready for your usage anytime. Have life guard guard the pool and beach, swim with peace of mind.
Breakfast is OK, many choices. One can spend their days just in the hotel area relax and healing. F&B slightly on the pricey side but this is 5 star hotels so it’s expected.
Lastly, unfortunately there is differential treatment when you book direct vs Agoda/Booking, no shuttle service for you if not via direct. I find this a bit disappointing. It should be for all regardless where guest made the booking. Conclusion, good choice for family given the room size, breakfast , hotels amenities especially the pool. Will I be back ? It’s a yes.

Such a beautiful resort! Rooms are spacious, design is superb, you could sit on the balcony all day long and watch the palm trees and the bay! The staff is top notch & very friendly. Pool area is huge, everything is maintained till perfection. Breakfast serves many options, from Western to traditonal Vietnamese, which we love🤤 we also appreciate that the beach is cleaned every day and looks like a little tropical paradise♥ Would absolutely recommend! Looking forward to come back someday!🌴🌊

The Khem beach is so charming that we want to get back there again and again. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Best breakfast ever. The bubble bath every Saturday brings a lot of fun to our family. We enjoyed our time there a lot and can’t wait to come back soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay, and let me tell you, it was pure bliss. Nestled on the southern coast of Phu Quoc Island, this resort is a haven of tranquility and luxury, offering stunning ocean views and a relaxed atmosphere.

Pulling up to the grand entrance, I was immediately impressed by the resort's architecture, which seamlessly blends modern design with traditional Vietnamese touches. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive.

The Room:
My room was a haven of comfort and style. The plush bed and crisp linens ensured a restful night's sleep, while the private balcony with its breathtaking ocean view was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. The room was also very spacious, which was a welcome change from the often cramped hotel rooms I encounter.

Beyond the Room:
The resort boasts a plethora of amenities that cater to every whim. The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, and the poolside bar served up delicious cocktails and snacks. I also indulged in a pampering treatment at the Emerald Spa, which left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

With five restaurants serving up a diverse range of cuisines, from fresh seafood to international delights, there was something to tantalize every taste bud. I particularly enjoyed the Vietnamese restaurant, where I savored the most authentic and flavorful dishes.

Exploring the Surroundings:
While the resort itself offered endless opportunities for relaxation, I also ventured out to explore the surrounding area. The resort is conveniently located near several beautiful beaches, perfect for soaking up the sun and swimming in the turquoise waters. I also rented a motorbike and explored the island's charming villages and lush jungles.

The Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay exceeded all my expectations. It's the perfect destination for a luxurious escape, offering exceptional service, breathtaking surroundings, and a plethora of activities and amenities. Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or a combination of both, this resort has something for everyone.

A Word of Caution:
It's important to note that this resort caters to a variety of travelers, including families with young children. While this wasn't an issue for me, it's something to consider if you're seeking a completely adults-only experience.

Would I Recommend It?
Absolutely! I wholeheartedly recommend the Premier Residences Phu Quoc Emerald Bay to anyone seeking an unforgettable vacation experience in Phu Quoc. It's a place where you can truly unwind, reconnect with nature, and create lasting memories.

Excellent resort for families! Very clean as well! Great amenities e.g. swimming pool & good gym too. Swimming pool is absolutely huge & kid friendly with different depths. Pleasant experience, highly recommended!

Top notched service quality. I left the hotel for my early flight in 5:30am and the hotel got me covered with a nice takeaways for breakfast, fruit and drinks. Enjoy every moment there and hope they keep up the good work.
Entertainment area includes bunch of stuff such as billiards, game console, ping pong, etc so you wont be bored. There is a mart nearby so it’s very convenient.

There are 3 criteria I take into consideration when evaluating my travel experiences, namely, room condition, facilities, and foods/services. However you look at it, Phu Quoc Emerald Bay easily takes a top notch in all categories. Rooms are kept cleanly and orderly in the very top condition. In-house pool is immaculate. And overall services are quite satisfactory. I will visit here again with my next time in Phu Quoc.

I would definitely recommend the hotel for those who rest with their families. Very good conditions for the children! Well trained staff and beautiful territory.
At the same time, I would like to draw Your attention to the following shortcomings that demands improvement:

1. Beach – The beach is dirty, especially with the garbage (plastic, bags, etc.) that is brought by waves to the shore. The staff responsible for cleaning made several selfies with cleaning process and disappears without accomplishing their duties.
I would recommend to: put a net near buoys that will catch the garbage coming from the sea and regularly clean them, control the staff that is responsible for cleaning the beach and equip them with a handle net and include to their duties cleaning the water at the shore from the garbage.
It was the most disappointing part of our stay at Your hotel((((

2. Exchange services another moment that requires your attention – As the hotel is located in a distant place from the bank offices money exchange become a very demanded at the front desk (Reception). It is good that you have exchange services at the reception (supported by bank), but daily limitations of 100 USD and very often absence of money at the reception (as I was informed by reception staff) is not good. I would recommend having significant cash deposit and remove daily limitation.

3. Air conditioning. Unfortunately, air conditioning system is very noise, especially if you want to sleep with open windows, it is impossible as compressor installed at the balcony is very noise, even if you turn off your air condition – the noise of neighboring room’s condition compressors is very high. Chiller system would be better option for the hotels of your type.

4. Room cleaning services. In general cleaning is very good. Thank you! Only once the maid ring the bell in the morning before 9 a.m. asking to clean the room, such cases should not happen at the resort hotels.

5. Room equipment for the children. I would also recommend equipping the rooms, especially useful for those who come with children, with additional towels, kids bathrobes and kids slippers.

Would like to point out the excellent spa service.

The massage quality is outstanding.

For customers wanting very tough hands and very intense massage sessions to relieve high levels of pain (neck, shoulders, back, feet), Mr Nghi is your go-to-person!

I would like to compliment the all hotel front staff. Especially, Ms. Huyen is so memorable. She carefully tried to listen to what I request as a guest during my stay. She deserves to receive the big applause. Also, massage specialist, Nghi was so fantastic that I could feel like walking in the sky. I felt moved and touched by his power and skill appropriately. Nice breakfast, guest-friendly routes, wonderful swimming pool and smiling hotel staff are unforgettable!

Very nice 😊 place for family time great food and very nice service. Van at the reception was very helpful throughout out stay making us feel at home and peaceful. Beach and pool area are very clean loved my stay.

This hotel is a pure joy and relax! European standards were met 100%. I was delighted to find out that pizza or burger in hotel restaurant were so delicious! Breakfast is colourful and very tasty. You have your private beach with a beach security and lifeguards. I am definitely picking this hotel up upon my next stay at Phu Quoc island 🙌.
