I LOVE the pickup option! There’s things I need but can’t find in store sometimes so this saves me so much time! I don’t have the time to walk around the store and find everything sometimes. So being able to just walk in and do pickup has been a life saver. Returns have never been an issues either.

Closest Target to me and they're always super efficient and convenient. I often used to shop here but lately I've been using the drive up and ordering ahead online. They have reserve spots for pickups and they'll bring it out and I've never had to wait more than about 10 minutes. Very commendable. Favorite Target branch guaranteed.

Placed an order online and it was ready in 2 hours for Pickup. The app was very user friendly and Pickup instructions were clear on the procedure. Will definitely make holiday shopping a lot easier and allow me more time to complete other important things. Recommend 10 out of 10

Always a great experience when I use Target pick-up!

This Target is one of the best I have been to. The staff is always polite and friendly, and I always get excellent service when I use the drive up or pick up options, and the front end has always been happy to help. I also want to shout out Christin for being so sweet during the drive up times - she always goes out of her way to make sure it’s the best experience.

I am new to Yorkville, and I have never experienced customer service like I have here--the vision center was supposed to be open until 8 PM, and they closed early, at 7:50 PM, and I was a little upset because I purposely drove there thinking someone would be there, and the three girls at the CS desk actually showed that they cared and understood, and actually gave me a gift card for my troubles... now that is customer service!! My only regret is not getting their names, hopefully they see this and they know who they are!

Nice store, clean and well stocked

This Target store is pretty advanced compared to the ones in my hometown. Clean, organized and big. They carry all the target products you'd expect them to have. They have enough self checkout registers and traditional registers opened as well.

Had just closed on a house nearby & thrilled that this store lived up to it's 'best Target ever' rep. Such a blast shopping home decor with my bestie. We checked out & left separately, then she called, a little panicked that she left the self checkout without grabbing her $20 change. Still in the parking lot, I ran in through the rain (she'd already made progress on road & had an appointment to which she was headed). When I asked the young woman attending self checkout about it, she smiled & shared that the cash was waiting at the service desk. How impressive! Could've easily been swiped, but honest people exist :) Please identify this person & recognize her. This only assured me that my family & I chose the right community to join. P.S. I'm copying & pasting this feedback on local facebook groups.

Yorkville Target does a fantastic job with their curbside pickup. They are timely, efficient and employees are always friendly. I've been to other locations, they can't even compare.
