I’ve been a Hollywood customer my whole life, both as a little kid in the cart & continuing as an adult. It’s truly my favorite grocery store in the area & has a small-town neighborhood feel. Locally owned, excellent selection of items, fantastic meat counter, reasonably priced, sized & organized well to be quickly walkable, your items are bagged for you at check out, friendly long-term staff & the manager will research and add new products if you ask. Supportive employer of the disabled. Absolutely superior customer service. New rewards system with online coupons + gas discount at Speedway.

Good value neighborhood store. Unfortunately the cashiers aren't professional enough to mention their rewards program or give cutomers a second to sign up (via text process)

1/4/24 Update: After mentioning my bad experience while checking out, a manager reached out to me and indicated they provided customer service training to the cashier Interacted with. This is a big deal to me because it shows management cares about the customer experience and listen to customers feedback.

A really nice store. Among other items I mainly go for the best fried chicken in the world at the deli counter but before I get to that counter I grab those irresistible treat shop eclairs in the dessert fridge. OMG both are Devine! Thanks for being there for us.

I might stop shopping here because of the face scanners. I don’t think I want my face to be scanned every time I go shopping.

Edit: thanks for the reply! Security cameras aren’t the issue, it’s 3D face mapping that is saved in a database that’s an issue. I’ve added a photo of the warning that is displayed at the front door of your stores.

The best in the neighborhood for fair pricing, stocked shelves, helpful/ friendly staff.
BEST meat market! good weekly sales on staples, and sometimes on high end cuts.
BEST deli counter! good weekly sales on routinely used deli meats & cheeses.

Affordable and well stocked. It could use a little more cashier help but other than that it’s fine.

Lucky for me I live between 2 Hollywood markets one big one smaller I find that the people that work at both of them seem to care about the customer. Great meat and the fastest check out of any grocery store as always has baggers like the old days. They take extra care with there bottle return always cleaning up. I refuse to go the Kroger that place is joke.

So cozy it felt like home. Proprietors like family. Going again soon!

A small local chain supermarket. Rather well stocked. I can usually find everything on my shopping list. Meat and fish counter is excellent. They carry items that are hard to find elsewhere. No self checkout. Usually 3 or 4 lanes open with a cashier and a packer, making for short lines and a quick exit. Good parking lot.

Convenient for me. I can walk to it. Nice people.

This store is tidy and friendly!! I would let my kids work here. You can tell the employees care about their store and their customers. It just feels better to shop here. I wish their meat counter had more turkey products like burgers and sausage, or that they had a larger baby section, but that won't stop me from visiting from time to time.

My experience was wonderful. As, a first time shopper at this market. I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were very kind and the store immaculant. I found parking easy also. Prices a bit high, but my overall experience was excellent. A shout out to my cashier: May Gods Angel's bless you and your family always.

There's not much and I can say bad about this place anytime I go there they have cool signs sometimes it says I don't have an idea sometimes I'll have idea tomorrow and then it comes up with a cool idea for the sign that's cool in itself your cart guys are pretty nice they always say friendly stuff to you everything seems like it's fresh nothing is ever outdated when I go I only go there for a few seconds just to pick up something on the whim but other than that prices seem pretty fair for her Royal oak I never tried the deli yet and you know things on that when I get to the cat dress register they're always friendly asking me if I need a paper plastic or no bag at all and then all the way through that process it's still kind of friendly no you know you don't feel unwelcome when you go to that store for sure good job Hollywood markets Royal oak
