So my night started off at the cashier cage because I needed a new card, come to find out I never had a card with them and the extremely friendly cage cashier informed me that she loaded 25.00 in free slot play for being a new customer on NYE of all nights, let me tell you I only played that 25.00 all night and came home with an extra 91.00 in my pocket. All thanks to that kind woman for going above and beyond. I was so thankful as it was definitely appreciated. They had nice photo walls set up for pictures on NYE and they gave away free hats etc. We had a ton of fun while listening to Hi Infidelity band play. Every worker we came in contact with was extremely helpful and nice. I will definitely be back again, next time to try the steak house.

Some of the best Dealers, Hosts and Cocktail Servers around. Friendly and attentive. Tables games are good. I wish they would bring live music back and more food options. Maybe in the new place! =)

Beautiful venue. Visited on a Tuesday afternoon so not that busy. Sports gambling, Blackjack, baccarat, Mississippi stud, as far as table games that were open. Of course many slots to keep you busy.

I just stop by to spend 50.00, I did very well I played for 1 hour and made 300.00 dollars!!!! Great experience for me.

Hollywood is my favorite casino! My review is based on the overall management/customer service and not on my slot play. I truly feel Hollywood goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and appreciated. I have never had a bad experience there! I've won money and lost money!!! Basing a review on how tight you think the slots are is a ridiculous reason for leaving unfavorable comments for any casino! I have been a customer at Hollywood for over 10 years and look forward to every visit!!!

Nice location with covered walking from a multi level garage and then being so close to paramount theater, Copley theater and the river edge park. Also a always improving eateries and entertainment list!!

Great place. The 1-3$ machine s usually pay pretty well. Never ran in to a dealer with a poor attitude.

It was fun me and my boyfriend went to the casino I liked it that's my first time ever went to the casino hopefully I am going back there again I like it so much that's me putting the money into the slot machine even though I was lost but I have fun though I only did a dollar I was cheap so I didn't get nothing but the next time I'm going I am going to try and put at least $20 in there so I can get the money but yeah thank you for taking time out to listen to what I went through with the casino it was fun everybody and they Mama to go thank you bye I am giving them 10 in my book

We went there tonight to see 7th Heaven play in the casino itself. As always they were really good. The crowd in the casino was light due to the heavy rain event this evening. The casino employees are always great!

I've been going for awhile to their poker room and really like how friendly and good most of the dealers are. I've also reached out to a floor person and someone working in the cage and both were very nice and helpful.
