Store has a great running vibe and strong community feel. Karen has a good eye for merchandise and gear and stocks solid and inspirational items to help you on your health mission whether running or walking. The Tues & Thurs night runs are dynamic with a good crowd. The store and people are friendly & accessible, not intimidating.

The fitting process is excellent. My wife and I have struggled with finding quality shoes and the one on one experience, along with the foot analyzing tech gave us both excellent footwear with a great return policy. Yes it's more expensive to get great shoes but worth it compared to gambling on something less fitting.

Fleet Fleet Brunswick Maine is conveniently located in Downtown Brunswick. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely courteous. There are many small businesses and restaurants in the area if town so you can enjoy your stop for athletic shoes and accessories even more!

The sales staff in Fleet Feet are helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I have purchased many shoes and accessories here and have been pleased. The rewards program is an added bonus.

If you want helpful and extremely knowledgable people when it comes to purchasing running shoes (and socks, etc.) then I highly recommend you go to Fleet Feet!! I have been to both the Brunswick and Portland stores, and there aren't enough accolades for the level of service and product I get there. I'm a 63 year old runner and it has always been important for me to go to a store where they KNOW about running, runners, and running shoes. Fleet Feet is a 10 plus our of 10!!!!

I went in a week before a race as I was concerned about a pain I thought was being caused by my shoes. These people were so wonderful, kind and helpful. Not to mention, knowledgeable! I spoke with Karen and another gentleman whose name I can't remember, and they were beyond gracious. She measured my feet, gave me advice that resulted in me not even making any purchase which instilled so much trust in them. I must have asked 10 to 15 questions and they were responsive, informed, and best of all, patient with me. I will absolutely be going back for their expertise in the future. One week from my first marathon and she provided me with much validation and support.

I'll start at the beginning, I called to make an appointment and was greeted with an actual person. My questions were answered quickly and my appointment booked.

At the store I was early and promptly attended too. The team worked well to answer questions and let me try on 4 pairs of shoes to make an educated selection. Great experience.

People were friendly and helpful, never had such a pleasant shoe buying experience (I tire easily of shopping and get overwhelmed).
