Kelly is by far the best brow specialist in the area. I’ve been going to Ulta since Benefit began doing brows and Kelly is the BEST! My brows look fabulous and she was so kind and professional.

Jenn was absolutely amazing. She got my foundation color right on the first try , showed me a beautiful eyeshadow palette that went well with my skin and had me looking beautiful leaving the store. I highly recommend coming here for all of your makeup needs and asking for Jenn

I went in a few times and Laurel, Ivy, and Melissa have been very helpful helping me find what I need and assisting me while also being very kind. They are the type of people that draw me into coming in more often because they help me find exactly what I’m looking for. They have showed amazing customer service and it’s very appreciated.

Wow I went to this location while visiting from out of town to grab some quick things I left back home and the customer service was amazing! Casey was so nice and knowledgeable and also sold me on some new products! I’m not sure how the service is any other time because I’m not from there but it was great when I went!

I was helped within 60 seconds of walking in, and the employee helped me match a new concealer, narrowing in on the exact match and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing what color I needed in this new brand. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and even had another employee ask if I needed any help on my way to the checkout. Highly recommend this location!

Dawnn was magnificent she gave me some very good suggestions for make-up application that I purchased as well as some samples for other products for me to try and test out to purchase at a later time if I so chose to.

Dawn is the best!!! My first day visiting she was patient and very informative. She explained makeup application step by step. And even gave me pro tips. 10/10 experience.

The manager Megan is an incredible person. They are very hard-working and wants to help you even when making multiple things happen already. I came in as a first time shopper and honestly I was a pain in the butt because I wanted the same deals I was going to get online but the app was down. They did more than go above and beyond for me and were so kind while doing it that I will be back even though I used to shop Sephora. I dealt with a very kind person with long dreads and they were so nice too. My cashier Johnesh was also amazing. Everyone who works here is so kind and stylish. In the end its Ulta's issue as a corporation that they don't make the same deals available online and in person but the employees really did more for me than they needed to which madeup for it entirely and started my weekend off right, they were great, especially Megan!

If you ever want your eyebrows slayed book with Kelly. She made my first time going to ulta for this service memorable. Managing her time to even pick out lashes and give me a small tutorial on how to apply them. Thank you Kelly for being such a bright/kind soul in this world.

First time going, I'm not a big makeup person but I needed a gift card. Super nice store, great customer service and they have so much. I like Ulta better than the Mac store. Don't know if they do makeovers but if they do Mac may never see me again. And I did pick up a few of my favorite perfumes

Always clean and friendly staff. The Clinique area in particular has staff that is very well trained. They don't carry every single brand as its smaller than the other stores but you can find almost everything you need at this site. My only complaint is the parking situation. They need more parking spaces.

They helped me find some makeup for my daughter for her graduation. I was greeted at the door & assisted the whole time I was there. It was great & the people are very courteous, I loved it!!!!

Bianca is the greatest! She was so patient and helpful and at her suggestion, I ordered something off the Ulta site since the store didn't have it. I think it's exactly what I was looking for (very niche). I wish all the Ulta employees were like her. Thanks girl! -Mel

So many beauty products, smells amazing too! Great selection! Name brands, some drugstore brands too, nail and hair section along with a salon. Ulta also has their own brand as well that is worth checking out. Their highlighter Rose Quartz seems to be a great dupe for Ofra Star Island, which is my favorite. $10 instead of $35. Yes, please!

Really nice and clean location! The parking lot is a little crazy though. I got my hair cut by Jazmine and she was super friendly and funny and did a great job, I definitely recommend her if you're looking for a stylist!

Had my hair done at ulta, first time and it was amazing experience. Stylist jazmine was really good. All the employees were so nice, friendly and very helpful. I can't wait to go back and shop and have hair done.

Sarah was great. She helped me find a contour stick and eyebrow pencil and actually did it for me and showed me application. Super nice and friendly. Check out girl was friendly as well!! Way better then the john r store hands down.
