The pharmacist (Jennifer?) just helped me on the phone with an issue with my insulin that another store would not deal with. Kind, professional, and helpful. Thank you, I appreciate you!

I had an amazing experience here, both the pharmacy technician and the woman working the cosmetics counter who came to my aid in a line to check me out were just incredibly kind and helpful. They are often very busy and understaffed and they still made a point to be pleasant and kind.

Stopped in this store on the way thru town. It is on the corner of Oakland and US 66. The store is modern and up to date. The clerks were helpful and friendly during my visit. They had everything that I needed to pick up at standard pricing. If I am in the area next time and need something I will stop by.

This store went above and beyond to fill my prescription! I was from out of town and they had no issues helping to fill my prescription.

OMG, I had to walk like 30 feet to get inside, OMG! I mean, it was like, OMG. And one of the parking lot lanes like runs in front of the store, and like, OMG you have to like, cross that where the stop signs and clearly marked pedestrian crosswalk is, I mean, OMG. I was like, so scared, I mean, OMG. Who can stand it? OMG! And then there was like this empty space on a shelf, and I thought like OMG this is just like Chernobyl. O-M-G!

Employees are way helpful. But they are understaffed. So expect wait times.

Going there for so long. No issues. Staff is nice and helpful.

Typical drugstore

Nice clean store. They carry the items that are common for convenience store pharmacy combos. Their pharmacy is extremely slow when dropping off. It appears all priority is to the drive-thru lane.

Pharmacy staff have failed to demonstrate basic telephone customer service skills on multiple occasions.

I have gone through the drive thru and gone in to pick up prescriptions. Everytime I go in there's a line and very few people working. Drive thru can be a hit or miss. I do like how I can get prescriptions shipped. However the last time I went I was told the pharmacist was on break and it'll be a half hour. So I go back in after that time frame and was told the same thing. I find that very hard to believe.

I've had to use multiple different Walgreens locations due to both college and my work involving traveling. This is by far the worst Walgreens I've used. The pharmacy appears to be understaffed, resulting in long lines AND non-standard behavior by the staff they do have. I was at a window for a vaccine appointment, but the woman at my counter abruptly left with no notice of any kind (with my insurance card that they should already have on file). I waited around 10 minutes, while another employee came in, opened another counter, and processed multiple people for the SAME vaccine. When she came back, no she acted like no time had passed.

Only reason it gets a 2 is because it could be worse.

Rarely do I get to a Walgreens and they have my prescription filled. It's more or less, "we will have that ready for you in 15 to 20 min". Almost like they wait for customers to show up first before they begin working on it. I can't be the only one who has experienced this.
