Rick Kruger showed me all the details and explained all the features of the civic completely. It was a great experience! Joe was great to work with. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. He was detailed when doing the test drive with showing me all the features my car has. 10/10 recommend Joe Gates. As well as John Broaden in the finance department. He explained their warranties so thoroughly. We are definitely Honda family for sure!

Zach was who was my service advisor was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The service was timely, and the wait was comfortable. Hopefully when I have my next car maintenance, there will be an indoor restroom available especially for the elderly clients.

Had a great buying experience at Don Ayres. I was not in a hurry to purchase but came with specific features I was looking for in a used car. My salesman David was very easy to work with and was able to get me what I was looking for without unnecessary pressure. Very smooth service experience. My service advisor was very clear and honest. Of course, service at the dealership costs more than your neighborhood repair shop. However, I always know that I get the service needed for my Honda with honest recommendations when I service it at Don Ayres. A little extra cost brings me peace of mind knowing my Honda Pilot is well taken care of.

Paul was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained he additional service procedures that were needed. In addition, he patiently explained that parts ordered in December were still on back order, and promised to contact me as soon as they arrived.

Paul was very helpful with my service. I arrived early and told him about my plans. He text me to call because they found another issue and wanted me to know. He was able to get it taken care of that day and i didn't need to make a return appointment to get sunroof issue taken care of.

Jeremy is fantastic! His customer service is very helpful and comprehensive. For someone who drives a lot for work, I know I can rely on Jeremy and the team for taking care of everything and helping me also take preventative action to get my car to last as many years possible. Also, Rick, who is one of the shuttle drivers is wonderful and incredibly personable!

My experience started with my husband, in the Fall a piece of his Ford Escape front underside came loose and was hang under the car. He happened to be close to Don Ayers and was worried about the piece falling off.
He stopped by Don Ayers and the got him in right away and fixed it at no charge.
I find this outstanding customer service, so when it came time to have my car that happens to be a Honda Accord that I bought used at a different place, oil changed, it was a no brainier.
The service was quick and reasonable and the young men I delt with were great, very informative and I felt I was important to them.

My service advisor, Zach was great! He listened to my concerns on the Apple car play and was able to resolve the problem with my phone’s connection. This was during my routine oil change. This kind of service is hard to find. Very impressive!!

I went into Don Ayres Honda to learn about the CR-V Hybrid. Jeff Ward greeted me and was very friendly and informative. He was not pushy and respectful of my time. We set up a time on a different day for a test drive and agreed on a deal. Everyone made the buying process extremely smooth and easy.

Exceptional experience purchasing a new vehicle for the first time at Don Ayres! I had an appointment for 9 AM for a standard oil change. The service area had a lot of cars waiting to be checked in- more than normal. Within minutes, somebody checked me in and I was greeted by an advisor quickly after that. I waited in the lobby area, very busy, but not crazy. All seemed pleasant. I was out of there in 45 minutes and that included a free car wash. I’m not sure how they do it, but everything ran smooth and they make it personal, taking care of any questions or concerns. Always great service. Thank you!

I've been with Don Ayres Honda for well over 30 years. They've always taken exceptional care of each Honda I've owned. When I got into my car one Sunday morning, the battery was dead. I put it on my charger just to see if I could get my car started. It did! I called Jeremy Sullivan in the Service Department first thing Monday morning and he said to arrive whenever I could get there and they would fit me in. I arrived before 8:00 a.m. that same morning and in about an hour, I had a new battery and was on my way! I appreciated it very much! When it comes to buying a car or having a car serviced, Don Ayres is the only car dealership I will deal with because I know they truly care about customers.

Rick Kruger was fantastic to work with. Not only was he able to get me into my new CRV within a couple weeks but he kept me updated all along the way. Daily memes kept me entertained and excited for my car!!

I worked with Zoe Landmeier and she did a great job communicating what the issues were with my car. The team was able to resolve the problem while I waited. She also made sure the coupons I had were applied and saved me some money. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Chris was great. The day we took it home the battery died, which had us a nervous, but Chris worked with Ron in the service department and got it replaced same day free of charge. The van has been working great the past few days. Big thank you to Chris and Ron!
