Great place! I love Harbor Freights and go to any one I happen to be near when travelling. Friendly staff and great vibe, you can tell both the customers and staff are in their 'happy place' around all the tools and great deals!

This place really doesn't deserve the hate it used to and still tends to get. There's tools at prices for everyone, you can get cheap, or you can get actually pretty good! I don't even hate to say it, but I've been collecting more and more stuff from here as a shade tree mechanic with a heavy horsepower habit.

Manager Jenn and associate Derek are always a pleasure to shop with. They are professional and friendly.

Very convenient, was able to purchase a 1/4 ratchet at an affordable price to replace a blend-door-actuator. Truly a hidden gem of a store and location. I highly recommend them for affordable tools at affordable prices.

If you're reading this you probably already know what to expect from HF. Great way to kill a half hour while balloons are being filled across the street. The larger my tool collection grows the smaller the appeal, but even as someone who had everything in his collection, it's still fun to browse. HF doesn't quite have the deals it did 10 years ago, but there are still plenty of reasons to shop. It's great for cheap disposable cleaning tools and other items in a pinch.

I still have my trusty plug-in impact that saw 10 years of constant abuse before finally upgrading to cordless. I still bust it out from time to time for special uses. Not bad for $30 15 years ago.

Everyone I encountered at this location was friendly and helpful.

Great store. Staff isnpolite and very helpful. It is well, lit, and always well stocked. I only had to do 1 return here, but when I did, there was never a problem. Staff has great product knowledge as well. Other locations could learn from here.

If you have not been to HF, you owe it to yourself and your wallet to visit. They have many products that rival any brand names, same or better warranty, and better price. You will need to decide what fits your needs, but you'll find you will benefit.

I can't tell you how many times I've been by this place and have never stopped in. Then I needed a torque wrench so I came here. I should have come here a long time ago. I got my torque wrench, a full 40pc screwdriver set, plus a mechanics tool set. All of which are excellent quality and the cost was under 200 bucks! I'll be back again for sure!

I visited this location a couple of weeks ago. I had phoned ahead for some 22 ton jacks that no Harbor Freight had in stock in my state.

The manager Elisa had the items set aside for me and was waiting when I arrived.

Elisa took care of the warranty process seamlessly and truly went out of her way to provide excellent service.

I work in retail management and can safely say Elisa knows how to take care of her customers and should be bound for more promotions in her future.

Went to purchase an Atlas 14" 40v chainsaw with a battery and a charger. Omg. What a great tool. Easy to use and maintain. Used it to cut down thick brush around my septic. It's lightweight and a dream to use. Remember I'm a woman writing this. Great product, to use you press 2 buttons at same time, let off at all on either and it turns off automatically. Sweet safety feature. I also purchased 40v weed Wacker I have yet to use. I have osteoarthritis in my hands, wrists, and shoulders to the point where I can't use a pull start anymore. Ugh I'm only in my early 50's. But I digress, I just wanted to express how light and easy it is to use. I'm looking to replace my drill and impact driver next....

Picked up a battery powered electric lawnmower. While looking at the displays a worker offered to assist with any questions we may have. Once we got the answers they stuck with us and got all the products from the storage are and delivered it to the cashier for us. We did a little additional shopping and enjoyed seeing the huge selection of items available. This is the newer store in Menomonee Falls WI.

I still don't understand why techs feel the need to jump on the tool truck band wagon. This store has almost anything you need to make good money at a tech job. Everything I've purchased from here has a lifetime warranty and is only a fraction of the cost of truck tools. This store is less than 3 miles from my doorstep. What a great store.

Other than the cashier telling me I must be a rich man cause I wouldn't buy the extended warranties, it is a pretty decent place.

Clearly, Robert is a new employee, but he is excellent at what he's been taught, very helpful!! As in all new employees, there's gonna be a speed bump or two, when Robert has to get help from his boss,( I believe her name is Gabby) she's a little harsh with him in front of the customers, remember Gabby, you were a new employee once ..... Great store!!!

Great place to pick up cheaper tools and other things. Sale items are also nicely priced. Glad to have a cheaper alternative than the big box stores.

Harbor Freight is my go to first stop for any tool I need - I get cash back and even got their credit card - yesterday I bought a sweet set of long handled combination wrenches I have wanted for $26.99 - and got $20 off in coupons - Can't beat that.
