Just bought a new truck from here a few days ago. Excellent customer service and facility. Had the pleasure of working with Zane Belcher for a salesman and he was great! Very honest and upfront about everything and you could tell he genuinely cared about putting you in the right vehicle. Hands down the best experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle. The building itself was amazing as well. Has a playroom for kids which was a life saver for our boys while we were doing paperwork. Great customer service! Loved the photo idea absolutely brilliant! Croyboy was super nice and a big help, got me everything I was looking for in a car down to the color! Excellent service and fantastic financing department!!! These guys went to extreme lengths to get me approved and with the right vehicle. First vehicle didn’t fit my needs and fortunately for me the bank hadn’t funded the loan , so I was lucky enough to trade out (without question). Excellent quality of vehicles and selection as well as pricing. Very satisfied with my purchase (2021 Equinox) and will definitely be a returning customer! My son needed a vehicle and I always call Craig Rider when I am looking for a vehicle. I have been a Chevrolet owner for many years and Craig and I have done a lot of deals together. My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday to look at used vehicles. Sue found a used Jeep Cherokee that she really liked. Unfortunately, she had to work Monday but gave me the go-ahead with test driving it and working out pricing. I stopped in Monday around 10:30 and Alex approached me. I told him what we wanted and that I had to leave for an appointment no later than 1:00pm. From that point on, it was smooth sailing. From the test drive, to financing to walking out of the door with keys in hand at 12:40. Highly recommend. Alex and the Kelley team were courteous, invested and passionate about my deal.

This is the 3rd time my transmission has been repaired. It is under warranty so that is good. Brandon (Service Manager) did a great job communicating with me about the vehicle's progress and potential costs not covered under the warranty. I greatly appreciate the open lines of communication. This why I have been bringing my car there since 2008

The salesman Craig Rider was wonderful to work with !! Very patient with all my questions and answered them all. Showed me all the models available and options till I found the one that had everything I wanted and nothing I didn't want. He is a honest no pressure salesman. Couldn’t be happier with the experience we had. Mike was extremely helpful and took a lot of time going over all the features of the suburban we purchased and very pleasant to work with. Mike and Jake were very patient with us as we had our three young kids at the dealership the entire time and it is very appreciated. Jake was great about going over financing and very helpful and accommodating. Found an issue with the vehicle right away but Mike and Adam in service center got it taken care of at no cost to me and definitely showed what Kelley Chevrolet is all about. Alec has provided the best customer service I’ve experienced at any dealership! I didn’t purchase my equinox from here but Alec came ready and took on extremely fast when I brought my vehicle to Kelley. Reached out again for some recent issues and he’s still been more than helpful! The mechanics also do a great job of not holding your car hostage and making sure the job is done right!
