In about two decades of going to this Walgreens, I have never experienced even one bad experience with any staff member at this Walgreens. Every worker is doing their job and doing what appears to be their best at a very busy Walgreens. This email is really for the exhausted pharmacy staff, cashiers, the manager (who was working the pharmacy register one day), photo folks, and people who stock the shelves, clean the store, and anyone I have left out...for a 24-hour store that is always busy, you are all doing a super great job! I hope this email lets you know that we see you, we see your hard work, we know your job is demanding, and we appreciate the services you provide.

And in response to the other reviewers: Yes, the drive-thru at lunch time is awful, but it's not too bad outside of any rush hours. And yes, sometimes medications are out and that's annoying. I suspect that happens at lots of very busy pharmacies. What I see at the pharmacy is too many staff members jammed into a very small space. Everyone is working at a break-neck pace. Of course it feels like molasses when you're waiting, but they are dealing with insurance and medicine. They have to properly document their work. It's not for the staff's lack of hard work.

So, no, this is not some paid-for review. It's from a neighborhood lady who was stuck in the drive-thru during lunch yesterday and waiting a really, really long time. (My fault, lunch time pickups are going to be slow). The poor girl at the window seemed exhausted, but was doing her very best with the ENDLESS cars in the drive-thru! I can only imagine the pressure the pharmacy staff was under inside. So, everyone at Walgreens, keep your chins up! We see your hard work and we appreciate you.

This location has many caring staff and they are all underrated I believe because the whole store is so kind and helpful.

This particular Walgreens has it all and is 24 hrs a day open with excellent delivery!!! What more can ya ask for!!! I love, love, love this place. Prices are great...try it, I forgot to add, online shopping and delivery. Takes EBT and CC's. Gets my highest rating... KK

This is not a review of Walgreens. Rather, it is a review of one of their products. At first, I thought their razors were too big and boxy. Unlike the thin and lightweight blade of the Mach3 blades by Gillette, I gave them a fair review originally. Now that I have used them for many months, I will never use another brand of razor. They give a great shave and to my surprise, they last more than twice as long as the Mach3.

Friendly and polite workers. Sad that people choose to think they can just walk out the door with whatever they please. To you workers I give all of you credit for dealing with it so well and trying not to make to big a scene. To you THEIVES one day you will be back on your feet REMEMBER WHAT GOES AROUND COMES BACK AROUND 100X WORST THESE DAYS! Great job Walgreens employees 👏 👍 👌

I appreciate the customer service at “My” Walgreens. I have been a customer for 20 years. The staff is always helpful and willing to go out of their way to find what I’m looking for.
The pharmacy staff is spectacular. I appreciate the low turnover of this staff. It’s nice that they can get to know me even a little bit with how many people they see each day.

Only come to the pharmacy here late at night - the pharmacists working the late night shifts are always really kind, efficient, and helpful! Really great for me since midnight - four am is usually the time that’s easiest for me to go pick up medications

I find the pharmacists to be helpful. There is one female pharmacist that is a gem. I wish I could remember her name. The store manager is a great guy. I find the personnel at this location to be helpful. It is a very busy store.

Very thankful from June 2017 when I moved to the area to December 2017 the pharmacy has gone from very disorganized during multiple visits to very smooth. The store has gotten better too. :)

The Highland Walgreen's is worth going to for emergency prescription. My asthma acted up out of the blue and Walgreen's had my prescription needs filled and I got to go home and feel better

I love this store. The staff is always helpful and cheerful and the pharmacists do the best they can under difficult circumstances. I have never been disappointed.
