I was greeted by a staff member as soon as I entered. He took me to the aisle the item that I was looking for was on and helped me find what I was looking for. Both he and the clerk on checkout were cheerful. A very good experience for my first visit to the store.

This store happily waits on you hand and foot. Sherri is the go to person for all things printable and she is a whiz with the equipment and services offered at Office Depot! The store is extremely clean and orderly. The Northcrest store is the only one to go to for top notch service and respect.

I went in recently to have some cards printed that i had designed myself. They were for my sister's memorial. I asked for a specific type paper. Sam with the colorful hair, told me they were out and were having trouble getting it back in. She called another Office Depot and asked if they had any and they did, so she said she would stop on the way home and pick it up. I went in the next day and sure enough, Sam had gone above and beyond to get the paper that I needed for my sister's memorial cards. Thank you, Sam for being an amazing person! You deserve a raise!

I consistently buy my color toner and ink at Glenbrook Office Depot for my Brother printer. The OD Associate helped me price match, and I could afford to buy a set of colored toner today at a discount. I am grateful for the OD Associate being thoughtful and helpful.

Wow I just ordered my desk last week expecting it to take a little longer to get here I came home today and it was here what fast service you all have with your delivery. And great customer service to I was out very well and got exactly what I wanted this is the second time that I had such good luck in your store. Definitely will be back to shop more
