I live in Morris,IL and we have to drive to our nearest Marshall's. I am a major hello kitty fan. I drove to the store with my focus of hunting was hello kitty Christmas items for me and kitty friends. I was searching for the hard to find Hello Kitty Christmas blanket. The store is so big so beautifully filled and organized. I didn't find the blanket (of course) . I found the staff enjoying being there as I was hunting I was over hearing the employees and none of them were being rude , they didn't sound bored or over worked. It was honestly a joy to walk with the store so clean and fun to be in. I was all over the store and was able to find plenty of gifts for my friends ,my puppy, and myself. I love the beauty section, they have so much for your eyes. From eyelashes to eye shadows. Skin care and hair care is a go to for me.I picked up a night time serum for myself. I was able to find unique fun smile bright happy Christmas gifts. The check out people were happy to be there. They were not worn out and dragging. These people were happy when asking if you found everything okay. She noticed all the hello kitty I was buying. I like when people show an interest in my purchase. I am proud to say I love hello kitty and belong to a gift exchange hello kitty group. I left the store with two bags of amazing treasures. For someone who lives in a town where we have Walmart and R.P. store. This store is such a burst of joy as a treasure hunter of gifts to my friends ,puppy, and myself. Totally worth the drive from Morris.

Lots of options in all departments, we'll organized, we'll maintained and very clean. The employees there were all pretty friendly and when the line got long, they brought up additional cashiers. I like this location!

anytime i need clothes i come to here or kohl’s, neither disappoint. always have what i need and at cheaper prices too, they also have a good selection of dog toys, furniture and shoes. Both men’s and women’s section have a large variety of clothing. Sports balls, and other sports gear is also available as well

Great service Lady named Trinity behind the counter was very helpful.

I love going in here to shop. You never know what you will find. The store is clean, organized. Employees are friendly, helpful courteous. I hope this is one of the stores that will not close.

I was just looked for a bench for my room. Had alot to choose from but not the right size. But I just happened to spot a great looked green Polk adot top and sweater that would go great with it. Couldn't believe how helpful the girl at the fitting rooms. Had to buy them.

I love the deals and this Marshall's specifically has a great selection of drippy t-shirts, sweatshirts, pants, and ample supply of cozy cover-ups/blankets

Spent over $300 dollars on one visit. I had a lot to get to the car so the employee helped me. She told me to bring the car around so I did. She then brought out all my items and helped me load them in my car. Great customer service!

We found backpacks and shoes and many of other items all at very mark down prices compared to the larger chains. School shopping was painless for our five kids this year.

Decent prices some are a little pricey but overall good. Cool items, brand names good quality!!

Fast and Friendly staff at this location! I haven't had a problem here in this store for many years! Living out this way you don't have a ton of choices nearby.

Found a new bench w/storage for my entryway. They also had some good laptop capable backpacks. I always find some nice snacks while I'm here.

Best prices around. Staff is friendly and great name brand selection from Under Armour, Columbia, Nike, Addidas. Definitely a great shopping experience.
