Lee Clements did an excellent job explaining the process to me. He was very professional and new exactly what need to be done. From the pictures shown, I can honestly say that my family can breathe easy now that my homes ducts were clean.

Josh Boyd is an excellent technician. I am very happy with his service on my furnace and duct cleaning. The Remy is a must have to keep your air clean. Don't hesitate to get it installed. Thanks for everything Home Comfort Experts.

Again, I had excellent service. The young man explained everything he was gonna do and how much it was gonna cost before he was gonna do it. I want things done the right way and so I said fix it right away. I’m really happy that I found this place that my daughter recommended.

Today December 16 Zack came out in another young man to install a furnace, what a heater and a central air unit. They did an amazing job. They said they were gonna do it in one day and they did. Very polite very friendly, very professional. They took care of everything cleaned up everything left the place spic and span. I would recommend them highly. Had several things done up until now plumbing heating new equipment installed..

This evening we had Roberto Perez come out to replace the basket strainers in our kitchen sinks. He’s been here before for a maintenance checkup and so far we’ve been impressed both times. He did a great job. We’re very happy with how it looks…and the fact that we don’t have to worry about anymore leaks makes us even more happy. He made sure to walk me through what all he did and gave me information on things that can be done at a later time, if we choose. Thank you Roberto and thank you Home Comfort Experts!

Our old furnace finally checked out at my business. Gabe came out right away to assess, and showed me the issue inside the furnace with the camera, the heat exchanger was coming apart. The furnace was 25 years old… so it was time. The AC was also living on borrowed time.

Rather than taking advantage of the situation, Gabe quoted a price to replace the whole system that took me by surprise. Not much more than I paid 13 years ago for a much smaller system for my house.

Keith was out the following morning, extremely courteous and thoughtful. Couldn’t have asked for better. 7 hours later all done, including new pipes (wasn’t expecting) plenum (wasn’t expecting) and condensate pump (wasn’t expecting).

Romeo Caceres did a great job, installing my furnace, my water heater and my central air. And explained everything to me how the new thermostat works and the furnace I would highly recommend home comfort experts.

Caleb Sherman was just here to work on my toilet. I couldn’t do it myself. He was so polite and so on target to fix everything so I’m satisfied. He didn’t leave until everything was checked out and then he gave me more information about other things definitely took the plan with them the yearly planner definitely will keep them

Gabriel was awesome. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He communicated with us in a way that we totally understood. Mr. Clements service was exceptional! He contacted us prior to his arrival to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he was very professional and very friendly. He explained the procedure to clean out the air ducts and was very efficient in his work. He also saw that we were renovating our daughters home and gave us some well needed advice. We were highly satisfied his work and he a great asset to the company and we will request him and highly recommend his services.

Today I had my furnace repaired by home comfort. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect first time with this company, but Michael Vinnedge is by far the best. An amazing guy with a lot of patience and very informative. I would definitely recommend Michael Vinnedge/Home comfort!!!!

The technician who came to our home, Tyler, did a great job checking the furnaces and replacing a part that was no longer working. Excellent job.

And the two plumbers who came out Friday to fix our kitchen drain were outstanding! Got it all fixed in no time and saved the day! (More than 20 people coming next day for Christmas and I wasn't sure how we were going to do this without a kitchen sink!).

I had an emergency issue that needed to be repaired before I could turn back on my water for the house. I spoke early in the morning with Rachel who very kindly explained the services that would be provided, how the cost would be determined, answered all my questions and found an opening in the day that worked best for me. I was contacted 30 minutes before anyone would arrive at my house just as she had said. Then from the moment I opened the door for Caleb, until the moment he left, he was nothing but a kind and respectful man. I appreciated that he explained to me what had happened, what he was doing and how he would repair it. I’m grateful for such kindness from these individuals in what would have been a very stressful situation for me. The cost was very reasonable. I definitely will contact Home Comfort Experts for any services they offer that I will need completed in the future! I will highly recommend to those I know to contact Home Comfort Experts for the needs they have in their homes!

Kenneth was great! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and showed us parts on the furnace that are important to keep serviced and why. We had a small issue that he addressed and even scheduled to come back the very next day to fix. Would definitely recommend the Home comfort experts for all your heating and cooling needs!

I am very impressed and very appreciative of the quality of service and responsiveness of the team with home comfort experts. They were very helpful about scheduling at a time when I could be available. I especially appreciated Jordan Schultz for meticulously, evaluating the gas supply system in my home to provide the service I was requesting. He was really helpful and very professional. He did everything he could to make sure I would purchase the correct products for them to install.

Brandon was very knowledgeable about what he was working on. He answered all of my questions and give insight into the different types of water heaters and furnaces. He explained everything he was doing to fix my issues and how things would work when the next workers come to replace the water heater. Brandon is one of the nicest service people I have had the pleasure to meet.
