Geek squad is amazing. I highly recommend the Best Buy Total. Jesse is amazing! He is knowledgeable and truly cares! Also, he is hardworking and goes to college. Love that he is manifesting his best life, Go Jesse!

I brought my son here today to select a new gaming computer. There was a nice young woman who helped us. She was very knowledgeable in answering our questions. What she was unsure of was that she was able to find the answer. I was a little disappointed on the in store selection of gaming towers. But I was surprised to find a hidden jem on the shelf in a return that was sold to us in open box condition. Which took about $350 or so off the original sticker price. Overall, I would say it was a good day shopping here. My son got what he was looking for and at a discounted price.

It was an amazing experience. Our salesperson who did our sale was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the best washer and dryer that would meet our needs. He took the time to listen to us and studied what we wanted and helped us choose a model that would be perfect for what we needed and was on sale. His name was Justin.

Everyone knows Black Friday is a crazy time of year, and online orders for “in-store pickup” seem to take forever to get ready. Likely this happens because of all the in-store guests workers are helping. Well I was in such a spot — placed on online order that was stuck in “preparing for pick up — so I decided to stop by in person to see if they could help. Austin (worker back in TVs) helped me right out, and got me one of the last TVs they had for my online purchase. We were in and out in about 20 minutes on a crazy day. Zach at the front was also great help with getting some folks to load it into my car. Thank you all. Love my TV

I had an outstanding experience with Robyn at Best Buy. Her exemplary customer service truly stood out when she efficiently adjusted the price of my purchase a week later due to a recent promotion. Robyn demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine commitment to ensuring my satisfaction.

The mobile install guys did a great professional job installing my dash cam. Great communication, neat work. These guys have serious skills.

I live out of town but had to make a return here after I realized I went with the wrong iPad purchase days later. The manager on duty fixed a problem with my return and all was well. Sometimes we need physical stores to handle our problems at ...with people to intercede. What more can I say.

Always a good goto for a lot of my electronic devices pretty good cost savings. Get the best buy point card helps when points helps drop the cost sometimes.

Thank you Jesse And Chris !! Customer service is really good. This Best Buy continues to be the best one in the city. Thought I wouldn’t have been able to get my phone trade in done. Jesse made sure I was taken care of through the whole process. It took some time Jesse stayed over without a fuss or fight. Chris helped me find the product I needed without any problems.
