This is a charming, old style butcher shop. They often cut the meat you desire right then and there! The day I was there, there was a lady behind the counter and I asked for a ribeye steak and she pulled out a giant slab of meat and cut it just as I requested. It was really a great experience.

Have been shopping at Dittmer meat for 6 to 7 months. Amazing service, and the meat is great and fresh. When we cooked beef and lamb, we never had unusual smell or bad experience. Thank you Dittmer meat, keep it up!
