My favorite neighborhood grocery store! They have the greatest selection of non-dairy items of anywhere else in the Ciites. Staff is always kind and helpful. Major bonus points for the post office inside!

Great local grocery store with a wide selection and good prices, considering its small size. It's also a union shop, so you know the employees are getting a fair deal, too.

I have lived in Saint Paul for 4 years and didn’t know what a hidden gem this store is! There’s everything you need here in one place. It’s a great stop coming off 35-E into the Mac-Groveland neighborhood. No long lines, good selection and embracing all the items that the neighborhood needs & wants. I saw a full selection of fresh meats and even a gourmet brand of sausage I used to promote. I purchased many good items without the over-stimulation of bigger stores. I value this highly and will be stopping in for what I need so close to home. Lots of interesting products to try, organized and well-stocked. Excellent service. Another customer didn’t have to run back for an item, a replacement was brought right to her.

They were very helpful in my finding pizza sauce. They are kind, welcoming and anxious to please here. It is a very traditional and well stocked store with reasonable prices.

Good local grocery store right in the neighborhood. So convenient to shop there instead of taking more time to get to one of the larger stores. Easy parking and friendly staff! When shopping there say hi to the friendly, bushy-gray-haired manager named Tom. Deep booming voice, you can't miss him.

Well stocked with fresh produce and meat and great prices. They even have a post office! Little well stocked stores like this prevent neighborhoods from becoming food desert. We need more of these to save our communities. Love

Nice little neighborhood grocery store with decent fresh produce, meats and other usual items generally found at a grocery store. The staff bagging groceris is polite and very helpful - will even walk the bags of groceries for you, if you need the assistance.

Lovely smallish grocery with surprisingly items you want and wouldn't expect to be there. Great produce and meat. Its not a quick-stop store.

I always prefer Oxendale's (Still Korte's in my head) over any of the other options for smaller grocery runs. Much less hectic than Trader Joe's or Cub and much better prices than Kowalski's or Lund's. Decent selection, decent prices, decent people.

In these dark days of contagion, my mind wanders to things immune to deep thinking. Walking in the woods, fishing, making love, napping, and, of course, the bliss of eating donuts.

There are donuts here. Purchase them. Eat them. Be still and know that all shall be well.

Small store but very clean and nice store to shop at. My take away KEEP small stores in business. On another note, when you shop at ANY store DON'T use self check out that just took SOMEONE'S JOB away

A definite improvement over the previous owner (Kortes). Still has tough competition with Trader Joe's just down the street. A less--expensive version of Kowalski's. But then, I'm a fan of Aldi down on W 7th but will continue to patronize Oxendales because competition in the marketplace is important.
