I have not had any serious problems there. I have gotten all my flu and COVID shots there. They used to have better hours but COVID ruined everything.

UPDATE: Hollie, the Pharmacist was the unlucky soul that answered my snippy call today. She handled my irritability with poise and professionalism. I continued to have issues with my Rx, but instead of blowing me off like everyone else did, she saw the matter through to a finally successful end. Hollie is the only reason I am giving this Walgreens a 3 star instead of a 1 star.

Went to pick up my Rx yesterday and the staff was completely incompetent! I was told I only had a partial refill available and the rest was on order BUT I could not use my discount card unless it was a complete order. (This med is expensive!) I asked if she could find the rest at another pharmacy. She told me she was too busy and I would have to call around myself. I called the Monroe store first. They did not have it but I should try Koke Mill. I called Koke Mill and was left on eternal hold, so I drove out there...they did not have it! I did not have time to call or drive to every store in Springfield and no one at any of the stores was willing to assist me. I went home and figured I would make another trip into town to pick it up the next day.....it was still not ready.

I called today and spoke to a young man that was actually very helpful, BUT he said the order was still only a partial. He printed off today's shipment list and looked to see if my script was on the truck.....it was not! So that means, that the same incompetent girls working at the store on Monday, did not bother to order my meds. Now I'm on day 2 without my script and have no idea when they will arrive. I can only be grateful that my meds aren't insulin.

Do not get your covid booster here appointments mean nothing the pharmacy is far too busy to keep up without additional staffing

New pharmacy hours are horrible. If you work normal hours, you can’t pick anything up before work and you have to rush there straight after work to pick up by 6 pm. And now the pharmacy isn’t open at all on Saturday or Sunday?! I am hoping this is just temporary due to decreased staff, otherwise many people will be transferring prescriptions elsewhere.

Cashier asked if I was a reward member. I said yes, but skip it, I've never gotten a dollar back in all the years I've put it in. The lady was very rude and gave me a history lesson on the rewards program and scolded me for not knowing point accumulation. Very poor customer service.

horrible pharmacy! They never have any help and when they do,they don’t help you! I was on hold for 20 minutes and nobody answered. They told me that they would call me back 4 days ago with my insurance issue for my prescription and they still never have. Going to HyVee Pharmacy now. They are a lot faster and nicer.

This pharmcy is a joke, they have cut their hours to the bare minimum and are rude. I have tried to get a prescription and I travel. When I arrived back to town I requested the refil and they said it would be ready at 11 the next day. I got a message at 4 that I needed to contact them. They argued with me and I just said I would transfer them out.
