Jewel-Osco

Our Jewel recently did a big remodel and at first it was frustrating trying to find where everything moved, but I learned that the remodel was so that all of the Jewels will have the same layout. In the long term I'm really excited about that idea to make it easier to find things when going between stores.

Also, Jewel now has a sushi chef and it's AMAZING! $5 on Thursdays. I can't help myself but buy sushi when I grocery shop!

The employees are always really nice. The store is clean and has lots of unique displays with fun foods. The deli section and ready-to-go meals are great too. The fried chicken is honestly some of the best in town for SO cheap!!

I love walking to stores and just walking around when I'm bored, this has to be one of my favorites! It's clean, everything is easy to find, and the staff are nice! Everything that I've gone in to buy, I've found in good time!

A really clean grocery store, was able to get in and out relatively easy.

One of my favorite places to grocery shop. I’ve never had a problem with this specific location it has the best Deli in my opinion. I also love that they have a Sushi section that is freshly made daily.

My to-go places are Meijer & ALDI. I just started exploring this store. Get the app, really good coupons, much more generous than Meijer's.

Store is clean, friendly staff, their meat sales are definitely worth shopping there, who can pass up 5.00 for 3lb hamburger or 7.99 a lb for t-bones!

Hugeeeeeeee jewel osco they have pretty much all your needs from produce to general house hold items they have a very big pharmacy nice and very clean store always stocked to the top they have a bank inside too for your convenience not to mention a flower shop and also a restaurant inside of it very massive store I rate it the best jewel osco I've seen and been too

This is about the delivery/pick up service. I used the delivery because they had a promo of 20 off 75 for your first order. Well, after waiting for awhile after our delivery was supposed to be at my home, I get a call from a very nice woman named Jessica. She explained that the door dash driver came by the house but no one answered so they took the order back to store (We were home, but door dash went to the wrong house and never called.) She apologized even though it’s not her fault. I told her I would just come pick them up. When I got there, Jessica brought my order out and even helped load the order into my car. She was so nice and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Thank you so much Jessica for being so kind and helpful!!

Variety of products, associates were friendly.

My wife and I went into Jewel tonight looking for some snacks. We looked up and down the aisles and could not find the candy aisle. We swore it was in one of the earlier aisles, but could not for the life of us find the candy. It was as if we hopped timelines.

As we stood there, scratching our heads, an employee must’ve seen the desperate look in our eyes and came over to assist. His name was Louis and I was beyond impressed.

He explained that the candy was in aisle 7, so we weren’t crazy, but it was moved to aisle 14, as they were making some changes. He continues to explain that one of the earlier aisles had recently expanded. I was quite impressed with his knowledge of the store. We thanked him for his help, but he went a step beyond and stated he would meet us over there.

So we go to the candy aisle and look around. He does keep his word and meets us over there and even recommend peach licorice, as it was a season item he further explained. Fantastic customer service.

My wife and I talked on the way home that we haven’t been going to Jewel as much often, but will certainly be coming back more often as a result of the impressive customer service.

You just don’t see that very much anymore and it was a great way to cap off our Friday evening! Absolutely recommend! Say hi to a Louis!

Theresa was very helpful. She walked me through what I needed. I don't shop at Jewel much but she is valued very much. I don't know her manager is but she definitely need a raise or a promotion. I will definitely be back to have the experience again. Thank you Theresa.

Store is always very nice and clean and the staff are always helpful. Some of the stuff is little high in price compared to other stores, but they make up for it in quality and have constant sales! My go-to place to shop for meat, especially steaks!

I received a box of 2 dozen cupcakes for TDoV from here made by DD. They were moist, delicious, and clearly made with care. I am definitely ordering from here again and will ask for DD by name if she’s available!!

The florist was AMAZING!! Worked with me to find the best flowers to fill mason jars for my wedding and used a little of artist’s discretion when the original plan didn’t look the best. Arranged all 12 mason jars for a way small fee and they all looked fantastic!! On time and amazing service!! Forgot to take a picture of them outside of it but this is them in the bin.

I wish their app worked better. They have all these in-store barcodes you can scan for digital coupons but none of them work. Also QR codes for the U thing. Those don't work either. The app doesn't accept QR codes. We ended up not buying the products because we couldn't get the coupon codes.

They always have fresh and seasonal fruit, when you need something they help you. The seafood is always fresh, it has good offers and with the App you save money.

I went in to look over the fresh produce section and was pleasantly surprised! Everything from the fruits to the vegetables was arranged nicely and looked very fresh. I also loved that it was spread out over a large area with plenty of space to shop. I will definitely be going back again.
