Kohl's

I appreciated the store 0130 with two great cashiers at Kohls Mary S and Hayley H for their professional help with questions, wonderful folding of clothes, cheerful and gave kind words for my Thanksgiving gathering.
The store was clean, organized and dressing rooms where clean and clothes placed back on hangers to their proper sections.

David at Sephora was SOOO helpful in helping me match a shade of foundation and explaining product function to me. He was just excellent!

Store was in great shape for being a week before Christmas! Line was pretty short. Best to shop early in the week if you can at Christmas time!

Sonal was our check out gal and was very helpful cause we were not able to go to Kohls and use our kohls cash in the time frame
that was on the paper ... she showed me the number to call on our receipt.. and they will help me with it so we can come back to Kohls and spend it for our back to school program at church. Sonal has been our check out person for a long time ... she smiles and very nice to talk too ...seems like I've known her forever

Made a payment in Sephora cash register fast and convenient, then ask her where ladies robes and bathrobes were she directed me upstairs and I got robes , nightgown and checked out.in very good time. Thanks to the ladies that helped me.

employees where helpful and friendly, store was clean. checking out was a bit slower than I liked.

The managers @ both stores were were very helpful & careful when loading the glass bowls which were gifts! They had a good attitude!

Kohl's Fort Wayne North is the best around. I want to give a shout-out to 3 amazing employees, Sonal which works at Kohls and for Sephora store David is the Bomb and Simran also.

Tracey in the shoe department at the North Clinton location in Fort Wayne was awesome. She helped me find shoes for my grandmother; trust me, that was no easy task. Tracey led me around the department looking for the exact style my grandmother wanted. After about an hour, we left with two pairs of shoes, house slippers and some socks. Tracey helped make my grandmother's day.

Check out was fast and smooth. Associate was very kind and friendly

They had the jeans I wanted but disappointed to see they had closed the cash registers by the side door....also need to get used to the rearrangement of the store. Also quit carrying Lands End. Wonder if they still do Amazon's returns??
