I was so appreciative today of an employee going above and beyond to help me. The small cart I had was not functioning properly as I was shopping and my groceries were coming out of the back of the cart. He helped me with another cart, moving my groceries and took the cart I had been using to the front of the store. I interrupted his work to help me, but he was patient and kind. I regret I didn’t get his name. Thanks for the great customer service.

This Kroger store was clean and well organized. They have a great produce section with a lot of variety. The store is easy to navigate and they have a lot of self check outs available along with regular lines. It was an easy visit to go in and find what I needed, check out, and leave. The parking lot has several entrances.

I must have been having a bad day. It's a very good kroger. The deli usually has chicken until a decent hour of the night. I appreciate that. Every Kroger is slightly different, and the selection here is pretty good. ..... Cashiers are usually pretty nice to me also. I should never have written that old bad review!

Old review...I was very disappointed this week. Quite a few things were not in stock, including things in the ads. Usually it is a pretty good store.

This is my favorite Fort Wayne Kroger. Even though it is in a very busy part of the city, it never seems overly crowded and it's very easy to get in and out of. The employees are super friendly especially the gentleman who stocks the shelves in my favorite (adult beverages) section who is so nice. I also like the fact that this store is not torn up and remodeled/rearranged all of the time. Recommended.

Prices are reasonable, and there seems to be no organization issues. Some of the employees are VERY reluctant to perform backend duties such as stocking and taking care of the parking lot, but it's not an issue to the customer unless the customer has some personal issue with parking lots. They are still quick to help anyone that asks.

I used Click list for the first time today and was pleasantly pleased. My order was easy to do online and when I picked my order up the guy was so nice and very helpful. They had to substitute a couple of items and he explained everything. I will definitely use this again.

I'm usually here to shop and use their pharmacy. The staff has always been polite, friendly, and helpful. I also love the broad selection of this store. I only wish they'd make Kroger Brand cereal that didn't have ANY wheat in it.

Kroger on Clinton!
WOW! Where do I start!
Well maintained store, it got a face lift a few yrs ago and man, it's the Superstore of Krogers stores! I'd say at least as big as Meijers/Walmart, if not bigger.
Lots and lots of fresh fruit. Coolers full. This is an eye pleasing change from the one on State blvd. The State blvd location seems Alot smaller and a bit cramped compared to this Clinton Krogers! It's beautiful inside. I was astonished by the layout of this store. Spacious Iles, room to walk and folks can pass you without having to move in the Iles. A breath of fresh air! This new look Kroger will have a new customer from now on!
ME!
Well maintained parking lot. Well stocked shelves! If you can't find what you're looking for at State blvd, take a trip to the Clinton Rd. Store! They, more than likely will have an abundance of what you're looking for.
You should put this one on your bucket list! It will BLOW YOU AWAY! WOW!!!

I noticed few reviews and those present were somewhat old, I couldn't believe the experience was so bad. I had something very different. About 18 months back I had emergency hernia surgery. Surgery of this type tends to make you constipated, so I was looking to get a mild laxative and maybe some prune juice as well as a few staples. I'd been working in Michigan, and had to take time off for the recovery, but my home was lacking in the basics and I was stuck there for 3 weeks.

I went to this Kroger, the closest to me and because of the surgery, I couldn't use those powered carts. I was weak and in pain and trying to find stuff pushing a cart around the store. One of the employees saw me and after a brief explanation, he decided to help me get whatever I needed. When we got to the checkout, I realized I'd forgotten the milk, he quickly brought back a half gallon, and added it to my groceries for free, then helped me get the stuff to the car.

This is excellent service by a grocery store staff, and it's not always that way in the world. Nine years ago a freak ice and snow storm cropped up when I was on my way to my weekly dinner group with recent fellow employee's from Navistar, I currently worked at another company, so they sent my email to my home address telling me of a weather cancellation. I went on to the meeting place which was Red Robin at the mall (nothing against them, they have good food and decent employees today). I got out of the car and a salted parking lot was full of icy slush. I fell badly sliding forward and flash freezing my hands. A Red Robin employee sweeping out the door just 50 feet away burst into laughter, and walked inside. My size and age made it somewhat difficult to get up, but I fortunately made it in one try, or I might have been injured or dies before help came. I went inside Red Robin and used the washroom to warm my hands till the pins and needles told me they'd unfroze. Soon I realized no one was coming, and I certainly didn't want to stay and eat there after the treatment by their employee, or lack there off.

This Kroger does nice things for it's customers often, from finding products, to giving me free Kroger generics when the name brand has sold out. If the woman who was disappointed she didn't get her prescription filled within an hour was mad. She should try Walmart up on Washington Center. The same week I had the good experience here, I waited over 3 hours to transfer and fill prescriptions there. It took two hours to make the transfer, and over an hour waiting in line behind barely a dozen people to check out. They had 3 times the people working there as Walgreens, but worked at less than a third of the normal speed. After that I transferred them back to Walgreens, as paying the extra was worth avoiding the Walmart hassle.

The staff at the Georgetown kroger in Fort Wayne have offered to help my 81 yr old father who was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure and is short of breath and struggles to walk. He did not ask for help, they just offered. Very kind and decent people.

I love that Krogers!!!! I live in New Haven and I refuse to go to the one in my own home town! They never have anything that's on that's on the weekly sale add. It's like a small convention store!!! They need to grow up!!!

Convenient Kroger (formerly Scott's) on North Clinton. Friendly, helpful associates. Good choice of deli, fresh produce, meats and fish, alcohol and drinks, general grocery store as well as a reliable pharmacy. My choice as it is convenient on the way home.
