T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Today was a Self-Care day, and I decided to treat myself to a new phone and watch.

I attended the Tmobile store on Woodward in Berkeley, and I had thee BEST customer experience ever.

Let's first start off by how I was pleasantly greeted upon arrival by the Tmbolie rep, Kenya.

Kenya greeted me with such a beautiful smile and said, "Hi, someone will be with you shortly." It wasn't what Ms Kenya said, it was HOW she said it. And I knew then, that I wanted Ms. Kenya, to be my sales representative.

I didn't care how long I had to wait (she was attending to a customer before me),

In this day & age, it's not too often you are greeted upon arrival. Let alone in a pleasant tone. If anything, you're standing and waiting on someone to even acknowledge you came through the door.

Ms. Kenya gave me a great experience as a Tmobile customer. I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchases and having Kenya as my rep. I didn't feel pressured into buying my devices, and she answered any & all the questions I had. Trust me, I had a LOT, lol.

I would say requesting for you to receive a raise or promotion is asking too little. Because you're such a hard working employee. But I pray that you receive ALL the desires of your heart. You are deserving of such great things. PLUS more. With sprinkles on top. 🫶🏾

Have been to this store twice in the last year, for new phones. Staff is always professional and personable. More recently, Courtney and Kenya helped us out and were very patient and helpful. Good customer service like this is a reason we are staying with TMobile.

I believe our sales associate was named Hadeema, and she was fantastic! She was patient with our many questions, and she took the time to hand-write a breakdown of plans for us! She greeted us when we came un with a smile and we left smiling as well!

I was helped by Kenya and Courtney* and they went above and beyond to get me a phone when I needed it. It was my birthday and my mom was in the hospital so it went a long way for me. give them a raise!!

*(I'm so sorry I think that was her name I have the memory of a goldfish and a lot was going on)

Courtney was absolutely fabulous and very helpful. After a bad experience at the T -Mobile store in Madison Heights the day before, it was wonderful to receive such great customer service at that Berkley location.

Hameeda is OUTSANDING! Her level of professionalism brings to her location that is 30mins from my home. She is extremely knowledgeable and would be an excellent choice for a store or dostrict manager. Excellent customer service.

This is the best T-Mobile store I have been to. Kenya provided fantastic customer service!! She was so patient and helpful! We had to move my service from another company and it was a very time consuming process. She handled it like a pro! She and the team work so well together and they are all professional and helpful! Definitely come to this T-Mobile!

Very nice people, very helpful, the whole team is there to help you with whatever you may need. They handle customers with care and show their efforts through their results. Try out their home internet, it works really well, and for only $40 a month with autopsy, and $30 if you're on magenta max or go5g plus?!?!?! Amazing.

My experience at the T-mobile in Berkey Mich was such a pleasure. Being a senior citizen I found that my experience with Courtney made it less stressful. She explained every feature on the phone and made it so easy to understand. Thanks for her I felt less stressful. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Courtney. Any of their staff are great though.

Great experience switching from Verizon to t mobile, the staff in store tried their hardest to switch or families lines over. We got two new phones for the switch as well. It was a two day process because Verizon transferred two lines and forgot one phone number but the crew was dedicated to switch us over. Thanks to Ethan, Hemeeda & Kenya. 10/10 would recommend.

Hameeda and Courtney are the best! They spent a lot of time yesterday helping me with my Apple product after the "geniuses" (hahaha) at Apple could not do anything for me. They are a great team and support each other and their customers. I strongly recommend this store.

Great store and EXCELLENT customer service. The workers and the manager there always work very hard to give you good deals and don't try to upsell you on pointless stuff. I always recommend people go here instead of other t mobiles in the area.

Went to this store too get a phone upgrade and help my dad fix his phone , we were helped and had all our issues addressed and fixed the 2 girls working there were excellent 5 star service ! We will becoming back for other needs in the future
