I recently purchased a Snow White Jackson King V from Sweetwater. I have played guitar for 30 years and have purchased guitars from many different dealers. This was my first guitar purchase from Sweetwater and it was a great experience. Their website is easy to navigate and I appreciate that the presentation of guitars is specific to the serial #. You get to see several versions of the same model and finish of the guitar you want but they each look slightly different and Sweetwater includes the weight of each guitar so you can choose the lighter or denser wood. From there you have option to add additional services' if you want. To name a few: You can have your guitar Plek'd (which after having it done to my guitar, I highly recommend it), add a custom setup, upgraded nut material, have different pickups installed, or change the hardware. While ordering I had a few questions so I called the sales tech listed on the website and He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and he had a few questions for me to help get exactly what I needed. Throughout the entire process I felt valued as a customer. A few days after submitting my order, the sale tech called to let me know my upgrades had been completed and the guitar was ready for shipping. He also asked if I had any more questions and sent me an email with pictures of my guitar. The detail Sweetwater puts into customer service is incredible and has earned them my business for many years to come.

This was a fantastic shopping experience. Sweetwater is usually my go-to solution for getting my music stuff by mail order, but since I was close I thought I’d stop in and see the showroom…it was incredible! Prices are as good (often better) than online, and the staff were 100% friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back!

This place is a great environment for the whole family. There are arcade games and a recreation area free for employees and customers alike. They have an amazing slide fun for the whole family. You can look around freely and test instruments without being hassled by a high-pressure sales people. There is an amazing cafeteria with a large assortment of food and beverages. Pricing he's very reasonable and when you need help the customer service people are very comprehensive and willing to help, whenever you are ready make a purchase. You are also able to set up an account online to make orders and pick up curbside or home delivery from online.

What a cool place! Workshops and concerts are held here. Each instrument type has its own room where you can go in, try out the instruments, and talk to experts. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The prices are great, and they have used gear and shipping options. And don't forget the slide!

As far as my experience goes absolutely flawless. Treated with dignity, respect & with conquence thought not just blah. You can tell they like their job. might I add they have an impeccable precision from start to finish of the sale without being pushy, how it should be.

Always a great experience I don't order a lot, mostly strings and picks, but I've never had an issue. Received a surprise call from my Sales Engineer Brady which was nice to be able connect with him.

My recent experience with Sweetwater Sound was amazing. I was looking to get back into music with a new keyboard and I emailed my sales engineer, Pablo Murcia, with the specs I was looking for. Pablo was completely amazing. He was just about to leave for the day, but took the extra time to prepare a quote for me and then stayed around a few minutes more in case I wanted to order right away. The deal he prepared was incredible so I jumped on it immediately. Pablo was able to get my order placed and tagged for shipment the next day. Two days later, I was opening the boxes for my new keyboard. Everything packed flawlessly.

Can’t tell you how nice it is to have top of the line customer support and service. I’ve been a customer of Sweetwater Sound for over 25 years and I can tell you they are just as good now as they were back then. Sweetwater customer service has been beyond wonderful and I only have good things to say about them. We had an order that went missing (not their fault) and they made it right on a Saturday morning to have the problem solved on our doorstep by end of business Monday. Timing was so important on what we needed and they handled it asap! The follow up is so professional and their products are favorites of a very picky saxophone player in my home. Top notch company!!

A must-visit for all musicians: it's the biggest music store in the country! Wish there were more employees present to assist, as well as more guitar cables (they were all taken for a while), but a rigging bassist and Sweetwater employee eventually came and explained everything to a pretty good extent. Cool architecture and a nice cafe as well - great place to try out gear before you buy!

I'm reviewing this store as an online shopper. I hope to one day visit this store in person, but until then, I'll continue to use their website as my primary source for new musical instruments/equipment. At first, I was hesitant to purchase gear online without trying it first, but with YouTube reviewers doing an excellent job demonstrating gear these days, I am confident that I will really enjoy the products I buy from Sweetwater. I have returned products before, and the return process is pretty seamless. The only negative thing about returning products to Sweetwater is that return shipping costs gets deducted from your refund. I didn't like that at first, but it's only fair, since they do offer free shipping for (most?) purchases. My Sales Engineer is very helpful. I've spoken with Chris via phone, email, and text... and he always answers my questions to the best of his knowledge. If he can't answer something, he has reached out to other professionals in their facility, and they've gotten back to me in a timely manner. Now that they've opened a new fulfillment center in Arizona, many of the Sweetwater products that I order get to my Southern California home much faster than before. Keep up the great work, and I'll continue to give you my business.

Wow. I have included a picture of the headphone wall. Let's be clear, this is an instrument and stage store, not a stereo shop. Great place to listen to headphones, but don't expect expert advice or to find DAC/AMPS, or the lowest price on headphones.

Did not know what to expect when meeting a friend here! Very nice! Super clean, with tons of helpful employees 👌. A nice place to eat. Soda is pretty cheap with refills all day as an option. A free arcade, a 2 story slide, and tons of table space for a gathering of people. The music store itself is superb as well with a very large variety. I'm sure I didn't see everything, but I'm sure there is something for everyone. Ps. Even free pads in the restroom for the ladies!

Amazing shop , huge and has vast variety of instruments and even has a used section, what I like most is how the stands are built to encourage you to try different things in the pedals section and have amps for you to plug into unlike other stores that don't let you touch anything

If you love music or are in the market for a new guitar, this place is worth the drive. Exemplary customer service every time we've been there. If it's not in the showroom, they will pull it from the warehouse for you to check out. Just wish I lived closer as I would take music lessons here.

We had an amazing experience. The staff was so patient and kind. They allowed us to test and play on the equipment for hours. We have been to multiple music stores with pushy disrespectful staff who watched us closely and didn't want us to touch their equipment/symbols. Sweetwater let my son play the low volume symbols for over an hour. Needless to say, we bought them at Sweetwater for a good price. Plus, one of the drum instructors gave us pointers and tips to help increase my son's talent. It was worth the three hour drive due to the knowledge and respectfulness of the staff. We will be back!

Beyond amazing and that is consistent. I have purchased guitars, cases and gear from Sweetwater and the only thing even better than their exclusives is their service. I work exclusively with Bryan Campbell and he has never let me down. Sweetwater is always my go to for a reason. Highly recommended.

I had recently purchased a three guitar stand from another vendor and after putting it together, I wasn't happy at all with the construction, spacing and dimensions of the stand. I spent a bit more and decided to purchase the Hercules 3 guitar stand online from Sweetwater and it is absolutely perfect. Great construction, design and the best part: just remove from box, open the stand and you're done. The stand perfectly accommodates my electric guitar, short scale bass and my P-bass. I highly recommend this product!
