Best car buying experience we have ever had in 30+ years of owning cars. Steve was great and knowledgeable. Ted went above and beyond in getting our financing and making recommendations in getting better rates in future. The service team was quick and responsive when we found a minor issue. Highly recommend this team and will be visiting again when we are in the market to get a new vehicle.

I have a 2016 Ram 1500 that I did not purchase from this dealership. I had to take my truck in for a recall.

Making the appointment was super easy and the woman I spoke with was really friendly. They are a very busy place because it took over a month to get my appointment.

Upon arrival I was greeted and asked who my appointment was with. I was then introduced to Garren Zingrich. He was incredibly nice and very thorough. I was dropping my truck off on a Friday afternoon and he explained that I wouldn’t have it back until Monday. He seemed legitimately concerned that I may be without my truck and offered to have me bring it back Monday instead. I decided to leave it over the weekend which ultimately worked out because Garren did some more checking….long story short I left the lot with a loaner truck that was a 2021 1500 Bighorn that was a lot nicer than my truck.

The service department is super busy and in all honesty seems like it could be very stressful with all of the cars and people coming and going but each person I encountered was friendly, polite and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job.

The next time I’m in the market for a truck I will shop here first based on the friendly service staff.

I bring my truck here for service due to the convenience of how close the dealership is to where I work. Service managers have always been attentive to my needs, even when I was just bringing the truck In for a recall repair. Never purchased a vehicle from here but if they’re competitively priced with where I’ve purchased my last 2 trucks from I will definitely consider purchasing from here just based on the quality of service I recieve from the service dept.

I can not thank the service department enough! I was 4 hours from home, taking my mother to a hospital procedure the next day when the wipers went out of her van. I had no tools and no idea where anything was located in the area. I did a quick Google search and came to this dealership. I called the service department to plead for help as they were calling for rain the next day. One of the service managers answered the phone and listened to my plea for help. Without hesitation, he told me to come by, and he would get me in to see if he could help. As promised, they got me right in and found that the nuts had come loose on the wiper arms. They tightened them up and made sure they worked well before wishing me a safe trip home. I was so beyond grateful for their class and professionalism! I wish I had the names of the guys who helped me, but I would say they are all amazing there! I made it home 4 hours through the rain the next day, thanks to them. Good dealers and amazing staff really do exist!

We drive 2 hours to have our trucks oil changed & tires rotated & was not aware of the change that you needed an appointment. Before it was first come, first serve. We was very upset but Justin Welch took care of it & was able to get it done for us. We greatly appreciate the effort he took to take care of us.

I've bought and sold a lot of cars and this was definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had. Alex was great. I don't like feeling pressured into buying a car and he never made me feel like that once. My credit is horrible right now and I've been wanting a wrangler for years. I honestly thought I'd have to wait another year at least but these guys pulled it off.

The service center here is nice; the staff was knowledgeable and respectful. My jeep was in and out in a day despite having a complex recall addressed. Maybe South County could seek out some professional development from Glendale?

Friendly, fast and efficient Service Department. Easy to schedule an appointment online. Waiting area is comfortable and has workspace and outlets for those who need to stay connected while they wait.

Just purchased my sixth car from the dealership over the last 20 years. Wonderful salesman, wonderful sales manager, and the finance gentleman could not have been nicer.!

It’s hard to find a dealership today that will take excellent care of you and make you feel like you’re not struggling to get a good deal. I would rather buy a car from them, then even consider going to another dealership… So I choose the cars that they have. I was considering another brand, but after thinking about the wonderful relationship between myself and the dealership, including the Service department I just don’t wanna go anywhere else.

As a businessman myself, I overhear the conversations between the salesman and the customers and it’s amazing how the Salesman do everything they can to present something that is advantageous for the customer. All I can say is wow

All around wonderful experience from Jerry sales person down to finance really took time to explain details made me feel comfortable and make sure I fully understood everything and fully and confidently, answered all my questions, and also super polite. Overall the best experience both individuals really took time to work with me my situation, and make sure I left with a great vehicle. That I actually wanted and was satisfied with and not just try to sell me anything would definitely recommend to anyone They ever want a great car buying experience/Oh, and by the way, Mopar or no car 😂

My car needed service this morning and I drove to Glendale Chrysler/Jeep. Without an appointment, just drove up to the Service Door which opened and I drove in. The service specialist discuss the problems that needed attention and services I wanted completed. Then I went to a comfortable waiting room with coffee, refreshments and a free WiFi. Checked out a few new cars while waiting and in about an hour was able to drive away very satisfied! The people were great and service was right on!

I had a nice experience at Glendale Chrysler Jeep today. The salesmen were courteous, and the follow up was quick and helpful. Everyone in the showroom was helpful and friendly.

Very nice place if you are looking for a vehicle. Tyler, our salesman was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He took the time to show us several he thought we would like and let us test drive them. He told us how to use all the bells and whistles and about what the payment would be. He then helped us with the deal and introduced us to Larry the Finance Mgr who was also extremely helpful. Larry helped us end our previous extended warranty and setup a new one when the previous company would not.
Tyler helped me with something very sentimental to me. I lost a pocket knife that my mother used to carry in her purse. One week after I traded in the car, I asked him if he could help me look one more time and he pulled the car up and took the back apart to look in the spare tire wheel compartment and he found it.
My mother has been gone for several years and this was something I always carried because she carried it. This is what makes people return to any business. When they act like they care and treat you like they know you.

The crew at Glendale Chrysler auto shop were great. My car needed immediate assistance and so I needed to leave it overnight. They didn’t have a rental car available, but assured me that one would be clean and ready for me first thing in the morning (7am). I arrived the next day at 6:50am and was driving away by 7:05 to make it to work in the city by 7:30. Amazed that they followed through with their promise to have the car ready at 7am! That is not typically the case at other places.

Glendale Chrysler Jeep is wonderful! I love that for oil changes and yearly maintenance, there is no appointment required. I was there early and was in and out in an hour. The waiting room is spacious and clean. All of the employees are extremely nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend for buying and servicing.

Glendale always exceeds my expectations. My battery crapped out sometime last year and I bought a new one and had the family mechanic put it in. What I did not know is the fact that I have two batteries and when you replace one, you must replace the other. We had my truck towed to Glendale (Where my vehicle was purchased from) and they took excellent care of it. Kept us updated every step of the way and were prompt with their service. My mother contacted them and they stated that if we were able to drop it off this past Thursday, they would have it done Friday ( I was very pleased to hear this because with the holiday I was expecting a much longer wait time). I did not have to make an appointment. My truck was dropped off the Friday before Christmas. They worked on it Tuesday and had it ready the same day. I love love love Glendale JDRC ❤
