This place is trying to trick to foreigners to pay double price.
We came here with my family and my wife came in first when I was parking the motorbike. They gave her the menu with the Vietnamese language (as my wife is Vietnamese). When I came to the table they took the menu back and brought two English menus.
When we were checking the prices and compared them to the board of listed food prices on the wall and my wife remembered the prices from the first menu we asked from the waitress that why do you have different prices in this menu, she said that the (Com) lunch place next door was having those prices and that if we want to eat with that price we have to move to that place.
So we moved there. After we finished eating, we asked the the lady selling the food that are all the three places (two coffee restaurants next to each other and the Com-lunch restaurant) having the same owner and she confirmed our suspicion from before that the waitress in the coffee place was trying to trick us.
Needless to say that we didn't return to the coffee place for dessert or coffee after finished eating.
