Let's start with what I don't like. The automated refill service is slow, clunky and sometimes impossible to work with.
Now, the "like." Their pharmacy reps are fabulous.
I couldn't get my refill online (needed a 'vacation extension'), so I finally called the pharmacy. Their pharmacist was helpful, gracious and efficient.
Every time I stop in to pick up a prescription, I cringe - expecting the same surly, unhelpful service that caused me to finally quit one of CVS's competitors. But this pharmacy - while always busy - has staff that are always very helpful. The waits are short, and their reps are always polite and professional.

Thank God for the young woman with the beautiful blue hair, and for competent speed-demon Marla! There are other great managers there, but those two really stand out -- their helpfulness, and concern, make them stand-outs.

Katerina & Brett at the pharmacy are great. They always say hi to me by name whether I am picking up a script or just walking by. The employees at the front are really nice as well.

I frequent this location and typically buy in-store, tho have had products delivered, or just ran in to pick up prescriptions. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Not much for parking spots but I've rarely had any issues. It's a nice clean, well-stocked store.

The pharmacist Matthew and his team member were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me get my prescription as well as help with insurance issues. Best experience I’ve had at a CVS! I hope they’re recognized for the great customer care they offer!

Katie the pharmacist is superb ! Always upbeat , full of energy and so helpful with advice! She always has a smile ! This job lots very stressful so it’s amazing to see her handling business in a very professional and gracious way!!!

This is just a wonderful store. The staff and pharmacist’s are great. Always have my medications always and a hello at the entrance

The pharmacy has always been reliable and quick, the store has a good selection, and I like that they have auto checkouts now at the front. My only complaint is sometimes the parking lot in back fills up, but that's not CVS's fault.

Showed up on time for my booster shot, was told it would be a little while but I was in and out within seven minutes of my appointment. Guy that helped me was very nice as well!

Rough morning attitude turned around when I walked in the door. I was waiting outside for them to open and when I walked in, Amberley treated me with a warm welcome and asked if I needed help finding something (my kid needed a dang glue stick for school). She had a good attitude and was there before they opened. Thank you Amberley.

During this very stressful time, the team has been outstanding and patient, from the folks at the front register, to the people in the Minute Clinic to the pharmacy team. So glad to have this resource in our neighborhood.

The staff at the pharmacy is always SO SO helpful no matter how busy they are.

I was greeted and assisted with such hospitality during my time at this CVS. The Care Concierge went above and beyond, leaving cared for and confident in this CVS.

Excellent service and a joy to hear the pharmacist greet her customers by their first name.

I find this CVS a pleasure -- the pharmacists and cashiers are friendly, and the store is stocked with new items that I find useful.
