Great service at checkout. Accidentally picked up 2 different bath towels, One if the associates went and got the correct ones. Then cashier wanted to make sure she didn’t charge us for too many towels, she re-checked and she did find an extra one charged and too it off.

Zofia at Sephora is the sweetest! My daughter and I love seeing her there when we randomly stop in. She's super patient, knowledgeable and sweet- every time!

I love the Sephora in this store. Staff is so helpful and nice. The store is always tidy. We also return our UPS items here. It's orderly and friendly!

I forgot where I bought an item and lost my receipt. The managers were extremely helpful and even when I realized what I had done they simply told me what to do to fix it. They were kind and very considerate.

Very smooth checkout with Caroline last night at the Kohls location in Yorkville, Illinois. She looked up the balance remaining on my Kohls cash plus giving me the 30% off plus ringing up 35 items of 50% off Christmas ornaments and wrapping them all. Then also all the other items I had besides. Caroline was very cheerful and the sweetest through the whole procedure. Kudos to her. Very impressed

Kohl's is my favorite store to shop. They have great merchandise and great bargains. I just got a coupon for 40% off. I have been a member since 1985.

Went to Kohls in Yorkville, Il and was taken care of by a cashier named Michelle. She was so incredibly helpful and friendly. Wish all people in customer service could be a great as Michelle. She is a true asset to Kohls!!

I picked up an online order Christmas gift for my son and he was with me. I asked them to double bag it so he couldn't see it. It was WAY bigger then expected so it was too big to put in a bag. The lady was awesome enough to wrap it up in black plastic and had someone carry it out for me so I didn't have to. Great job!

The YORKVILLE Kohl’s is my one stop shop for clothing and shoes. Can’t beat the selection, the quality and the sale prices. At my last visit I saved $152 on six shirts and $24 on a pair of running shoes. Plus I got $10 cash back on my next visit
