I went in today with a couple issue regarding a transaction was very frustrated before arriving to the store and at the end left the most satisfied customer ever. Natalie and Aaliyah were the most helpful most professional understanding girls I have ever met in customer service I would give them a 10/10 if it would let me most definitely will be coming back

Arthur in appliances is awesome. I ordered a dishwasher online, upon installation I noticed the LED display wasn't working properly, then 20 minutes into the first run, the dishwasher made a loud grinding noise and turned off, beeping with error codes (which I couldn't even read because the display was broken...). Went to the store, spoke to Arthur, he made some calls to the manufacturer on my behalf and 3 days later I had a new dishwasher delivered again. New dishwasher works fine! I thought this was going to be a nightmare but Arthur took care of everything. Thank you Arthur!

It's my favorite place ever. DIY is what I love to do, and I can not go into Home Depot without buying some type of tool, etc. It's like a kid in a candy store. They have great financing options for large purchases, an example of 24 months with no interest financing. I highly recommend Home Depot!

Keri in the appliance department is awesome! If you need someone who is going to listen and guide you into what fits your needs, she is the one to ask for. Even if something goes wrong she is there for you to resolve it. Thanks Keri for the second time!😊

The people in the appliances department are so nice and helpful. They really helped with my appliance bundle. I highly recommend them.

Troy was a wonderful help when it came to looking for door casings. He called another store and got them to save them for me after doing a diligent search through the store and some clearance items to see if we could find what I needed. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Pretty organized HD. Staff was friendly and ready to help as soon as I walked in. Only came to get water softener salt which is always at the entrance at every HD I've been to. Self checkout is simple and easy to use. Good stuff

I am new to Yorkville, and the customer service I received was far above and beyond excellent. I bought a washing machine that was on clearance, and I asked specifically if it was returned because it was broken and I was assured that is worked and the people who returned it did so because it was the wrong delivery, so I hired a handyman to come pick it up and install it, and low and behold it did not work--it was stuck on the spin cycle for 3+ hours, I called and explained I could not hire the handyman again, and they sent someone to my house to come pick it up no charge!! I would have never received this kind of service in Plainfield, Joliet or Shorewood(where I moved from).

My last visit there was made unbelievably awesome by the paint department employee, that I unfortunately forgot to get his name.
He showed me several alternatives to my paintspraying issue and offered up some awesome advice with some great tips

What guy doesn't like Home Depot. As long as you know what you want you're ok. Last 3 times I've been there it is hard to get help. Yes, many employees prefer standing around talking to each other. Even a disabled man doesn't get any attention. Modern age I guess. People want everything and don't want to do anything to get what they want. Too many " associates with attitudes" I guess. I'm not impressed with the people there in general. Some actually do what they are supposed to do. They are just hard to find. Ever see a disabled man cutting his own trim pieces ? I get fed up and tired of waiting .! Last 2 times I had to do it myself. Never asked for help out either. Maybe new upper management is required. Today was a day where even the front desk women clearly had their attitudes. Sadly, not many choices in stores to go to .

Greeted and helped soon as I walked in. Had associate Rita personally take me to find all on my list. Bought a toilet, two female associates put It on the flatbed cart Loved that so many woman were working there! Friendly knowledgeable I will definitely make this my go to store. Rita and Dustin loaded purchase in my car for me too. Excellent service!

We had a great experience at this location. Adam the assistant manager here was so helpful and kind to us. We had a bunch of questions before we made our purchase and he patiently helped us w everything question and then he helped us during pick up and loading.

Loved loved loved my experience here at The Home Depot in Yorkville, IL. Everyone was so helpful first of all, and I've never been greeted like that before! I've never had it where someone happens to notice that I can't keep up and walk slower than normal for them!! Then the most wonderful man in the paint department Chris K. Helped with a ton of stuff on my list.......still have to make 1 more trip very soon!
