I had my Traverse repaired for hail damage at Car Craft Autobody which required PDR and conventional repair. They did a great job! There was no issue at all. They had to communicate with the insurance company for me because there was more money and parts needed than the original estimate called for, which meant it took a little longer than they originally said, and that was fine. That's how it goes. I wanted it done right. What I don't understand is how other people don't understand that. They kept me informed when there was a change. I didn't need a daily phone call!! I read through some of these reviews and people are nuts. My SUV looks brand new and that's all I can ask for.

CarCraft did an excellent job! I know the before pics don’t look like much, but I was rear ended hard at a red light in the City… the jerk took off! These guys worked with my insurance and made it a little less painful. New bumper, tow package, alignment.. all in around a week. Constant updates and they answered all my questions with no problem. I am happy 😊 The pic in my garage is the day I brought her back home. Detailed and repaired. Thanks guys. Great job!

Got my car fixed here through an insurance claim. Never did business with them before so of course had worries . My car was set to be done on the 19th which was unfortunate because that was almost a week and a half of repairing and I prayed it would be done faster . Car craft not only had my car done 5 days early but also kept my informed and in the loop 24/7 with any issues and car updates . They are super efficient and professional and I recommend using their service for your car body needs .

Shop did excellent work on my car. I hit a deer and had some crazy damage on the front of my car. Service was pretty fast. It only took like three weeks to get done.

Anytime you need to go to a body shop, you're already in a bad mood, LOL! But at Car Craft they turn that right around because the people are friendly, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to the mood of their customers bringing their cars in after an accident. Everything was very efficiently handled from estimate to drop off and pick up. They worked with my insurance company to make the arrangements with my rental car company for me, and even made the calls to the rental company for me! Everything they said about timing was exactly accurate which was very impressive! They told me when to bring the car in and when I did I was informed that the parts were there. They sent me text alerts advising me on the status of the car repair.They told me it would be ready in two days and it was! Great people and great service!

Great repair on my Jeep’s exhaust! Very informing text updates on the status of the vehicle repair, done a day earlier than original date quoted, and the repair looks like stock! Nick is the paint department was an absolute delight.

I highly recommend this location for insurance car repair. They work very hard at giving solid estimates and appropriate realistic timeline for when the car would be ready. A bonus is that I was able to return my rental car there so it saved me an additional trip.

Amazing service and amazing staff! Our vehicle was stolen from us at a daycare in St. Louis while we were dropping off our grand children, in fact, the thief jumped in the car as we were trying to get the youngest baby out of the vehicle. The criminals actually stopped for us to get the baby out and then took the vehicle for an unnecessary joyride. I want to say we had to shop around and find out where we can find a body shop once the vehicle was recovered. There was about $7500 worth of damage to the body of the vehicle. When we called car craft, we found out that they could take her vehicle in, as most places around St Louis were so overwhelmed and full, and could not take any cars in, due to the influx of car thefts in St. Louis. From the awesome office staff that First took her car, to the technicians, shout out to Mr. Shirley, we were quite pleased with the service, the amount of detail of the work, which was done completely, and professionally. I highly recommend this company!

I had a minor fender bender and I went to them because they were recommended by Suntrup Hyundai( also top of the line dealer if you need any work on a vehicle. Tim is the man). They took a quote on my car and as the damage was being diagnosed everything was able to be handled under one roof. I also had to get a windshield replaced there. The car came back sparkling clean and it looked like new. I worked with Jamie and she was fantastic. They also have a online tool that shows you the status of the vehicle with an estimated completed date and the cost. It took them 3 days to get everything fixed and I paid my deductible and was done. Very pleasant experience. If I need to use them again I would for sure. Highly recommend them.

By far the friendliest shop around. I have had a lot of work done at this location and would not think of letting anyone else touch my car. It is so nice to walk into a business and be greeted by people who are actually willing to help.

First, I would like to say how nice the staff are. They've kept me updated with little details about my car, they're texting system which allows you to see updates on your car through their website is really useful. Secondly I would like to say how fast they are, although I only needed some light body work my car was managed get back to me within a week. And the work that they did on my car was great, another satisfied customer.

The staff listened to my concerns and did everything they could to provide exceptional service. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and courteous. They were quick to have any questions answered and were always prompt to return my phone calls. Our car now looks new again after having them repair some body damage from and hit and run. Great service!

My car was drop off the 2nd of December & was pick up on the 21st of December after 19 days on their property. They did an excellent job on fixing the bodies damages.

After researching several shops in the area, and going directly to the Lexus dealership I was very confused as to where I should take my car for repairs from a small accident. Luckily my mom had her 2016 Acura TLX repaired at Car Craft and so I decided to do the same with my Lexus Rc350. I had no doubt that they would do a superb job - and they did!
I dropped it off Monday afternoon and picked up Friday good as new! They even went as far as to have a specialist come out to repair curb damage on my wheel and replace a tire! When I picked up my car, it literally looked brand new!
The best part about the experience was their way of updating me on what is going on with my car. They send out quick updates daily to let you know how long before your car is completed. Super convenient! They even have a link that you can go to that has all the details about the scheduled pick up time, all the costs from labor to supplies, and a meter that shows how close your car is to being done! Wonderful bussines! My highest recommendation!!
