Office Depot has such an amazing assortment of office supplies, furniture, printing services, and the thing that I seem to come for most often, Printer Ink. The prices are a bit higher than Amazon, but its a nice option to have a physical store. I have also used the in-store printing services, and that has been easy and relatively inexpensive. The employees are always helpful.

We had a Same-day print order at a different location. Somehow the order was pushed to the next-day, even though it was placed a few hours before the 2PM deadline. So it was upsetting to arrive at the pickup time and not getting your order. Fortunately, the clerk at the original location phoned in the Menomonee Falls location and they were able to process the order the same day.

Menomonee Falls saved the day for us being able and flexible to have the posters printed. Big shout out to Sydney for helping us out in this bind. What a hero!!! I would definitely consider from now on submitting my print orders to this location rather, even if it's a bit more of a drive. But from this experience it seems to me I can rely on people like Sydney to work with.

The Brown Deer and Menomonee Falls locations have staff that are very helpful, polite and friendly. Both stores are stocked with everything you need for office and home.

I was met by an associate immediately who took me to the item that I was looking for, took it to the check out counter, and thanked me for my business. I checked out, they item was taken to my car, and I brought it home and installed it. All good.

I ordered Business Cards for same day delivery, the online process was very friendly and the delivery time was for 6:00 pm. I got a text message around 12 pm indicating my order was ready (2 hrs after I had placed the order) the cards were perfect and team in store super friendly. I had not used Office Depot / Office Max for a while and realized how great your service still is! thank you

Good shopping experience. Was greeted when I came in. A sales associate offered me help. The ink I needed was in stock with good expiration dates. The cashier (Stan) was friendly, pleasant, efficient, and helpful.
