Dave Sinclair Buick GMC is hands-down the best dealership you can do business with. My husband and I have bought three vehicles from here. this week we bought two vehicles, my husband and I both traded our cars for new cars and we dealt with Denny W. in sales He was amazing found us exactly what we were looking for and made the transactions smooth and our finance guy was David H. Shout out to Megan who takes such great care of me and my Yukon. She really goes above and beyond the call of duty. She and I have been in contact since mid November about a grinding noise. I think I dropped my vehicle off like 4 or 5 times to try and get them to hear the sound I was hearing. In addition, she met with me to drive around together in another attempt. She researched to find out the issue herself, reached out to GM to get the cost covered AND reimbursed us for the diagnostic fee from December when they "couldn't find anything".

Jerry is our Go-to-Guy when Megan isn't available. He is so fun to work with and goes the extra mile as well.

We love the personal attention and care they provide in the service department....thank you both!

I drove over 8 hours to pick up truck. Did as much of the paperwork as possible prior to arrival. Financing was preapproved. In and out relatively quickly. Main issues was with quality control of the truck. The 2024 2500 GMC Sierra AT4 was filthy. The saleswomen Nicki was kind enough to run it through details again while we finished signing paperwork. I made a mistake and did not look at the truck a second time after second detail, BIG MISTAKE! When I arrived home I noticed a large scratch on the roof of the cab by the cargo lights. I spoke with Nicki who spoke with her boss and was told, tough luck, nothing can be done due to the truck leaving the lot without documentation of scratch. I was told the truck was fully inspected 2 or more times, this may be true upon first arrival, but I am certain this did not happen after the second detail. I believe this is when the scratch occurred. I feel the large scratch should be corrected as it was a new truck with damages. I am completely certain it did not happen after my leaving the lot. Photo can be added if needed, it is not allowing me at this time.

Update!
2/29/24 the dealership responded and paid to have the scratch fixed.

I recently had my Buick GMC serviced, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The service team was efficient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address all concerns. Additionally, the complimentary carwash added a nice touch, leaving my car looking spotless. Overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations.

We have a 2005 Buick le sabre which we love, but for the last year starts when it wants to. I contacted Dave Sinclair and explained the problem and they scheduled me a appointment. Upon arriving I was greeted by the staff in a professional manner. They called and text everyday for a week explaining the car is starting every time and to bring it back when the problem get worse. My wife and I bought this beautiful preowned Buick from Dave Sinclair. Rob in the sales department made the whole process so easy trading in my other car and helping find us the perfect car for our family.
He introduced us to the drive up service department and I was really impressed by the team of professionals all working together to make everything easy on us. Steve was great and explained everything for us. Adam took personal care of me and I was amazed how quickly he got my car in for its routine maintenance.
Thanks to all these guys working together we had the best car buying experience we ever had and found a great service department. So Big Thanks to the whole team from our family.

To say this place is great is an understatement. We went in to get a new car for my soon wife to be and the process was so smooth and easy. Paul Christopher was our sales guy and he was absolutely phenomenal. He made it simple, was completely straight with us, and I felt like he was honest (which you don't always get with some dealerships!). When a week later we had a check engine light come on, I called them up and they were quick to take care of it (all covered under warranty too). These folks work hard, take their jobs seriously, and really are trying to be the best help they can be. I can't possibly recommend them enough! Whenever I need a new car, I will most likely be going back to these folks and hopefully to Paul!

This is the third time my truck has been there. The second time was a $20K repair. You can’t even tell it has ever been in an accident. The work was tremendous and the service and promptness was excellent. The staff cares about you and your vehicle. Rich, Tony and Eric seem to work well as a team and they seem to go beyond their duties to help you.

I was given a fair assessment of my options after the front brakes and rotors were inspected. I had hoped that we could successfully resurface my original rotors, even though some 'hot spots' were reported. Heather said they would try and in the end, you all machined them to where they were okay. The brakes work great, and you all did what I wanted. No high pressure on additional recommended services, or needing brand new rotors. Fast and accurate service, and the cost was not increased like I've had happen sometimes
at other shops . Heather G. was great! Whoever the mechanic was... I think they did great too. I'll be back. Thank you.

This is by far one of the best dealerships I’ve had experience with! We recently purchased a car through an online vendor and it had several issues after a few days. We took it into this dealership and they went above and beyond to get our vehicle back on the road!

They treated us and our vehicle as if we purchased the vehicle from them! James Corby in the service department was phenomenal to work with! He kept us updated along every step of the way. Every evening he’d shoot us a message or a phone call with updates keeping us in the loop. Communication goes a long way! He was extremely professional, kind, helpful, and informative.

They thoroughly inspected our vehicle, diagnosed the issues, helped us with a rental vehicle and made sure the insurance for that company we purchased from covered every major repair, sensor, oil leak, and they even got them to give us new windshield wipers!

We will now be servicing all of our vehicles through GMC on South Lindbergh and purchasing our future ones as well! As they treat their customers very well. I feel confident knowing our vehicle was serviced by them and that they stand behind their work.

Thanks so much for a great experience, and getting our vehicle in tip top shape! Highly recommended!

Over and Above is the experience I received. They provided a loaner vehicle right away and within a few hours they contacted me with the problem my vehicle was having and the time frame it would take to get me back on the road with it. Do to the fact of getting parts in this day and age, I was informed it could take months to get my truck back do to the availability of parts. After finding this out they worked there magic, they contacted Enterprise secured me a truck so I could continue doing service work while mine was down, and also contacted GM and informed them of the problem my truck was having and the difficulty's they were having securing the parts. GM stepped up and shipped them the parts that were needed from a assembly plant to there dealership. After knowing all that has been done to get my truck back on the road, I would just like to say, THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED.it took a small army to make this all happen so quickly. Very happy to get my truck back, its working perfectly. Thanks you SINCLAIR TEAM.
